Edit: Posted on Reddit and they were more helpful than the mechanics here. Turns out it was just a cheap light bar, As confirmed by a real technician. Nobody believes I took it to a shop because what mechanic is that incompetent? SmhWent to get a Preventative Maintenance Check on my recently purchased car. I mentioned that there were some wires that needed to be looked at. After a 2 hour wait they told me they were afraid of the wires so I sat and waited 2 hours for nothing when they could have told me that from the beginning. Then a hour later to my I went to get my umbrella out of my trunk and it was gone so not only did they waste my time but they stole a cheap umbrella from my trunk! They are thievs who will waste your time.

We worked with Ebony and from the initial call to the store for information, to the ending experience, she was very helpful, patient and a pleasure to work with. We bought 4 new tires, oil change and state inspection, everything was done correctly and efficiently. We highly recommend Mr. Tire and will continue to be a customer.

I have too many points to bring up in this format. Basically poor work done on multiple alignments and brand new tires that should have lasted 40,000 miles and after 18,000 they already need to be replaced. I want to talk with a higher up, as the store doesn't have anyone that can actually help me. I will be researching who I can talk to in order to show the chain of events that happened.I have three cars and replaced all four tires on those three cars. While I may have a prorated warranty for these tires, I am not sure I want to just go through more of the same and have shoddy work and under performing tires replaced that most likely will just wear down too soon. What I would like is a contact at Munroe, the parent company that I can discuss this with. I am have trouble finding one on line. I am not a happy camper and while I hate to go back for more, I have all my cars tied to Mr. Tire through my tire warranties and tire coverage for balancing, alignments and hazard. To go to another store means I lose what I paid for. This last visit I wanted all the tires checked for balance, due to a vibration at high speed. I just had them rotated because the front were so worn down and then I started having the vibration. While this should be covered based on my warranty I paid for, I was still charged $24.95 even though they said they couldn't rotate, because it was just done and couldn't balance because the tires are worn down to the replacement level.

Horrible experienceTook my truck in to get new tiresThey damaged one of my wheelsI spoke to David who is the manager about the issue ,he too a look at it and immediately took full responsibility of the damageHe said he would repair it or replace the wheel but he never didMonths later he hasn t called me backI called but can t get a hold of him

I was a regular customer here but my recent visit was very disappointing. In the past, I could usually rely on Dave at the front desk to run things with integrity, but then Evony came on board as manager and her customer service skills are terrible. She wouldn't honor the quote that Barry had given me a week ago and then lied to me about how long it would take to service my car for a simple brake light issue. I can't trust coming to this business anymore.

BARRY is back! Although he retired we have the honor of his professionalism and good laughs 3 days of the week. Barry has been my mechanic since he was manager at the Kiln Creek Tread Quarter. He is very knowledgeable and educated every customer on their maintenance needs. BARRY YOU ROCK!!!! And we love you!

I called to ask if I could schedule an appointment for a state inspection. The manger responded very rudely saying no you can not! All she had to say was no ma am, there are no appointments for state inspections or no, you have to come in Needless to say, I took my business to Dellinger s Tires in Chesapeake, VA. They are always nice, courteous, and helpful. My state inspection was done within 30 minutes and with a smile!Mr. Tire should probably consider customer service training from Dellinger s! The customer is not always right but how you treat them before you meet them goes a long way! Attitude is everything, especially being a manager !So sad that people are this way

Dropped my car off right before they closed because something was wrong with the brakes. I also needed an oil change. The next day I had a call by 9am with the solution, price, and estimated time of completion. It was done by noon and I picked it up after work. It was expensive but definitely necessary work since brakes are so important!

This experience has been very helpful.The online representative was very thorough.I was offered the opportunity to drop off my vehicle between 730 n 1130am the next day.The next day at 730am, I arrived at Mr. Tire on Warwick Blvd Newport News.Evony, welcomed me into the building and processed my workorder.While I waited, Evony offerd me coffee and we had pleasant conversation.My ride picked me up at 930am.By 1215pm, Evony contacted me and my vehicle was ready for pickup.My compliments to the mechanics for the work they performed, too.I asked for 4 tires to be balanced and rotated.I knew they were due because I had a vibration in the R/F wheel.Being from NY. I still had the snow tires on and we were visiting for a week.Tire light was on, pressure was off.They did a fantastic job, 4 new stems, 4 new TPMS monitors clean rims, balanced and rotated.My 2011 Impala 157K, drives beautifully.For a walk in service and repairs, YES! I would recommend this shop to everyone.A huge thank you and compliment to Both Evony and the service Technicians at this Mr. Tire.Have a wonderful day Rick ScheinerWorcester ny.

Updating to 3 stars.Not a bad place but not great.They are excellent with tires but components they are getting sketchy with. They used to be fine but now they are charging an extra 150 on components. So if they get it at the auto parts shop for 300 it's will "cost you" 450 dollars. That doesn't include the labor.

Customer service is the worst on the phone and in-store. I made an appointment over the phone, got to the store for them to tell me I would still have to wait 3+ hours for them to even get to my car for servicing.

I had a flat tire and went to Mr Tire to get the two back tires replaced. Right after I left I returned because the pressure was not reading, they told me it was fine and would fix itself after I drove for a while. They didn t even look at it. As I was driving the air was going out and became flat because, according to them, they didn t get the beading correct. It was up to me to make arrangements to get my car to a different Mr Tire for a second repair and they charged me for a sensor because I couldn t prove that the sensor was broken by the first tire change even though it did not work after that. I or someone else could have been seriously injured due to their negligence. Update to add that they did call and refund the amount I paid for the senor so that was good.

We've been coming here for years for our tire needs and basic service. With two cars for my wife and I and then three more for our young adult kids, this is where we go because they are knowledgeable, caring, and honest. The customer service is exceptional and they truly care about their customers and their cars.

Got a flat this morning my wife called to set up an appointment. They verified they had the tire in stock and squeezed me in before my appointment even. I did a sit and wait and only waited 25 minutes. Overall impressed

Great service, this is my second time going here and I was not disappointed. It was a Friday afternoon and I wasn't sure if I could get in but David let me know that they were waiting on me (LOL). I was in and out in 35 minutes. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Best customer service hands down!!

The communication was fluid and reasonable. My tires were not ready at 10:30am. They came in at 1:30pm and installation took about 3 hrs and 30 minutes. My entire day was gone but satisfied with the results.
