Abbie and Ryan made buying a new car when my transmission blew the most painless and hassle free experience ever. Everything was quick, I never felt pressured or rushed, and they listened to my needs and requests and delivered! This experience has changed how I view car dealerships and I look forward to servicing my new car here.

I have a friendly recommendation with anyone who want to buy brand new car that new vehicles comes with 10 years warranty for engine and transmission and also with 3 years warranty bumper to bumper. They will encourage you to extend this warranty form 3 years to 10 years for $2000 extra cash and have you sign the contract for it. when you sign that contract technically you waived the 3 years warranty that comes with Toyota. and you will going to pay for that warranty that you are not suppose to. Also the finance manager James Roth is not responsible and he will not help you if you have any issues. DO NOT PURCHASE EXTRA WARRANTY, you don t need it.

Thank you thank you so much to Jorge (JB) for being my salesman and assisting me in getting my Hyandai!! Shopping for a car can be stressful and I ve had my fair share of stresses when it comes to that in the past but JB did everything within his power to get me the best deal for my Hyandai and alleviated any confusions I had throughout the process. Very understanding and careful with every step, especially when it comes to taking care of military personnels. I m a seasoned soldier, but I trust that he would take care and guide even the newest soldiers and help them avoid the costy fees and horrible deals you usually hear about. So grateful to JB and even Shay I met in mechanics who was funny and took the Thank you a 1000 times over!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this car dealership to assist my mom in purchasing a car. We were greeted and helped by Dylan. He was so patient with our questions, so genuinely kind in trying to work with us so we could feel good about our purchase and confident. He even wished my mom a happy birthday! This above and beyond service felt good to receive and witness especially in a car dealership!!Can't recommend Dylan enough and this establishment. : )

The one place I trust, my go to for mechanic work! Rob is an honest technician that I've used for years!! He takes care of my 02 Sequoia, she's got 287,000 miles. Love what you do for me, Toyota!

This dealership was so easy to work with! Our salesman Carl Logan was great! He was not pushy, let us take our time and look at what ever we wanted. Carl explained all of the features on our new car and made sure we understood! He really made buying a car very enjoyable!!!! I definitely recommend this dealership!!!!!

JB, Evan and James were all very helpful with my first brand new car purchase! We arrived later in the evening and they stayed after hours to make sure I was 100% happy. This by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had. After the holidays we found out that our 2008 Tahoe was no longer in stable condition to drive and it was time to quickly purchase another car. We didn t want to rush the process but we were also on a time crunch. This was the first car that we had to be very specific about because we now had two kids, a dog and the possibility of moving around the country as a military family. Chandler Price navigated this process smoothly and efficiently. He educated us different models until my wife was able to narrow down a car she would feel comfortable driving with our two kids. When we found out they did not have the car in stock, Chandler and his team looked for the vehicle at other dealerships. The staff at Toyota really took care of all our needs and we are happy to be a Toyota family. Thank you Chandler Price and Pearson for our new vehicle.

Pearson Toyota had the absolute best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership. Dylan Lamont was amazing. He work so hard on getting me everything I needed. We had been looking at cars for a while and every dealership we had been to had just been extra terrible. Pearson Toyota was a breathe of fresh air. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recommend Pearson and don't forget to ask for Dylan Lamont his love for cars and his customers really shows.

My experience with Pearson Toyota was the best experience I ve had in purchasing a vehicle in quite some time. Ryan was on point he was honest with me and I really appreciate everything that Pearson Toyota did for me to get this vehicle. My wife and I worked very hard to get to where we are and we re very appreciative of the opportunities we are given. 100% recommend going to see the great people especially Ryan at Pearson Toyota in Newport News Virginia.

We just left Pearson Toyota with a beautiful new-to-us Tacoma for our son, and are extremely pleased with the service we received. Abbie was quick to reach out to us, polite, and made sure to come congratulate us before we left. Ryan, our sales associate, was phenomenal! He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and seamless. Lastly, James made the financing quick and easy ..and even made writing the check enjoyable! Thank you, Pearson Toyota!

My husband and I went in to check out some Four Runners as our family is expanding. We had quite an uncomfortable experience as we overheard a conversation I m assuming with Finance where a gentleman stated if we didn t look at the 2019, he doesn t want to speak to us at all as well as a few other comments that were not okay. This is a large show room and deep voices carry. I do not appreciate this treatment and I can say we will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealer nor recommending them. I would like to say our salesperson Chandler and BDC Rep Abby were very pleasant and I do appreciate their welcoming demeanor. As far as Sales/ Finance do better.

We've been looking for our dream car for almost 4 months now and we're extremely happy to finally end it with the help of Chandler Price, one of the extremely helpful Toyota Pearson staff. He made sure we're taken care of and give us the best deal they offer. He stayed with us through the closing. If you ever need someone to help you to find your dream car the way we found ours, I highly recommend you look for Mr. Chandler Price. Especially, no one took us seriously since we're both young he went above and beyond helping us.

I just wanted to thank Ryan Morris, our salesman for not being a salesman but just being himself. This kid has a great sense of humor, good work ethic and if Pearson's doesn't know it already, he is an asset to that dealership. We already knew what vehicle we wanted, the number we wanted for both our trade in and our max limit and Ryan was able to work those numbers to make them work for us.Ryan was not the only one. John from finance was also easy to work with and when it came down to signing all those docs that all of us enjoy so much....he also had a great sense of humor full of sarcasm. Now not everyone likes that type of humor but my wife and I love it and it really made the whole 6 hrs of sitting around enjoyable. Oh...our 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE is a great and is everything we wanted in a vehicle.

After sitting with a little bit of buyers remorse from another dealer in the area.. we came to visit Ryan at Pearson. We inquired about trading in our current car.. and walked out same day with an offer that couldn't be refused. From start to finish, the process was welcoming, easy, and quick. Bought a 24 4 runner and a 21 Tacoma on the same same day. Parts were missing on the Tacoma. They promised it would be taken care of promptly. A month and a half later no resolution. Have called regularly and talked to 4 different managers. All promised to call back. Not one single call back ever !!Extremely disappointed !

5 stars all around! The sales team always provides excellent service and are extremely professional. I have never had a bad experience here. I would rank it above all other places I've visited in the past. For service, I always visit Chris Capps. He's always positive and answers all my questions as well as gives me top customer service every single time. Pearson Toyota also has an amazing Sales manager staff as well as Finance manager staff. I've enjoyed working with all the sales managers...Nigel, Adam, and Evan. I also got to work with James and John in finance. Any question or concerns gets handled and taken care of promptly and I always feel I am welcomed in a family environment every single time I walk into Pearson Toyota.

The whole buying process was easy and our salesman Chandler made sure to make us feel welcomed and not pressured throughout our time here. He was attentive, honest, and had a good knowledge of the vehicles and processes. Definitely made this one of the best buying experiences we ever had.

I purchased a vehicle from Pearson Toyota the beginning of December and a few days later it started to squeal every time I pressed the brakes. I sent the General Manager Adam Sgroi an email and he called me right away. I was told to bring the car in the next day and that there would be no charge. They replaced the back brakes and did a full inspection of the entire brake system. I was in and out in two hours. No more noisy brakes and faith restored in humanity.

Ryan was wonderful! He knew everything about the 2021 Toyota Venza he sold me! Every question was answered with no hesitation. He was polite and patient with me! (I tried so many cars until he put me in this one) Such a great car with superb customer service! If you re looking to buy a car, make sure to check them out & ask for Ryan!

Danger to your vehicle and family!Didn t put OIL in my vehicle during an oil change. I was calm and civil with the staff but now the dealership staff is trying to tell me there is no damage resulting from driving a reciprocating engine almost a mile without oil.Billy Hobbs - He implied to me during a phone conversation that the improper function of my hood shock was a cause for them not replacing the oil in the vehicle.Staff Member - told me that in his professional opinion that if the car was able to turn over there was probably no long term damage.Obviously the statements above are all attempts to avoid fixing the mistake the dealership made to avoid an insurance claim. It was my wish we could find a civil solution to this but it appears that I will have to fight it in litigation possibly.I would just be careful doing business here or better go to another place for service.Previously to this service incident, they failed to tighten the lug nuts on my front left tire of another vehicle brought for service. Luckily, I discovered it before something catastrophic happened.I hope this helps others from possibly have long issues here at the very least you should doubleCheck their work.
