I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this establishment. From start to finish, they provided exceptional customer service. They kept me updated with regular progress reports, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. I was very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. When it came time to pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was ready ahead of schedule. The staff had gone above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was in top condition and ready for me to drive. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they made the entire process stress-free. I will definitely be recommend!!

I never been in a body shop that workers were so nice, patient and so respectful that I love their job. They did an amazing job fixing my little blue Nissan s trunk and lights! % recommend !

I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with New Beginnings Auto Body. When my son had a fender-bender at school, I was worried sick, especially since we're not exactly close by. But the team at New Beginnings Auto Body really came through for us.Right from the start, they were so friendly and helpful. They made sure we understood everything that needed to be done, even though we were managing from afar. Their communication was spot-on, keeping us updated throughout the entire process.And when we finally got the car back, I was seriously impressed. The repair work was top-notch, and you could tell they put real care into it. It was such a relief to see everything looking good as new.I just want to say a huge thank you to the folks at New Beginnings Auto Body for making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. If you're ever in need of auto body repairs, I highly recommend giving them a call. You won't be disappointed!

I go to New Beginnings they have always done outstanding work on my vehicles. The staff are kind, easy to work with, Always provide excellent customer service. I know what to expect when I drop off my vehicles at the shop. The work is done in a timely manner, I wouldn't want to take my car to no other shop in town. New Beginnings is where it's At!!! My car was towed to New Beginnings after my insurance said they were on the preferred list on July 25th. A kid ran a red light and we collided. I was told that my car would be ready in 2 weeks. The main talking guy, Tom I think his name was, didnt want to hear anything I had to say. I figured I needed a new hood because mine was caved in, he said he could fix it. After the 3rd week went by and I hadn't heard anything I called to inquire. I was told that my paint (I have a 2021 Mazda 6 in a gun metal gray color) was special and they had to call some paint specialist to come in and spray paint my car. I was told it would take 4 days for them to paint it. I had a rental so I wasn't too worried about it, I just hadn't heard anything since I dropped my car off so I called to inquire and get a status. After about another week and a half I still hadn't heard anything so my husband went to the shop to find out what the hold up was. They told him the same thing about the paint and that it had to be ordered. Ok cool, just a phone call would be nice. We left it at that. A week later they called to say my car was ready. So my husband and I went to go pick it up. My car was FILTHY! It had sand blast dust all over it and multiple new scratches and dents all over my car. When I asked what happened the guy told us that it must have happened when it was towed. I refused to believe that and I refused to take the car. Not only did it have scratches, but the paint job and brand new bumper had scratches all over it too. It looked like they painted over debris and it was stuck under the paint. My hood wouldn't open and it was still bent down under the front bumper. I told him I wanted it to be fixed and took multiple pictures. The owner tried to get me to take it and just bring it back l, but I refused. About a week later I get a call that its ready again, and again the same scratches on the new bumper and horrible paint job was still there. When I pointed it out , he acted dumbfounded. He tried to say he was rushing because I was rushing him, but all I was doing was calling to inquire because noone ever called me. Third time and over 3 months later, I get my car back. The paint job still sucks, but I just wanted my car back at that point. He tried to say he had his guys put on a ceramic coating at no cost, but my car already had one. And I ended up needing a new hood, just like I mentioned when I dropped it off, becuase as it turns out, he couldnt fix it. Turns out, they take pictures of when they receive the car off the tow truck and submit them to the insurance. So I called my insurance to tell them what had happened. My insurance sent me the pictures and I compared them to the ones I took of all the new scratches. And wouldnt you believe, they werent caused by the tow truck. Im not sure how much my insurance company had to pay these people, but I know it was not worth the money. Yes my insurance had to foot the bill cause the kid driving wasnt an authorized user of the car so his moms insurance denied coverage. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It just so happens that my husbands truck was struck by flying debris from a garbage truck on the interstate and he used Bay Custom auto and they were fabulous. Hoping I never have to get my car fixed like this again, but if I do, I know where not to go again.

I had been a customer of this shop ever since I was first stationed in the area in 2011. Back then the service was outstanding (RIP Craig) and the quality of work was 2nd to none. Now it s all new faces who don t seem to care whether you re satisfied or not. My latest trip was in 2021 when I purchased a new car. When the car was delivered it has a scratch on it. The dealer agreed to fix it and I could choose the shop. So I chose New Beginnings because of how they had been in the past. Well the paint job was and still is bad. The flakes in the paint were to concentrated and now I have a line of flakes. Initially when I picked it up the door handle wouldn t illuminate because they didn t connect it back. Then the brackets that hold the door panel on were broken and now the door doesn t stay on properly. When I returned to have the problems rectified one gentleman told me their life time guarantee doesn t cover brackets. Which I found odd. So I paid him $50 for new ones. Just to have those not work properly. I know savings is big for everyone but I would not recommend this shop any longer. I went by again today to get the brackets looked at and the receptionist didn t seem to care. One gentleman was helping another customer and when he finished never came over to me so I ended up leaving without getting help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

New Beginnings did a great job on my car. My car needed repairs after an accident, I let them know I was paying out of pocket for a rental and they made sure to take care of me quick. Communication was easy. Thomas and the team really took care of me. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Our daughter put a huge dent in our car and you can't even tell anything happened to our car. Everything lines up, color is a perfect match. I definitely recommend this company!!!

My insurance company recommended New Beginnings Auto Body. They did an awesome job repairing my car. Great job!! However, they could definitely improve on their time line for the finished job. They kept pushing the date out

My Subaru got hit in a parking lot, ended going with New Beginnings and I must say I'm highly impressed. I came to them for assistance with my aftermarket parts issue and was well taken care of. They understood the importance of my car and the value it holds to me and made sure I was more than satisfied. They do an amazing color match for paint and cant tell the difference unlike a lot of other shops. They breakdown everything done/charged for service with all questions answered. No hidden charges, no BSing you or waisting time. Car came out on time as projected and I'm just very satisfied and wanted to share my experience. Thank you for taking care of me and my car, it means alot.

New Beginnings did an outstanding job on my car. The repairs were done within the estimate time. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The quality of the work done was top notch. They have really good team which was apparent when I visited the shop. Thomas is a ppl person he was very reassuring and reasonable as I had a lot of questions about the repairs... he answered them all My car was washed and vacuumed and ready for pickup on pickup day I have already started to recommend my friends to New Beginnings.Thanks New Beginnings job well done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop provides the best service and amazing customer service. They are very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to collaborate on one of the parts used in my repairs and got the repairs done quickly. Highly recommend.

Was supposed to be 2 weeks on my car, took an entire month and they never had to decency to call me and keep me updated. I had to call them for updates and was always met with the same response, we are waiting on a part. After it had been a month and my car was STILL NOT DONE I was told the manager would call me, but of course, they never did. Will absolutely NEVER go back there.Service: Body & Trim

They repaired the damage at the rear and completed ahead of time. They also saw a small issue on the front that was not associated with the damage on the back that they were able to fix.
