Sooooo found this place on google! Needed 2 tires plugged up because of nails, guy was super professional and FAST! Never had to leave my car! 5 start rating and more than affordable and will give you knowledge as well as point you in the correct direction if they can help you! Definitely and hidden gem in Newport News!!!

Honestly, for the price, sure it s fair but not once but twice when getting a tire patched they severely over torqued the lug nut and made it to where it had to be broken off to be replaced because not only did the patch not hold, it was way too large of a hole to be patched in the first place and cost me hundreds of dollars for something that could ve been easily replaced had they actually known what they were doing. I m pretty upset and dissatisfied with the lack of competence this place has shown and the amount of money it has cost me to fix their mistakes. Be mindful of who you trust when your vehicle is at stake.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!! I went here to get my tire replaced as I was riding on a donut. I heard the guy drilling my tire new back on and he stayed in the same spot for awhile. I questioned to myself what he was doing but didnt bother to ask just let him work. He then proceeded to show me a striped bolt and told me I did it while putting the donut on. Ive taken my car to auto shops looking to get a new bolt or just re thred and everyone tells me I need to take it back to the tire shop. There is no way I striped this bolt by hand, this was done by the employees at this shop and now I have to spend even more money looking around to get it replaced.

Great deals great service. They do their best to give you quality product. I will go back again. The tire I bought was quality looked almost brand new! I don't need to pay $180 for one new tire. The young man who helped me was so professional! Thank you!

I took a friend's car there while she was at work and because she had a slow leak that needed to be fixed.She had a nail in her Tire and the gentleman did a wonderful job repairing the tire pulling the nail out and I was gone within 15 minutes. And I returned her car to her by 9:30 am before she wentOn break from her job.

Every time I have been here the service has been great the guy is supercool. It is raining and he didn t even make me get out of the car. Friendly, reliable and. Reasonably priced. Check em out!!

Went over to pep boys across the street to get my tire patched, they told me it was too close to the rim and that I could only buy a new tire. Came here and got patched up quick for a lesser price. Patch lasted me til I got a new tire.

Friendly. Went to get my tire plug took less than 5 minutes. Also got a good price on 4 new tires. Great service would definitely RECOMMEND!! THANK YOU

I haven t gone yet but I have called multiple times, ethier went straight to voicemail or gave me the line of sorry no one is available right now,please try again later . I ve also went to website and message for an estimate on new and lightly used tires for my truck. I have yet to receive any feedback.

We needed a tire for my daughter's car but it was so flat we couldn't make it there. My daughter called ahead and they had it available so we brought the tire to them. They switched out the tire and we went back to car to put it on. We then drove back to them so they could inspect the other tires for me. Not only were they patient with all of my running around Newport News, they checked the tires at no cost and gave us recommendations to find a spare tire. These are great people who are definitely willing to help. I've been coming here for years and I highly recommend them!

Great shop!! I was traveling back to Baltimore from Norfolk with my 2 kids in the car when I blew a tire. It was a Sunday afternoon and most places were closed. The guy at Pay-Less was very helpful, got my tire fixed quickly and at a great price and I was back on the road in no time. I definitely recommend this place!

100% recommend coming here! This man worked on my SUV for 3 hours because I had several seized lug nuts, still only charged me what he originally quoted me despite all the extra labor! My battery was 5 years old and I killed it during the repair, he tried to jump it but with it being so old it wouldn't charge, I went and bought a new battery and he installed it for me. He stayed 2 hours past closing time helping me! The service here is professional, friendly and so above and beyond! There've gained a customer for life!

Wonderful workers, good selection. Just make sure you ask them not to over torque the lug nuts or you won't be able to get them off with a tire iron later.

Have been here 2 times within a 2 week period for tire problems.. The man (John) helped both times and he is awesome! The second visit I ended up needing a new tire so he called around to find me one, picked it up, and put it on. He didn t even charge me for the work he did to find the tire, pick the tire up, and put the tire on the car or anything. It s so nice to know there s still good hearted people out here. Times are hard and I m thankful for what he did. Great man!

Expedient service that is both affordable and friendly!Originally went in to have two tires replaced. After a brief, but knowledgeable, consultation they ended up repairing one of my tires instead of replacing them. As the gentleman assisting me said: "Wouldn't want you to spend more than you have to."Will definitely be heading back for any tire related services in the future!

I was here earlier today. My friend had to get a new tire. The 2 guys that work there are very wonderful and friendly. We were done in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this place

Experiencing excellent service is key when finding which place to go to any any type of situation. Pay-Less Tire & Auto Repair gives just that. With my car having a flat tire and tires being very expensive, Pay-Less Tires gives you high quality tires that you can rely on. Replacing my flat tire in less than an hour, was just the start of an amazing day. Now money is on the front of everyone's minds these days. Pay-Less tires are around $50-$100 for a good quality tire. After getting my tire replaced I celebrated with some icecream. Thank you so very much Pay-Less Tire & Auto Repair!

We needed a tire repair ( of course on a Sunday) the gentleman that was there was honest and fast and very friendly. It took him no time to take care of our problem unlike the place across the street pep boys the lady was rude. I recommend pay less tires thank you.

I was able to pull up and be helped in about 7 minutes. Both employees were very respectful and courteous. They didn't try to take advantage of me being a woman by myself, trying to talk me into more than what I needed. I ended up needing more than a plug however, but the replacement was a very fair price. The gentleman with the extraordinary blue eyes was sweet.

These guys are pretty wonderful. I was able to get a tire repaired and another replaced on a Saturday night! Their hours are so convenient. And one day on the way to the park (they're very close to my home) I stopped by on a whim and the gentleman working even helped me with my small son's bicycle by adding air to the tire and checking his inner tube! I was so impressed and touched. I wish I'd gotten his name but he was a younger guy, quiet but polite and very quick and efficient. I will definitely return for future tire needs. Thank you!

He was so honest with me I had to leave a review. It would have been easy to sell me another tire but I stead he put beading in my spare and saved me $50!A refreshing break from big businesses just after your wallet. I highly recommend them and they have all my respect

Our family was traveling from PA to OBX the night before Thanksgiving and at 8PM we got a flat tire. Everyone was closed or near closing at 9PM. We called around and no one wanted to wait until we could get our spare on and get to them. We called Pay Less at 8:45 and they were kind and stayed open to help us. They did not take advantage at all and and got us back on the road in less than 30 min. We would have been stranded over the holiday and never reached our destination if it was not for the kindness of the gentleman that helped us! We are grateful this Thanksgiving for your kindness. Thank You!
