Went to Priority Collision Center to see about a self estimate. I was greeted immediately with a friendly and courteous staff. My appointment was at 11 and Darryl Liechti walked out on time to greet me. He looked over my vehicle and explained my damages in full. He gave me an estimate and told me most likely what would be the immediate response of the insurance company. As I was about to leave Darryl offered me some free collision wrap to keep my trunk closed. Although I didn't get anything done here, this is how a business should run. Thanks Darryl!!

I had my first deer incident ever. I dropped my car off duct taped on front bumper with salt all over my car from winter weather in Ohio. I wasn't able to wash her because of the bumper damage because I was afraid it would cause more damage. When I picked my car up a week later, she was not only repaired, but washed, waxed, and vacuumed. I choked up and got tears in my eyes she looked so good!! These people are amazing at this shop!! I can't say enough!

Although my parts took time to come in Priority was expeditious in my repairs. They understood I was paying out of pocket for a rental car and did their best to meet the 5-day turnaround time for my vehicle. Customer Service was polite when with my impatience and it was appreciated. They did an awesome job with my vehicle from the minor damage accident. I would recommend them.

I am sending this on behalf of my mother. This is what she told me about this company. On April 14 2023 my mother drop off a White 2017 Honda Accord to priority collision in Newport News. She is still waiting to get her car back. She has been give several dates of when her car would be ready but every time she comes to get the car they tell her they need more time because they are waiting on a part. This type of service is very Unsatisfactory. My mother would like to be contacted by a supervisor

Our company took our vehicle here for repair from a minor accident. Just the front grill of the truck required repair. I Just want to stress this wasn't a major accident. We dropped the vehicle off on 1/23/23 and were told that the appointment was scheduled further out so they could get the parts in and the time in the shop would be less. That was a lie!! We are currently 2 1/2 months, and the vehicle is still there. Every time I call there is some kind of issue. 2 weeks ago they said it would be ready the following week. Called that week and it needed another week apparently waiting for a part to come both times. So, you schedule the appointment to make sure the parts are there but you in fact don't have the parts. I will NEVER take a vehicle here again and I will tell everyone about this experience.Service: Body & Trim

I was given incorrect information when I dropped my vehicle off by the receptionist. After an entire week, I had called in because I only wanted an estimate and hadn't heard a word! Once I got a hold of someone, they said they hadn't done ANYTHING to my car. I then asked them to not do ANYTHING to my car and that I was on my way to pick it up, I was informed that Shelby ran to the shop and told the mechanic to throw the door on my car NOW. Then when it was time to pay the bill John charged me for items that weren't ever touched on my vehicle. I even asked John was the door COMPLETE and he confirmed it was all completed and the only thing left to be done was paint. That was a BOLD FACE LIE!!! The inside panel was totally off, and wires and cords were sticking out everywhere. I have submitted a claim with the insurance for fraud and have gotten another estimate which looks nothing like y'alls. You definitely need to have a very long and good talk with Shelby and John. they are a horrible representation of your company.

No contact for over 3 weeks. Given incorrect information until I finally got the manager on the phone. Things seem to be better with him handling it, car needs rework done and has issues from the repairs that were done. Would not recommend due to lack of communication and final quality checks, service writers are useless and will not return calls or messages. Took day off from work to pick up car when promised and was not ready. Very unhappy

I guess I have some mixed feelings about this company. Someone pulled back on car and crashed it. So I used this company solely because it was a priority. Little did I know, they took over a month. Never called me to update me unless I called them. When I was told they would call me back they never followed up. A couple days I found they forgot to add the windshield liquid a few days before I have to go on a day trip. They added the liquid but I feel like they did a good job but they don't have customer service at all. They gave incomplete information every time my car was there.If you care about good customer service they are not your to go to car repair.

If i could name the front desk clerk and give her a specific rating it would be negative. She did not tell me very pertinent information at the time of my call, therefore having me travel an hour just to not be able to drop my car off for repair. Then tried to act as if it were my fault that I didnt know things that she did not bother to tell me. Things I needed to know when I called to reschedule my appointment. Complete failure on her part. The manager proceeds to give me the information that was then completely irrelevant. It was her job to tell me these things the week before when I called to reschedule instead of being told "ok no problem" The initial point of contact for your dealership needs to do better.

Priority Collision Center did AMAZING and I was blessed to have had Darryl assisting me throughout the process. I would like to start off with saying, I did not buy my car from Priority, however was recommended by a Friend. This process was fairly new to me in addition to the pain I was in due to the accident. Nevertheless Darryl jumped right into action, empathizing with me, explaining to me the process and making sure I was informed and comfortable! I did not have to worry about my rental car (Darryl scheduled it to come once I arrived with my car)and I was updated on car maintenance while it was in the shop. The day I picked up my car it was quick and easy! My car looked beautiful and Darryl clearly explained to me (once again) what was done.Darryl did a great job and I HIGHLY recommend him and Priority Collision Center.Thanks again for making this less pleasurable experience as smooth as it could be!

I was rear ended and my insurance company worked through this auto body shop, after having my car repaired else where a few weeks ago for a deer hitting my car I was hesitant because the people who repaired that job were recommended by my insurance. However I was so pleased with priority collision everyone there is super professional and super helpful. I even took my car back for a small scratch and they were super great about what they could do that wouldn t cost me too much, and even gave me other ideas to fix the small scratch. They made sure to even tell me what it would look like. I would definitely go here again if needed!Service: Painting

Went with my niece to get her SUV repaired. I can only speak on how nice and friendly everyone was, I felt like I was in a familiar place and I knew them.The coffee was excellent! Sorry I can't comment on how satisfied with the work they did to her vehicle, but as soon as I hear anything will give an update.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have been nothing but dishonest in their dealings. First their agent was caught in a lie directly with my insurance company almost causing me to have to come out of pocket for the rental during the repair. Thank god calls are recorded! After that was resolved and I picked up what I thought was a completed vehicle to my surprise later I noticed an object in my passenger side door of my vehicle. Their repair tech placed a removed part from my vehicle in my passenger side door hoping I would not locate it. I had to search my car to figure out where the part belonged and sure enough it was where the repair was completed. I was contacted to be told the part had arrived, and to bring vehicle in. Upon arriving low and behold the part was no-where to be found and lost. Weeks passed no contact from a soul. I filed a complaint and the manager then lied and stated that I was informed of the part missing upon originally picking up the vehicle which was completely untrue to include stated that the part missing was now a emblem and that it was Acura's fault that the part was on backorder. WRONG!!! I had to contact my insurance company once again to reach out. Same lie told. Wrong part. After the insurance company got things corrected to ensure the right part was being ordered. Go figure, it took a whole day for the correct part to come in. I finally was contacted to bring my vehicle back up to the shop for the repair. The manager provided no apology, no accountability for the horrible service and lack of integrity. I would not recommend them for service.

I took my vehicle in for an estimate. The guy that looked at my car told me he was apprehensive about working on my car due to my car having previous work done at another facility. He told me the other business would retaliate and be upset when the bill is mailed to them. He went on and on about how other collision centers get upset when another collision center has to fix their work mistakes. Still, he took my info and said he d send an estimate. Days passed and I NEVER heard back from him. I called to check on the status of the estimate and was told they d look into it and still I NEVER heard back from them. They definitely have bad customer service. Maybe them not calling back was a good thing.

Had my car for 4 weeks to fix minor damage to bumper and front end after I had a golf cart back into me. Had me drop off the car before they even had the parts. Gave me the run around and never called back when promised. Told me I could have my car back 10/22 and then told me it "wasn't drivable" because they hadn't put it back together yet. Spoke to manager who apologized but made the excuse that he had only been there "a few weeks"....He has been there as long as my car. Alyssa was ONLY one that finally began to contact me and she said I could get my car but was gone on vacation the day I was supposed to. Clearly no team work or communication among employees. Would give 0 stars but that isn't an option! They don't understand how it affects one's life to be without a car for so long...losing hours at work...depending on other people for rides, no compassion or understanding. Car repairs should have been the LEAST of my problems right now! Will never use them again and won't recommend to anyone! Also added an additional $2000 from the original quote due to a headlight Chassy...!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This collision repair center is completely incompetent. They have had my vehicle for a month, the estimator did not do her job and properly inspect the vehicle prior to starting repairs, resulting in ordering parts FOUR times. Customer service is horrendous, they did not call me once to give me updates on the vehicle. If it wasn't for me continuouly having to call in, I would have been completely in the dark. Story changed with every time I called with more delays. It was also clea that they were over booked and should never have taken the job, but we're stringing me along with more excuses. Had I known this I would have taken the vehicle elsewhere. No compensation was offered for the delays or the use of a vehicle or anything, not to I mention the additional $2000 I spent on rental vehicles that were caused by their incompetence. STAY AWAY from this collision repair center!Service: Body & Trim

Terrible customer service!!! Every time I was given a date of when my vehicle would be ready, I would not receive a curtesy call letting me know it wasn't. For three weeks! Then when I went to pick it up, there is a 1% charge to use a credit card. Not once was I informed that there was going to be additional funds required. And the receptionist was very condescending. I will not ever use this service center again.

Service was great. The paint job they did on my vehicle was awesome. Darryl was a great contribution for the outcome of my car. Clearly one of the best body shop services I ve ever experienced. I would definitely recommend anyone to them.

I took my vehicle in for collision repair to the driver side doors that sustained scraping and dents from another driver. I chose this shop because I purchased my vehicle from Priority last year and have always experienced great service from the service department.During my visits for my estimate, to drop my vehicle off, and pick it up I felt that the customer service when I walked in was not that great. It was a feeling that I was bothering the associates at the front desk. And I was asked if my insurance company uses them, or if I was just shopping around for quotes in a way that came off as if they really didn't want to assist (tone/energy). My carrier had actually sent over all of my information which they found when they decided to see if I was in the computer.Due to the less than warm greeting at the estimate, I was actually going to contact my carrier and just request to use a preferred shop closer to home, but the check had been issued to Priority before I could reach the adjustor.When I came in two weeks later for the first available appointment on my 3 day repair, I was told at check in that I would receive updates and a call when my vehicle was ready. I dropped my vehicle off just before 830am on that day.On day 4 mid afternoon, I called the shop for an update since I had not heard anything from them. I was told that my car was in quality check and should be ready in about an hour.Same "warm" greeting at pick up. The doors looked good, but clean up was lacking. My car required ventilation from the overpowering paint smell in the car, and vacuuming. I also noticed when I got home, a marking near the rear side window like it had been accidentally brushed with a primer. It is a white mark on a black car. Nice.Disappointed all around in this experience.

The WORST place ever!!! I made the mistake of having my 2017 Honda Accord repaired here after an accident! Never received any notifications regarding my vehicle, my husband and I kept calling to get updates, just find out at the last minute that things were delayed! All they could say was: the car hasn t been assigned to someone to notify you of updates when my car has been with them for 10+ days. Parts weren t ordered nor did they attempt to even notify us that they couldn t find a certain part! I made the mistake of trusting this unprofessional, disorganized collision center. Never again I can assure you. Not WORTH one star!Take your car else where.Elle.

If I ever need to fix my car again I will only take it to priority collision center. They have the friendliest staff to include Ms. Keyba Smith at the front desk who was so sweet and kind. Thomas Nance is who we dealt with the most and he was amazing at keeping us informed of what was going on with our car. He gave us a fair price for the fix to our car. We are very happy with our experience at priority collision.

Went there to get a front bumper replaced from the partnership they have with my insurance (Geico) and were extremely disappointed with the results and customer service. I don t really listen to reviews but you should listen to mine. Their staff are rude and unprofessional. They told me two days to get fixed but took a week. Prior to the day of the appointment I went their two weeks ago and missed the appointment time by ten minutes due to my newborn baby s needs, and the lady at the counter did not care and told me tough luck and reschedule. So I did. Besides the point, the lack of communication and not informing me of the inaccurate repair window was unprofessional. Which was fine because my insurance paid for the rental, but keep in mind if your renting a vehicle out of pocket you should rent one for a week longer because they not keep you inform with status updates, the only notification you get is when the vehicle is finished. Anyways, I went to retrieve my vehicle and noticed the paint was good but the scratch on the bumper was still protruding from the fresh paint. That was just one discrepancy, the real issue was that my fog lights attached to my bumpers weren t working, these are brand new LED lights. I thought nothing of it so I just brought it back to have them fix it. When I got there I was greeted rudely and waited two hours for them to stand around scratching their heads. The older gentlemen who was in charge of the appointment and repair walked up to me two hours later and said there was nothing they can do and that they took apart the car and ran power to the lights and found they were completely bad and had no power to them. I told him to kindly try to switch the plug around because the plugs don t really have a positive and negative symbol on them. He replied with we ve done everything and unfortunately there s nothing they can do. Keep in mind the lights are brand new and were installed the same day the headlights were (same size and model) and the headlights work flawlessly. So being the respectful person I am I shook his hand and said ok thanks. A week later I went to install new leds but before I did I switched the plug around out of curiosity. Long behold the lights work just fine. Not only were their staff lazy and rude but they really don t care about the customer. Point is, please don t go here, they are not worth it, don t waste your time and money.

I was told by the guy working there, they will call me and let me know how much time will need for repair my car and they never called me . Zero communication. For one scratch took them 1 week. And they took out my antenna and never put it back. Not recommend

Overall experience was great! Any time I called with questions regarding my car, the employees were very helpful. Darrell was nice and professional, he kept me updated throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed!

I had a great experience here after a not great incident with my vehicle. The staff treated me well, and handled everything with insurance, parts, etc. all I did was drop off my vehicle and come pick it up a week later - a tad ahead of schedule! And it looked amazing!!! Like a brand new automobile.

Wasn't impressed. The initial visit was fine where they provided the estimate. I decided to wait until parts came in before I got a rental car while my car was being repaired. I was told parts would be in in 3 days.... 1.5 week later I called inquiring if the part had come in... come to find out the part was never ordered!!! Then it got ordered after I FOLLOWED UP and came in in 2 days... car was fixed in 2 days. I just think the communication was lacking because no one ever told me the part was never ordered. Thank god i waited until the part came to get the rental. I dont prefer to have a rental for that long.

Everyone was great, from start to finish. It was a shock to have an accident with my new truck, but these folks fixed it like new.They were quick and courteous and when I picked up my vehicle, it looked like nothing had happened.Highly recommended!

Manager was friendly and even came in for me on Sat when closed. Did show him collision center on line hours did NOT show they were closed. Other than that, this place was AMAZING!! Thanks for your service in getting my vehicle appraisal completed so fast! Appreciated every minute everyone pitched in on my out of state totaled 12 Camry SE.

Darryl was awesome! He took my information, contacted the claim adjuster through my insurance and if I have been ready to let my car get fixed Right then and there, he would have had me out the door in a rental . I always buy all my vehicles from Priority!!

Dan and Darryl along with the staff provided excellent service on my car which hit the light pole in the parking lot of priority nissan newport news after service (I was the third victim hit the light pole in a two week period).State Farm would not pay for the alignment on my claim even I told them that I needed to turn the steering wheel 90 degrees to let my car go straight and the traction control light was always on. The reason that state farm gave me is that they could not see the damage on photos. This shows the bureaucratic operations of state farm, they just don't care about the safety of customer. Darryl suggested that I sign the alignment consent first to allow them to prove the damage on the alignment and tie rod and get paid by state farm. Without the expert knowledge from Dan and Darryl I would have had to face a thousand dollar more expensive repair bill. Dan and Darryl were my best allies during this incident.
