Had to get a dent taken out of the door. The scheduling was very easy. They did a great job, the car looked like it had just rolled out of the factory. It was done in a few days, and it was high quality work. I even referred a friend to go there. Thank you so much Pure Platinum Auto for the amazing Job!!!

These folks are LIFESAVERS! I was on a road trip back from the Outer Banks and my car broke down (on a Saturday at 6:30pm, when all the shops are closed for the wknd). Google incorrectly had Pure Platinum's hours listed as open on Sunday, so I got my car towed to their auto body shop and left it overnight. On Sunday morning, Rudy was at the shop and was confused why my mom was hovering around his gate (since are no longer open on Sundays). Although they were closed, he opened for my mom and fixed our car for us first thing Sunday morning so that we were able to drive home. He charged us a beyond fair price and was the nicest guy ever. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!! LIFESAVERS!!!

I recently took my vehicle to Pure Platinum, and the experience was the worst I ve ever had. Although, my estimate clearly stated descriptions of items to be repaired, cost of parts, and labor; the mechanic failed to make the completed repairs. When I called the owner, of Pure Platinum, he stated the mechanic who completed the work on my car only rented a space in the shop. I instantly found out Pure Platinum was not responsible for my car but Auto Body Illusions was. Just stay away from both places. The mechanic who worked on my car decided he would pay for my condenser, however he refused to pay for labor because I took my car to another shop. The mechanic at Pure Platinum/Auto Body Illusion got paid to to the work but did not do it. Do not take your car to this place.
