They fixed my card in 1-1/2 weeks, and it looks better than it did before the accident; not to mention they even cleaned my car for me! The staff was friendly and efficient. Drop off date was changed twice, once by them, once by me, but communication was great. My car had major rear end damage and the repair (reconstruction) was perfect.

Had a great experience at One Stop. Needed front end work done after hitting a deer and it was done quickly and done well. Staff was great and I will definitely return should I need work done in the future.

One Stop Auto literally blew my mind. I had significant repairs that needed to be done on my car and they did absolutely everything they could to get the best price for me as my insurance was not covering any of the damages. On top of completely repairing my car they even detailed the inside! As a mom of two and a dog, the crumbs and dog hair were completely gone. I was so shocked, definitely didn't expect them to provide that service. I would 110% recommend One Stop to everybody.Ps. Customer service was impeccable. Very easy to get in contact with, very responsive, and overall super communicative throughout the process. All staff were extremely friendly and kind.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service on our less than one year old Subaru Forester. Someone ran a stop sign, requiring replacement of the whole front end. The owner and staff were wonderful through the whole process. They kept us informed and helped us do business with two Subaru dealership service departments to recalibrate everything and make the car be perfect again. Worst customer service experience that I've EVER encountered. The owner obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed. He came into the room with a very negative aura and did not even acknowledge me as a customer. He was VERY rude and confrontational while attempting to ask me basic questions that I had already provided to his employee!! I even attempted to de-escalate the situation by telling him to relax however, to no avail. I ended up giving him some choice words and telling him to cancel my work order. If you value customer service and professionalism DON'T STOP at One Stop Auto!!
