If you are in need of affordable, timely & professional automotive services? I recommend Moore s Auto Repair in Newport News. Services are done in a timely manner and right the first time. We have no plans on taking our vehicles anywhere else. It s a hidden gem in plain sight. I am so thankful Moore s Auto Repair was recommended to us .

I have taken my cars to Moores Auto Repair for over 30 years. They are always very busy so if you need inspection or oil change call ahead and schedule appointment.

I wish I could give Moore's more than 5 stars. They are family owned and have been in business for decades. I can always trust Steve and his crew to give me an honest evaluation and a fair price plus they've always delivered their work on time. One day I will retire and move from here and Moore's will probably be the only place I miss!

Very nice went in for an ac service. My ac is ice cold i had a leak the went ahead and fixed it for me. Price was more than reasonable. Straightforward honest people ..If only all mechanics were like the ones you'd find at Moore's.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Absolutely wonderful! Moore's Auto Repair has been my go-to spot for every auto related event for the past 6 years. I refer everyone I know to them. These gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They are honest and fair I'm pricing, work, and detail. I cannot thank Steve enough for the work he has done for me and my family. A++!!!

I was referred here by a friend and I was not disappointed. Mr. Moore was punctual and extremely friendly despite me mixing up my appointment day and time. I will continue to bring my car here in the future! Rick (I believe that was his name) was the gentleman that performed my state inspection and he was also very friendly.

My only mechanic since I moved back from California 13 years ago. I trust them implicitly and never doubt their integrity, honesty or ability! Look no further!My vehicle may let me down from time to time but Moore s Auto Repair never does.

I am so glad I found them on google. I was able to make a state inspection appointment, unlike any where else I contacted. I arrived on time and services were completed right away and they had me in and out. Excellent Service, I highly recommend!

Made appointment for an inspection polite professional. Also asked to get my fluids checked in my hoses and belts they did that with no problem or cost. I am very happy with them and I will be going back for any other needs I have

We don't let other mechanics touch our cars if we can help it. Moore's is honest and competent. They won't sell you things you don't need. They have saved our car from another mechanic's incompetence at least once. Highest recommendation.

My whole family takes our cars to Steve! His mechanics are top notch! There was not been a time where we have been overcharged or felt forced into unnecessary repairs! Easily a top notch mechanic place!

After being taken advantage of at other car places, this place is refreshing. They do a good job, know what they are doing, and don't overcharge me. Lots of people know this...so you pretty much need an appointment, but you get in and get done quick.

Always a pleasure. One of the few places I feel taken serious as a woman. If I ask about repairs, they even show me the replaced parts. Fair prices . Usually busy so call ahead to make an appointment.

Great place! They do incredible work at a great price. They worked with me when a part didn't come in at the right time to get me my vehicle as quickly as possible. Love it!
