Totally disappointed in this dealership with service!!! Every single time it's a 3 to 4 hour wait for oil change or anything small!!! You are not a priority at all!! PROIRITIES FOR LIFE IS A JOKE!!! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!Do yourself a favor and just go pay for your oil change somewhere else!! It will be so much faster and they would not overbook you like here!!! This will be the last vehicle I will buy here!!

If you're looking at getting your vehicle serviced, ask for John at the service desk! He is so polite and and very knowledgeable! Always gets me right!They have some good mechanics too!

1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change, and arrived 20 minutes early. My steering wheel is coated in oil. This is a reoccurring theme at this dealership.

Had an appointment at 745am for a manufacturer recall on brake vacuum pump. got there at 730am. stayed at the dealership kept checking back in. and around 1pm finally had enough asked them about a status on my truck. they had said we didn t know you were here, they haven t ran a diagnostic yet . I asked for my truck back and apparently the only person who can get me my truck went into a mandatory meeting and they kept telling me they can t get him out of the meeting to get my truck. I had to pick my daughter up from daycare. 3:30 and still at dealership.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance

Thank you for your hard work and getting my car back on the road. It is important that I know my family is safe and not stranded on the road. I truly enjoy that whoever answers the phone, they are ready to help. Scheduling appointments are very easy. Whether sending you a email or by phone you get a quick and accurate quote. Mechanics provide the absolute best in troubleshooting and reliable repair of your vehicle using the best parts. I have truly enjoyed this breath of fresh air knowing that no matter where I go my car has a great warranty on those repairs and that Priority will take care of my family. The entire staff have been very professional and provide great service. Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you again for my cars next service

Brought my vehicle in for service and realized it needed some massive repairs. Larry helped me leave with a brand new Equinox. Not pushy at all and did everything they could to help us out. I highly recommend it.
