Went in for an oil change and was advised a front wheel alignment as well as 2 new tires were needed. The wait to get my oil change wasn't long which was great! I left and later returned for mt alignment. Tim is so Awesome! Very nice and respectful. I'm big on customer service as that has been my line of work over 10 years and Tim definitely has what it takes.

The man who worked on my car was very kind and honest. He was upfront about the repairs and cost my car needed. He also explained the issues with my car and helped me get a better understanding of what was wrong with my car. I highly recommend them for any car issues you might be having.

We have been bringing vehicles here for a while and always had a pretty good experience, however this time was much different. The lady at the front was very rude. I was told a different price by a gentleman than the total when I came to pick up with her (Ms. Bush). She said no thats not true, pretty much calling me a liar. I don't know that we will come back because of how we were treated by her. I strongly recommend to management to insist on good customer service if they want to keep and attract new customers.

I was in desperate need of a tire for my vehicle, and I went to this store for the very first time. The young lady who greeted me was excellent. However, the young man who worked on my vehicle Karim was AMAZING! His customer service was superb, and the wait time was not long at all. 10 out of 10 will be back, and I will highly recommend it.

I went to this establishment to get a front end alignment , and inspection. The front desk lady was quite rude not just to myself , but others as well. Also, the after math of having said services done to my car has left my vehicle doing this weird jerking pull back that it WAS NOT, previously doing, and as well as my wheel still being slanted , therefore my car wasn t serviced within its entirety. Very disappointed.

I used a vendor and had them ship the merchandise to Mr.tire! They had me wait 2 plus hours just to refuse to put on my tires. Said all the lug nuts were rounded off and the mechanic said he hurt himself trying to get a similar problem off another vehicle. Instead of finding a solution Katie was very upset because I had an opinion told the mechanic to drop my car and give me everything back. Fast forward two weeks just talked to Tim who is the store manager and his response is oh yeah they told me about you! Told him I have all 20 lug nuts brand new they just need to be put on his response is how ima get it off if the lug nuts are rounded off. And I responded it s damn near impossible for all 20 lug nuts to be damaged at once so instead of having a solution just more drama. Update: 11/11/23 pep boys happily changed my tires and lug nuts! They said only three nuts needed extraction so I paid an extra $90 to get it done!

I got a flat in my work truck and had to put on the spare. Called multiple places until Mr. Tire answered they had the tires needed (Good year tires as well), could do the alignment, and could have it done by the end of the day if brought by 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and had my father pick me up since they said it could take a few hours. An hour later I received a call that they did not have the proper tires and will have to order them. It's now too late for me to go anywhere else, so I give them the ok. Got a ride to pick up my truck, and will return when the tires deliver. Got a call today that the tires are in and if I can be there by 5, they will have it done by 7. I got there at 3:20, but had to wait because my family left for out of town today. Good thing I was there because at 4:30 they told me it was done, but they changed the spare tire and not the flat, so they had to fix this. But they couldn't get the spare off the truck. I had to go in the back and remove the spare for them. They did put my spare back on the spare rim, but then I had to put the spare back on my truck as well. Now it's 530 and I'm late to pick up my son who is waiting at the school with his teacher for me. So I pay and hurry out, only to realize they charged me entirely for the wrong job. Now I have to return after picking my son up, just so they can cancel the previous charge and try to charge me for the correct ticket. Not to mention these are sincera tires, not good year. Also, they don't know how to remove the service light from the dash. So after taking off work early yesterday to get this done, which they couldn't do, and then losing another 3 or more hours today, plus me doing the work to remove and reinstall the spare, they charged me the full price and said sorry. I don't have to write any opinions. I hope you read this and understand how bad the decision to use Mr. Tire was for me, how much time and money it cost me, and use this to take into consideration when choosing somewhere for repairs.

I let a mechanic know that I need air in all the tires on my car and he told me that the hose is outside and I helped myself.

I went in for tires and balance. Now my new truck shakes when I drive it above 60. Went back to have it fixed and it STILL does it. Once they fix whatever they did to it I will NEVER go back.

Great service, awesome prices. They're busy on the weekends, so be patient. But once they service your tire needs, you'll be happy.

Yesterday my wife came at 7 under the impression that she will get in and out fast because that s what she was told and she waited till 11 he didn t want inspection for the car. The new costumers that entered even asked her why are we in front of you? He said I don t have time for you. You have to wait more time.

I get great service every time I come in here. Cindy and Brian are the two I usually see at the counter, and they will do everything they can to keep your car well maintained and safe. Their shop is clean, and their service writers are knowledgeable. If they don't know an answer to a question, they will look it up for you. 5/5, will continue to give them my business.Edit: It's that time of year again, the DREADED INSPECTION! Cindy Ratcliffe took great care of me, in and out in under 4 hours for inspection, lights, and a few other repairs. She actually took me into the shop to show me the damage on my car, I will NEVER go to another company again if I know TQ offers the service I'm looking for! Great service, amazing prices, and super comfy lobby, and friendly, knowledgeable peeople; TQ has a lifetime customer in me!

Don't come here in a hurry! They are very slow working. Maybe that means they focus on quality? But I doubt it because smoking cigarettes does not spew quality to me while you work on and in my vehicle. They also did not honor my Mr Tire free rotation. I'll never be back again.Side note I only gave two stars because they had the tire I wanted. So the product I am satisfied with. But that is all.

Arrived early for a 12:00 pm appointment. My car was still waiting in the parking lot after 1 pm. While waiting, I read the reviews for this (Newmarket Drive) location, got the keys back and left. Only positive-the young man at the counter was courteous and polite.

I had a customer service incident on July 3rd at the Newmarket store with agent representing your company named Tim. Two years ago I purchased four sets of tires less than $400 which he said was now $700, I asked him why, and he said it was because of Joe Biden in which I replied, if Trump was in it would be a lot worse. I ended up paying Walmart $550,for four sets installed, and great Customer Service.

Wonderful service, the staff were very kind, and really helped me decide which tires would be a best fit for how I drive. The service was very quick, and for a decent price! I will definitely be bring my car back for my inspection next year!

I scheduled an appointment on December 27 2022 for December 30, 2022 at 11AM as it was my only day off. Spent three minutes on the phone to only come in at 10:45AM to be told that I wasn t in the system anywhere for an appointment last week this week or even next week. After being here until almost 1:20PM I personally witnessed many customers leaving due to miscommunication and I was able to leave finally. I am extremely disappointed in the service that I personally received and that I witnessed others receive or lack there of

Went to get my car inspection was waiting in hot waiting room man at front never told me car was done sitting outside not only was it done the guy who inspect it left right after I couldn't ask him questions because they failed my car saying lights and signals when my lights and signals work I don't even think they checked just moved car and clock out and left

I have been using this service for years. When it was Tread Quarters and now Mr. Tire Auto, they have always provided outstanding service. From the time I enter until I depart I have always felt that they actually care about their customers and their needs. I have had appointments and needed walk in service. Both were taken care of and I have always been happy with their service. Prices are competitive and the warranty services can't be beat. I highly recommend this company!
