Me special ordered part was installed at a time convenient for me and at the price quoted previously. Cleon Skinner always does a great job keeping me updated.I recommend this dealership and service department to all my friends, especially my women friends. They are honest and don't try to talk me into anything I don't need. They also don't talk down to me or assume I don't know anything about car repairs. Best service department experiences I've ever had with any car I've owned.

I brought my first car here and I had to say the experience was phenomenal! It only took about 2 to 3 hours and the test drive was very thorough and the sales representative josh was very thorough and explaining the car to me. Overall super positive experience and I'm so thankful that I was able to purchase my first car from Winter Circle, Mazda !

I'm absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service I received today!!! I just moved here from Washington state a few months ago....was glad I lived by a Mazda dealership and service dept!!! The service manager Cleon Is the absolute best!!! He went above and beyond!!! Another kind employee offered me a bottle of water...the manager Kaelyn was nice and helpful as well as Selena!!!! You guys have my business for life!!!! You guys rock!!!!!!

We had Karina as our salesperson. She was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what our needs were and put us in a brand new vehicle, giving us the monthly payment we asked for. Toney was also wonderful to work with. I went in thinking I was going to meet a pushy person who was just trying to make a sale. What we got was the exact opposite! Thanks to everyone at Southern Mazda for making our car buying experience the best it could be!

I went into Winners Circle to trade in my Mini Van and I worked with Josh. He is newer to the team but he had great customer service! Even though I was in the place all day he made sure I was comfortable and made sure I had water and made sure to let me know all the different details of everything. He is very knowledgeable of cars and I appreciate everything he did for me. I was able to purchase a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan from there. I would definitely recommend Winners Circle for your purchase

Working with Southern Mazda I was working with Cierra Cierra was a very nice knowledgeable and respectful sales associate. This is my second Mazda I personally have owned and made the experience 50 times better than my first experience buying a Mazda. She worked countless hours to ensure that I left with the best deal possible she has went above and beyond to ensure that I was more than happy with my purchase. If you go to southern Mazda look for no one else but her! The deal she managed to get was one of a kind! She will work hard for you! Go give my gurrrrl Cierra a call if you need a new car!!!! The reason I decided to use this dealership to purchase our car was Because a man by the name of Q. He was outside working on a vehicle and was so pleasant! He answered all my questions Without being pushy or trying to sway my decision in anyway ( He wasn t even a salesman, but took his time out to help me). I went in looking for a used Honda or Toyota, and after doing research ended up, looking specifically for a used Mazda.Josh and Ben sold us our car. They are two intelligent young men! They were very patient with all our questions and even placed follow up calls to make sure everything was good. My windshield wiper did fly off a couple weeks after purchase, but I think they are going to fix it for me. We came and went 4times before making a final decision and got treated wonderfully each time.My husband had nothing to say but wonderful things about Ronnie ( I think that s his name, Retired Military) In financing. He went above and beyond ( I had to leave early).I hope when it s time for our first service, we get the same great service. If so, this will be where we always get our vehicles. I will update after we have one done!

CALL THIS DEALERSHIP AHEAD TO CONFIRM THE CAR IS STILL THERE.I negotiated a price via email, salesperson assured me that they would hold the car with the locked in price if I made an appointment. I confirmed an appointment time on Friday morning, Saturday morning I drive to the dealership and the car had been sold. The salesperson with whom I had been communicating said that it was because I didn't make an appointment. When I showed her the emails, she didn't really have an explanation but said that someone else on the sales team must have responded confirming the appointment. I think the worst part was that she wasn't very apologetic and didn't acknowledge the mistake, blaming me instead. We drove 1.5 hours to this dealership for this royal waste of time.

I had a deal to buy a car here after negotiations back and forth for a couple of days. Both the salesman Nick and the GM Derrick were cordial in dealing with. Once we came to an agreement I didn't hear anything from anyone for a few days. I tried messaging and calling to put a deposit down but heard nothing back. I figured they sold the car out from under me so I worked with another dealership and reserved another car. Not sure what happened there but hopefully they don't make the same mistake in the future. They say they don't charge a markup but I did find non tax items which he apologized for and said they shouldn't have been in the write up. Always ask for a breakdown. He did say he was going to adjust it but unfortunately we never made it that far. It seems like a decent dealership, with a nice enough staff. Read the other reviews and be a bit cautious if you decide to do business here. I wish I had a better experience and could have completed the deal to give a better rating. They were extremely apologetic and I do think the GM does really care about this business.

I recently bought a CX90 from Josh. He was very knowledgeable and provided a great car buying experience. I appreciated the general manger, Steve Fletcher, taking the time to address our concerns with our trade. Even the finance process was quick and easy. We love our car and will spread the word about how great Southern Mazda is.

I was initially apprehensive when I approached the Mazda service, it had a new name, new people. Their service manager was a delight to see he was the only one from my prior years of visits I knew.The service manager kept me apprised of everything they were doing with my car.customers told me how pleased they were of the new owner. There is information available about southern dealerships. Incidentally, my car is in good shape.

I really enjoyed my first visit here as we had just moved from Northern Virginia. The GM greeted me and escorted me to the Service Manager, Cleon, who was phenomenal. He escorted me to the business office where people can work while waiting. They offered me coffee. The service was excellent and I really liked every employee and manager there. I am happy to be returning there next week for service. I have a Mazda 2024 CX-90 Premium Plus PHEV and love it. Best car in my 70 years of life and I have had all types before this one. This one blows em all away! Mazda Zoom Zoom for sure.I wanted to add an update as I had my second service done today and found Cleon, Service Manager, was phenomenal once again. He really cares about the customer and goes out of his way to please. The service was flawless once again. I am really enjoying this dealership. Good people there.I ve since been back for a recall and they were super great. Love this dealer. Glad Southern bought them recently.

I needed a car, it was getting down to the wire, and out of all the dealers I've dealt with, Southern Mazda came in clutch. Josh Green and Anton worked with me, and had me back on the road sooner than I thought. Their team and inventory is definitely underrated. Highly recommend!

Awesome place for service. Unfortunately they are short staffed. Need more help.Given that, Cleon and his guys do an excellent job. Would give 5 stars, but that falls on the dealership management.

Southern Mazda is a great dealership! Known service guys for quite a while and I have learned that the staff is Magnificent to always work with when purchasing a car or just waiting for your car to be done with service! I absolutely loved the loaner car service they provided and they were very quick and professional in every aspect! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SOUTHERN TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR VEHICLE NECESSITIES!!

Great experience! Sharif Laney worked with me to get my new Mazda CX5 carbon edition. I inquired with Sharif in early 2022 regarding this vehicle and just purchased in June 2023.Sharif is personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He is very responsive and great with explaining the process. I would recommend working with Sharif!The staff here at Winner s Circle is also great and easy to work with! Would highly recommend this dealership.

Apparently there was some errors on my file and miscommunications between the service call center and the dealership service department. However, the dealership service department went above and beyond to support me and the aforementioned shortcomings. Also the service to my vehicle was exceptional and I would recommend them to any fellow Mazda owners.

I came to this location because of a vehicle I saw online. After speaking with Josh who met me on the lot, we took the vehicle I was looking at for a ride. We also looked at a few others. I was very specific as to what I wanted so the options were kind of limited. Just before the ride I was also greeted by Anton and Tony who explained the process and what they were going to assist with. They had found me financing in a short period of time and had me out the door in a short time with the vehicle. At no time was there any pressure for the sale or anything, I was pleased with the lack of pressure for buying the vehicle. Most places like to try and upsale you even though you told them a number you wanted at be at or under or you spend half the day doing the sale. I think I might have been at the store for maybe 2.5 hours

We had a great experience buying a Dodge Charger here! Josh was AMAZING! So helpful and kind, easy to talk to, patient and easy to negotiate with. Wasn't a fan of his supervisor, Steve who was a little pushy and almost blew the deal because we weren't liking his vibe, but Josh was delightful and we love our car. Give this man a raise! And a new chair. Give him Steve's chair.
