Excellent job! Gene repainted the hood of my car. It looks perfect! He was so fast and he has great customer service! Communication is excellent as well. This is our second time using Milton s Paint and Body Shop. We are always satisfied with his service and we would use it again if needed. Thank you Gene!

Excellent repair work. Fixed up my car good as new. Even when my insurance would only pay for aftermarket replacements, Milton's got the genuine original manufacturer parts at no additional cost. All in all, would recommend to anyone for their quality work, commitment to customer satisfaction and meeting cost requirements without sacrificing quality.

Highly recommend to anyone in need of paint and body work. Skip the trip to Maaco, we all know you'll have just have to get it redone. Bring it to Milton's, they really take pride in their work.After an unfortunate encounter with no parking sign, I brought my baby to Milton's Body Shop. I got a quote on the spot. It was reasonably priced. So, I went out on a limb and asked for a quote to get the, previously vinyl, stock stripes painted on. I was extremely happy with the quote. We arranged for me to drop the car off the following Monday. I dropped it off that Sunday. I was impressed to see that my car was already brought inside within the next few hours.They found the right paint color and everything was set in motion. The rear bumper damage was to be fixed and all of the stripes were to be painted on. Soon, Rich let me know there was some rust spots under the lip of the hood and the spoiler needed some structural repair. Over the next few weeks I let them now there was no rush on my car. I could see they were busy and it's not my daily driver. They were more than welcoming whenever I stopped in to check on my car. They would walk me around to show me what where they were in the process.When I picked up my car, it looked better than ever. You would never know that sign jumped out and attacked my bumper. The stripes look good. Overall, customer service is great and workmanship is equally great.

My truck was hit while out of town. I have State Farm and they had several in network body shops but none of witch I trusted. After learning I could choose my own i was very happy I could choose this place. The owner is very nice and polite with many years of experience. The office manager always kept me informed on updates. When I picked my truck up i was blown away with the results the truck had never looked so good. Hopefully nothing will ever happen again but if it does I will certainly come back.

Very satisfied with the work done on our Chevy Equinox. A dent and chip out of the paint was in a difficult spot. They did the repair and repainted the door so that you could not tell anything had happened!!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They painted a fender on a blue Subaru we had a mishap on. Perfect paint match, no overspray, and even the texture matched the factory paint and did it in a timely manner. Compared to other body shops that only want to do your work if there's an insurance company involved, they were great to work with. BUT, if you have an insurance claim, they'll gladly work with them too!Service: Body & Trim

Milton's is a wonderful business to work with. I needed paint and body work on my 2002 Dodge Dakota truck. The experience was accomplished in a timely manner with utmost professionalism and expertise. The cost was very competitive and the truck looked fantastic. I can't say enough good things about Gene and the team at Milton's Paint and Auto Body. Their care and dedication to get my vehicle back to 100% was bar none. I highly recommend them and their work. Gene is so honest and trustworthy. Milton s shop fixed my car for significantly less than other quotes I got from shops around the area. They also looked at my car and gave me a quote the same day when other places told me I had to wait weeks just to get a quote. If you need your car fixed this is the place to go. You will be happy you chose them!

The door on my 1991 Cadillac was stuck shut and i tried desperately to get it open and i just could not do it. The car has 32,XXX original miles on it...I had it towed to a Cadillac dealership in Williamsburg to see what the problem was and they called me and told me that the door was stuck shut ( Duh !!! ) LOL... i already knew that and they charged me $175 to tell me the door was stuck shut so i had to pay them to release my car to me....then pay to have it towed back home...They never told me in advance that there would be a charge...they just told me if i could get it up there they would at least look at it and tell me why it would not open...it was supposed to be a courtesy inspection on the door!!!FAST FOWARD:I called Milton's paint and body shop in Newport News and spoke with Gene and i was told to bring it up so they could look at it. Gene works in the office and is not only helpful and pleasant to talk with but he makes you feel at home. Thanks Gene !!!I spoke with the owner of the body shop Richard and he said to leave it there and that he would see what he could do...no charge for just looking at it. I didn't have a way home so he took his own time to drive us home.He called me in a day or so and told me that it was fixed and lock was now working like it should be . He had to take the panel off and repair the lock and reattach everything...instead of trying to find a new lock which would have cost a lot...he took the original lock and welded the broken part like new...which was no easy task...saving me a lot of money. Then he came to pick us up so i could drive my car home.Richard has a bigtime reputation for doing great work and at more than fair prices...He does NOT gouge you like most other places. I will be bringing a few cars for painting in the future.I cannot tell you how pleased i am with Richards knowledge, skills and business and personal attitude.Its no wonder why he has been so popular for decades...I would recommend Milton's Paint and body shop to anyone who wants a great job, friendly consultation and honest and fair prices...God Bless You Richard !!!Kenny

These guys are just Awesome! Needed some minor body repairs and painting after a fender bender. Called them up and Gene was able look able to look at immediately. Got a fair priced estimate the same day and got on the schedule quickly.Excellent craftsmanship on the repairs, superior customer service and they matched the paint perfectly.Don't hesitate to go here, these guys do an excellent job!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We dropped our Pilot off to get a dent out while we went out of state. They had it done in 3 days and even detailed and washed my pilot. I have a three year old and a 11 month old you could only imagine how it looked. As a busy mom and dad we didn't have time for that. That was the extra step to set them apart!!! Absolutely satisfied with the service and professionalism of this establishment and its employees. Despite a great deal of incompetency with the insurance company handling the claim, Milton's and specifically Mr. Mingee kept me informed and updated every step of the process which put me at ease. And their workmanship was second to none. Great job guys!
