The proceeds was smooth like butter.Went in for my 2024 inspection and was very pleased with the ease of creating the appointment, ability to do vehicle drop off and pay invoice remotely.They did not try to sell me on all that stuff wrong my vehicle but they did give me the yellow flags about what needed to be addressed and that was refreshing to be able to go to a place with being fear-mongered or pressured into getting anything other than what you came for.Just for that, I will take my vehicle back to them to do the repairs.

My first time in this shop to repair my lack of heat. Dropped off the vehicle the night before and picked up a repaired vehicle the next afternoon. They troubleshoot the problem and correct the issues. Super fast and great people to have a n the neighbors. Will use this facility again.

Fantastic auto repair services. Excellent, top notch service. Outstanding customer service. These are some of the best people in the business. They were all so very nice...so much so that they gave me a ride home while my vehicle was being repaired and picked me up at home once my vehicle repair was done, I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me. They really impressed me when they saw me on such short notice and repaired my vehicle at a much lower cost than any other repair center in the area. Sprinkle & Williams is indeed one of the best if not the best auto repair facility on the Peninsula. I highly recommend them!

Went in for a State Inspection which everyone hates. Mechanic was honest, and quick. Lucky for me nothing was wrong with my vehicle which surprised me. I thought since i purchased the vehicle last year with carvana something was bound to need repair. I highly recommend them. I will definitely go to them for all my car maintenance..

Fantastic experience. Great service- 2nd year I got my vehicle inspected here. Locally ones and operated. Keeps our local business in business....and helps our local economy. Keeps jobs in America & our neighbors employed. I will always do business with this dependable business.

Now days it hard trying to find a decent, fair auto repair shop. 1st time going here and they were great. They got my inspection done in a timely manner and let me know what I needed to pass the inspection. Plan to take my car there for service in the future.

Love this place! Nothing fancy, but they will give you an honest up front assement of what needs to be done. I went in for my inspection was worried my brake pads needed to be replaced (they didn't turned out another auto place said they did) Mr. Williams said they were quiet fine...drive safely, keep your car in good shape and it will serve the inspection cost well...as far as a business they are just wonderful, locally owned mom and pop or pop and pop in this case but they are great guys! I highly recommend them!Thank you Sprinkle and Williams!

My car needed a coolant flush and a broken coolant cap fixed. So I took my vehicle hear cause I heard they do a great job for a reasonable price. What is also great about this shop is they were able to fix my VW because a lot of places do not fix on foreign vehicles. They called me in just a few hours and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to fix. And I was well pleased with the price and how fast they got it done.

We have been taking our cars to Sprinkle and William's for years. The service is great. The staff is wonderful. They are honest and reasonable. I recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic for their vehicles.

I had a good experience as a first time customer with Sprinkle & Williams. They were organized, timely and communicative...and did a good job for a fair price. They are also not afraid to work on less common foreign models. I'll definitely be back.

Very good and honest men in this shop who are also excellent mechanics. I have decent knowledge on automotive repair and can honestly say that these men will not take advantage of their customers. If a repair is needed, they recommend it and explain why. If it is not, then they are honest and tell you if it can wait.These guys did a beautiful job repairing a near 50 year old vehicle of mine. The vehicle runs like a champion now. The mechanic work is very clean and professional looking. Support your local family owned businesses and have your vehicle serviced/ repaired at Sprinkle & Williams!!

After looking at some reviews, I dropped my car off here and scheduled an appointment. My car would shake really, really bad. They called and told me my engine mount was bad and asked me if I wanted to repair it. I said, yes. This garage deserves more than 5 stars. Fast, fair, and straight forward. One of the only shops that genuinely cares about their cars and customers! Mr. Williams runs the garage and dealt with me personally. Always support your local business, not the franchise places! They care about your vehicle

Not very smart people from the lady answering phones to the mechanic. The owner Ken is a bad person. they didn't fix my problem, they didn't do specific things I asked them to do. Charged me a thousand dollars. He told me to bring it back, to fix the original problem. Lol with what time and money? You took two days of production away from me and a ton of money to fix something that wasn't the problem

Had a great State Inspection, with Sprinkle and Williams providing first class care, applying professional mechanical evaluations for the safety of all on that calamity-fllled highway. I recommend this business for the safety of everyone. Yes, sometimes the truth about ones car hurts, but it's wise to hear the truth and set your car safely on the road.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my three cars to these guys for several years and they are all running fine. A local pop and pop place that is trustworthy. I have no problem sending my wife there to just drop off the car with a problem to fix and know if they find another problem - its a real issue that needs to be addressed and they will let her know the truth - right now or watch this thing for future repair.

Generally, you have to drop off your car and come back, but their prices were kind of a pleasant surprise! (Imagine!!) Have gone in for oil changes and an alternator...so far always a good job.

This place is amazing, it is hard to find a shop that you trust and this shop is very trustworthy. They also do state inspections. The positive attitudes of the staff is what separates them from the rest.
