I don t usually write reviews but the customer service here is impeccable! The battery in my car died and I called to see if they had a replacement available. Eric took my call and offered all the options compatible for my vehicle. Once I arrived Eric was quick to help and already had the information pulled up for the battery I needed. He replaced the battery and was extremely personal and helpful answering all the questions I had about the process. 10/10 would recommend!

I needed a new battery and help installing it. The gentlemen said he couldn't necessarily help me remove it but he could walk me through it since he's had experience. He was a huge help, very knowledgeable and kind to talk to. Damien was spectacular and insured I was to get the warranty for coverage.

Really helped me w. my power steering pump. It was a nice older guy there. Jason. You need to remember to put my phone number in the system for the warranty.

Purchased A car battery from this location the battery never started my car.Tried to return the battery to the same location. Damien Stated there was a scam going on with car batteries something I ve never heard of then he stated they had a meeting today and he was unable to accept the return without a managers consent which I get. Then he called his manager and said the battery was used and struts were damaged which was a lie so I could not get a refund on a battery that I did not need. So I had to take the battery to the O Reillys a couple miles away to get a refund after explaining the same thing that I explained to Damien. Thank you for your lack of customer service skills and wasting my time.

I replaced a battery with O'Reilly Auto Parts. They had the best prices compared to Advanced Auto Parts and Auto Zone. Customer service was great and they installed the new battery for me. The entire experience was pleasant. Will definitely return for future car needs.

Great experience. Needed a part ASAP. Old part out, car on jack stands, part I ordered was wrong. No one had it in stop or available for days. Called O'Reilly at 6pm and they ordered the part for next day pickup. Came in at 1pm and the part was waiting for me. Spoke with 3 people for this purchase and everyone was very nice to deal. Might have to change up my normal auto parts store.

The parts guys were actually knowledgeable, which is a welcome change. They didn't have the part on hand but were able to get it within hours. Scott and Val were able to recommend a better product for more, but get me a rebate and it cost less in the long run, and I saved money.

I'm giving this place a 5 star for the fact I rode my bike up there from stoneybrook on Warwick side with a truck battery on the front. When I got there they checked the battery and it was bad they gave me a new one and offered to give me a ride back. They offered I didn't ask and they didn't have to. They are very polite and I'm very grateful they did that for me.

They did a good job checking if my car needed a battery or it was just in need of charge. I needed a new battery. They where really fast plust the price was okay. $200 .With 3 years of warranty. So after that check up the dam light of the engine turn on and now I might need to get a new shift. but... I went for a second opinion in a nother place and the diagnostic was the same. Then it saids nothing was wrong. The engine lights its off now . But ill take it again to change it again , not sure if will be o Reilly cause as you might now I always look for good prices so I'll be doing my research. Service wise oreily its great and they always have itmes on stock. Plus the check up was free always free and they recycle your oils if you need to . Do not trow oil to the trash can. Ok did you know that don't doit. Be safe thanks follow for more.

I had an awesome experience at this location. I purchased a headlight bulb on November 25th. This morning I was going to attempt to replace the bulb myself. I had never tried this task before. The Store manager Chanthony went beyond regular service to replace my bulb. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank You so much Chanthony you did an awesome Job!! Keep up the Good work!!!

O Reilly is a laid back auto store. It's never a long line. You can go right in and right back out. Quick customer services and the prices is way cheaper then the other auto store.

Called said they had Part showed up didn t have part wild goose chase not very helpful the woman just didn t seem like she wanted to help at all put the man on a different task that was helping me to just pretty much shorthand me and not go all in above to look for the part as she should ve been a computer said they had

They always have the parts I need in stock or they can get them quickly. There prices are better than autoz stores. They staff members are friendly and always get the right products.

Oh yes they definitely don't want customers I came in and he asked me what I needed after I had left out and came back in there was 2 guys one helping a army guy so when I walked in the army guy and him asked what I needed I said a bolt then they directed me to the bolt part with a finger while there is a free guy that's standing there that could help me find the bolt well turns out I didn't find they didn't even check on how I was doing all they where worried about was talking about irrelevant stuff on the front line in customer view how unprofessional looks like you lost a customer then had the nerve to ask me how I was doing after I leaving there's no need I did your job for you

I called 3 consecutive times and no one answered on the 4th time someone answered but the lady had an attitude to start out with and when I was asking for help on a question she hung up the phone on me. Definetly not where I wanna shop.
