Really uncalled for!!! I don't want to give up one star for this kind of behavior. My wife and I have visited Quick Lane several times over the past 3 years. We have 2 motorcycles Inspected and 3 cars inspected & serviced at Quick Lane. We needed another inspection for our Toyota Avalon but the 3rd brake light was out. It has to work or you will not get an inspection sticker. Mr. Lee Higgs (QuckLane Manager) informs us that to fix the 3rd brake light, he needs to take out the rear seat and panel to get to the bulb. Cost; $150 to get to the bulb & $12 for the bulb. Or he may have to replace the entire rear panel for an additional $150. We took the Avalon home with a rejection sticker. We simply popped the 3rd brake light out and fixed it with a $7 bulb. So when we take the Avalon back to get a good sticker, Mr Higgs gets his service manager Earl Moore to park our car almost two blocks from where they would normally return our vehicles. And Mr. Earl Moore stated that they had no space available were they have always returned our vehicles. We just didn't want to pay $300 to replace the 3rd brake light bulb. REALLY UNCALLED FOR!!!!

I have been serviced by Bowditch Quick Lube for over 10 years. I am so pleased because they provide excellent service and repairs. They also advise me of needed repairs, costs and estimated time frame. I feel like they are as concerned about my safety as I am. I bought a car that had to have a few things fixed and looked at. I dropped it off early in the morning and the guy said it should take between a few hours or into the next day. My car was in their parking lot for 5 days untouched. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and dodged my question of Can I please get an estimate of when I ll get my car back because I needed transportation for work and said he would call me later about it and immediately hung up. He also said he would call me 3 days prior and never did. I wasn t gonna play a game of Imma say I ll call back but never call back so I ended up picking up my car and will be taking it somewhere where it s not gonna be sitting in their lot for 5 days untouched and where the people aren t rude :)

They have a real problem with getting in and out of this place. I brought my car in for a oil change, tire rotation and inspection and they said I may have to leave my car overnight. There were no cars in the parking lot they have a real problem with lack of employees this as been an on going issue for more then 2 years. I will not go back I opted to take my business elsewhere. Who has time for this mess.Service: Oil change

I was a quicklane manager for years. This is by far the worst I've ever stepped foot in. The service writters are not very knowledgeable. They're very rude! Lee specifically!! Proba ly the most unprofessional group i have wver dealt with. Dont waste your time. Dont get ripped off. Take your vehicle to Hall Ford instead.

I was told 2 hr for a simple oil change. 3+ hours later it's still not done. My car has been on the he lift for over an hour. I know it doesn't take this long for an oil change.

Excellent costumer service. They changed my oil. Initially, they said I needed to wait for a while back the weight wasn't so long about 45 minutes they were done. Also, they gave me a discount excellent service. Definitely recommend this place.

My tire blew out on the HRBT and even with the spare on the tire pressure light was lit. Given how scary the blowout was we pulled off the interstate and randomly stopped here for help. They sent someone right out to inspect everything and assured us that there was no imminent safety issue. They could have easily taken advantage of three frighted women and told us the tires were dangerous and had to be replaced immediately. Instead, they asked if we were local and would we like for them to quote replacements. Definitely recommend this shop!

Great customer service. I have all my vehicle inspections done there. I have purchased tires there at a really good price. They do a great job on the mounting and balancing also. Good work, thanks Mike Torrey.

Used to have really good service. Recommended a friend to have his work truck worked on there. 3 days, they still don't have it finished, have not been truthful about how far along the work was. Charge AC, change a spark plug and replace a few top lights does not take 3 days. Won't be going back and certainly won't be recommending anyone else use this place either.

I m not saying I drove from New York JUST to get my oil changed here. I m just saying this is my 2nd time since having this car and they definitely make the trip worth my while.My service advisor Earl understood that I was trusting my baby in their hands and he gave me the best options to sustain a long life together. He addressed all of my needs and concerns! And their coffee was delicious. And my niece thoroughly enjoyed her hot chocolate. Everything about this visit was delightful! I m very appreciative.

So, even though they were unable to service my car, the staff was polite and friendly. Even provided me with a suggestion that I was able to use same day. 5 star if they could have fixed the issue, but 4 because they did their very best to satisfy this customer.

I went in for a wheel alignment & had nothing but great service all around. Angel & Lee were very friendly & Kenny the tech was fast, friendly & his work was on point. I have another car I will be taking for 2 tires and alignment. If you pile a great atmosphere, great price k great work, this is where you need to go

Now if anyone can truly write a review about this place as well as Bowditch Collision Center is me !! I see the professionalism, knowledge, adeptness, and precision on nightly basis. Meaning I have seen pretty much all makes, models and types. The turnaround for getting vehicles done is pretty damn fast. For example, one night I can see anywhere between 6 vehicles + and the next night pretty much empty. So that type of service they provide speaks volumes !! So definitely a top notch place if you need any work done to your vehicle without question !!!!

Had a great experience! They were very polite, and had a nice clean waiting room with free coffee. I had a simple oil change done but the work was done quickly and the price was very fair. I'll be going back.

I have been here a few times and usually have a pretty good experience. However the last visit was not so good and makes me not want to go back. I went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation. The tech working on my car was very distracted as I could see watching him through the window. He rotated my tires and failed to let me know that my alignment was off and my tires had started to bald on the inside of the back 2. So instead he puts them upfront and gives me my car back. I get my car and now it shakes when going over 40 because the state the tires are in. I now have new tires that I purchased from somewhere else. I just feel the tech should have informed me that my tires were going bad. Not to mention they had just done an inspection as well. So the tires should have failed.

Really great experience. Mike was completely honest and walked me through things that could become an issue in the future. Everyone was very pleasant and the service was quick. A wonderful place to get a state inspection you can trust.

I took my F150 in to get and inspection and oil change & filter. An hour later I was informed that the mechanic left the old gasket from the previous filter on and all the oil gushed out. They put more oil in and was supposed to clean off the excess oil from the engine. After 1/2 hour later, I paid the $56 bill for the oil change only. They did not do the inspection as I requested. They then informed me that my rack & pinion was leaking and would not pass inspection. The cost was $975. I then went to Tire City for the inspection and they told me my rack & pinion was in good shape the it only had oil on it. I would not recommend the place to anyone. I have did a lot of business with them but it seems they have turned into a company that rips people off. Please be warned.

I came in with my twin babies needing a state inspection. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in less an hour. This will definitely be my family's new spot for our auto needs!

Lee Higgs is the best service man I know. He has been taking care of my cars for 15+ years. Even though I got free inspections from where I purchased my car I went to see him because he was not there anymore. He tells you what you need and nothing more, he is honest and kind to all his customers. My husband was in Kuwait when i first meet him , he made sure my cars were ok while he was gone. I will not let anyone else service my cars but him.

Super quick service! They listen to your problems and take care of it efficiently. If you want quality and not to be stuck somewhere all day waiting, I highly recommend this place!

Was amazed at the customer service. From front desk to mechanic and sales checkout, they treated me like family even though i had never been there before. Will be the only place i bring my escape too. Nice work team.

This place is the only place we get our vehicles worked on. They are honest and good. It's been over 5 years and I still drive 45 miles to have our vehicles serviced here

I originally came here and had brake problems, I thought they solved the problem. It wasn t solved but what did Bodwitch do, they fixed the problem for FREE in less then 24 hours.I would highly recommend coming here to get your car serviced!
