Best car buying experience ever! Hands down! Scott made the entire process simple and stress free. I am beyond thrilled with my 2024 Edge! I cannot recommend him enough. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication was on point! No games and no hassle. Joe was very easy to work with on the financing side. Super friendly, personable and not pushy at all. Saved us time and money! Thank you to Scott, Joe and Southern Ford!!

Wonderful experience all around! It was a quick trip to look at a beautiful Chevy Colorado ended up leaving with it happy as can be. Highly recommended going to this dealership, but also highly recommended my salesman Elshan he is very knowledgeable and holds his standards high.

One of the better car buying experiences I ve had so far. I am impressed with the performance of the staff. I was treated professionally from the time i walked in to the time I drove off. The price never changed it was a straight up deal no tricks or scams involved. So I can definitely say this is one of the best car dealerships on the peninsula if no the best. Quality service provided by Manny over the phone.. Elshan with the test drive and car info and the paperwork process provided by Jared was fast and efficient. I recomend this business I haven t felt this good as a customer in a long time they really made this veteran feel real good about the purchase let me tell you..!

My wife and I just purchased a very nice F150 here. The overall experience was excellent, Clayton Walker went above and beyond during the entire sales process to make sure all of our needs were met. We now have his and hers pick ups.We will definitely be back to see him should we need another vehicle, thank you!!!!

Ciera Moorer and her manager listened to me and kept looking for options till they found the best fit. The F150 truck I wanted was in another dealership but they quickly brought the vehicle making the process easy. Josh transferred my customized plate and Jon Conway (service) helped with some great final touches at no extra charges. In overall the purchase process was very positive with clear communication and guess what.. no games. Final price and general commitments were exactly as negotiated with no last-minute surprises. Great experience Southern Ford team! Lead on!

I had a positive experience at Southern Ford. I may have been able to find a better deal at another Ford dealership, but they had the new F-150 that I was looking for with my exact specification desires. I feel like I received a fair deal. Elshan has an in-depth knowledge of new Ford trucks and their many trim packages and options. He explained everything extremely well to me and I enjoyed dealing with him. Thanks, Elshan!

My salesman Elshan was extremely welcoming and personable right as I walked in the door. His commitment to providing all the details and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the vehicles showed during this encounter. I was purely there out of interest in a potential purchase and he was not at all pressuring me into a purchase. He respected that I wanted some time to think and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. As of now, I have not purchased a car from Southern Ford yet of no fault to them but I would 100% purchase my Ford vehicle through them when the time is right.

Went to two different dealerships prior Travae at southern ford did more in 2 hours for me than the other two did in a week. She communicated by phone while i was in traffic and then met me at the door when I arrived. She was knowledgeable and very straight forward. If you re looking to buy, her and her team were fantastic and I highly recommend them!!!

Guy, Ciera, and Josh were all amazing! Everyone was great, Ciera's customer service was 10/10 she did a really great job with informing me of all details and features on my car, left room for questions, and just simply a kind soul. Guy did a great job helping me find the best and most suitable car, customer service was great, and he was very trustworthy. Staff overall was very kind and welcoming I definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a great car!

Dakota Booth provided what was the most effortless car buying experience I have had. He was knowledgeable on both the Ford Explorers I was interested in and helped me understand what financing options would be best for me before sitting down with the finance manager. And he s just an incredibly friendly person to boot. Jared Stark in the finance department was great as well. He worked diligently to get me the lowest rate possible. Excellent team at Southern Ford

Rob was great to work with, explained and showed us multiple vehicles to make sure we were getting just what we wanted. Experience matters. These guys have been in the game for a long time. Patrick George and his team made purchasing a vehicle a pleasant transaction. With a young family (and carseats) I appreciate the at home test drive. Dakota Booth was our salesperson, he was prompt, knowledgeable and professional throughout our time with him. Jared made paperwork a breeze. I love my new Explorer.I will be sure to let friends and family know Southern Ford Newport News is the only Ford dealership you need!

Overall I had a great experience. My husband went to test drive a vehicle. They let him take it on loan for the day to make sure its what we wanted. Our salesman was Sam. He was great. Didn't feel any pressure to buy. I didn't even feel the need to "haggle". We told Sam what we wanted and Joe made it happen. Our finance man Jared was great too. He personable and friendly. Had us in and out with paperwork. We are already planning future purchases with this company.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sam and Joe, both in which helped me purchase the 4Runner of my dreams. Sam displayed great motivation, communication and professionalism and got me in my desired price range, after some back and forth with Joe ;) we got a deal done. I was in and out of the dealership within 40 minutes (most of the conversations happened via phone.) I had so much trust in these two that I did not even see the vehicle before purchasing. And one last shout out for Sam, a veteran of the United States Army, Thank you for your service and sacrifice to your country.
