Called him up on the phone from another state and he helped me diagnose the problem with my truck. Super friendly super helpful great guy and very knowledgable.

Highly recommend. Patrick got me in quick to help diagnose an issue I was having with my truck. Super easy to work with and honest! Definitely will be going back for any issues I have down the road.

Worse mechanic ever had my truck for 2yrs lied about the diagnosis always had a excuse finally pick my truck up with no motor an went back to get lt told me to get off his property he will tell you one price to get you to say ok then run the tab up on you an his work sucks do not go there unless you want to get bear

Pros and cons with this experience however I would recommend this business to a buddy. Patrick is a straight forward guy which is something I find admirable and rare to find in this business. He'll work with you in every aspect possible. If you have a budget he will do what is feasible to make it work. Don't go in and expect a discount service but go in and know your diesel or gas truck is going to come out ready to work.With all that said, the work environment could use a lot of housekeeping. Dynamic working environment is tough to keep clean but I'll admit, when I first arrived I was hesitant on leaving my keys with this place simply due to the appearance of the lot (trucks EVERYWHERE, scattered parts, etc.). Additionally, do not expect a quick turnaround. Scheduling isn't a strong suit of this place and many delays happened which wasn't the most ideal. I will say, Patrick did offer a loaner vehicle to make up for the delay which was nice.Overall, a decent shop with an owner of good integrity. Warranty on parts lasts 12 mon. or 12k, whichever occurs first. Thanks Rozzwell Diesel.

I cannot speak highly enough about Patrick and his work. He helped me with my truck when no one would. He took the time to really listen to me which he did not have to do. Not only did he listen but his actions spoke louder than his words. He is so honest and trustworthy which he proved to me on more than one occasion. He feels that honesty will get him further then being dishonest to save himself a few bucks. If you want a mechanic to bend over backwards for you to ensure you are being treated fairly then do not look any further. He is the real deal.

Our truck was royally F***ed by Wawa who contaminated our diesel with gasoline. The whole fuel system had to get replaced. Rozzwell diesel worked long and hard on it. They even took the time to touch up little repairs when they didn't have to. On top of all that he installed new head lights and taillights as a favor for me to surprise my husband for Christmas. The truck is back running better than it did before and I would go back to Patrick for all repairs in a heartbeat. I appreciate the extra effort and care he puts into all of his work and making his customers happy. Just keep in mind this kinds of stuff can't be rushed. If you want it done right take your truck to Patrick.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to take the time to sing Patrick's (the owner) praises! My husband and I had to replace both turbo unit in our F350 Dually. Patrick took the time and energy to go through the truck and find out what else was wrong with our truck and made sure it was fixed. No one likes to pay for auto repair, but it makes me feel so much better to know that there are still honest people out here! As long as we own our diesel truck, Patrick will be our mechanic. If you want your vehicle fixed RIGHT, Rozzwell Diesel is the place to take it!

My truck never ran right after they worked on it. I was lied to about a headstud/egr deket, injectors, a bunch ofnother stuff.. I ended up having to take my truck to another business and they found a bunch of problems. Parts that were bought and paid for were not installed, parts were installed incorrectly, wrong parts installed, orange rtv sealant was used on everything lol. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Rozzwell Diesel, they have a lack of communication and no respect for the customers. Ive met quite a few other customers of Rozzwell who were all screwed over and lied to. Do yourself a favor and take it to a real diesel shop, you DO NOT WANT TO GO TO ROZZWELL DIESEL! Im disabled in a wheelchair sp they probably figured id never be able to check and find out myself. I hope that olace goes under after the stuff they've done to me and all the others I've heard about getting done wrong.

My husband brought his truck to this shop after taking it to one of the other local big name shops to have it fixed. After spending a lot of money and without fixing the problem, He was referred to this shop and couldn't be happier with the results! We received not only excellent professional service but customer service as well. Our truck was ready to go the next day! We would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to come here as needed!

Great place to bring your vehicle to. Makes sure everything is done correctly the first time and uses quality parts. He's worked on my truck as well as my husband's, and we will continue to go back. I recommend this shop to anybody that wants great quality work done!

WOW! Let s start with I made a google account just to right a review!!! I really have no words to express my feeling towards this shop and the owner!...my story is super long but I promise you no matter what the issue is Patrick will do whatever he has to do to keep you happy! Even if you have made it 240 miles away from his shop! If you want the story ask him and the guy with the black 03 cummins! You will be amazed with what he did for me! Thank you again Patrick!

If I could rate this man a 6 out of 5 stars I would. Not only does Patrick work with you, he ll literally treat you like family. He worked on my 2008 6.4 and got it running in no time. All I can say is, if you re having problems with your vehicle, especially a diesel truck, CALL HIM ASAP (and don t try working on it yourself lol) Thanks for everything Patrick, looking forward to you putting on a new turbo next year!

Great place. Patrick knows his stuff, saved me thousands of dollars as my dealership stated my engine needed to be replaced and within 5 minutes of looking at my truck he was able to get it started and tell them exactly why they were wrong. Definatly recommend going to him and I myself will go no where else

Patrick really knows diesel engines and stands firmly.behind his work! I was referred to his shop when my vehicle was having issues other shops wouldn't touch, walked us through issues and non-issues after our major relocation that prevented shops from fluffing their pockets with unnecessary work.

Had a issue with a fuel and brake lines in my 97 F250. These guys had it done in 2 days, had very reasonable pricing, and we're very cool to boot. Highly would recommend this garage.

This place is awesome! Iv had my 6.6 Durmax there for several small jobs but most recently I had to have my turbo replaced and let me tell you, got it back last week and I feel like I have a brand new truck!!! Excellent place for any diesel truck!

Great Mechanics, go above and beyond, kept an open line of communication throughout the process of getting my truck back on the road, knowledgeable and profectionalist. Got my 96 F250 7.3 worked on here and will be back again. Prices are fair. And they go above nd beyond. I WOULD recommond.

Comming from a business owner of 13 years, I found this personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair company through google. He diagnoses, will inform you of preventive maintenance , and delivers on his word. He will be the only mechanic to work on my 6.6 Duramx!!

Do not take your Diesel truck to this guy unless you don t need it no more. I don t recommend this guy he is a liar he will ruin your truck more and he ll keep it for months and still not fix it right the worst ever trust me.

First let me start off by saying these people are very nice and know what they are doing.They will keep you informed every step of the way and very reasonable with pricing I would recommend them to anyone.They follow up with you even after your vehicle has been fixed to make sure everything is still working well.They fixed our truck with in a very short time period that we had because we were moving out of state due to being in the military.
