I must say that Roger explains very well with visual what the problem is with your vehicle. Everything is done in a timely manner. Even though I do not mind leaving it for a few days, I always get my vehicle back sooner than expected. Roger is fair, and as a woman, I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of. The pups are such sweeties! A bonus!! <3 10 out of 10, I'd defiantly recommend.

I highly recommend Lifetime auto. My first time here and The owner Roger was very professional. His prices are very affordable and reasonable and if you re having any financial issues he recommends many resources to help you out. He had my car in and out in a flash I couldn t believe it. Wish we had discovered this shop before. Like a local cafe, sometimes the small, local shops like this are a hidden gem. I have gotten good advice and service at a fair price, especially when I was being steered wrong by the Car Dealership Service Department. I highly recommend you try this shop out!

I brought in my 2009 Chevy Impala that had a plethora of issues, but this place quickly helped sort everything out at a VERY good price! The owner was very reliable and courteous and updated me on the situation often.I cannot recommend this place enough!

While on a road trip to Newport News my A/C Compressor blew out. Roger expertly diagnosed the problems, secured and installed replacement parts within a 24 hour timespan! Wow! He actually did everything he said he would do! He also did a complete under the hood inspection to make sure there were no other pending surprises! The repair bill was very reasonable.Most importantly, Roger is an honest, fair and outstanding person and professional mechanic/business man. I drive an older car that some dealerships out here wont help with and had been to multiple different mechanic trying to find a reliable one. This one won t let you down did many different things I ve been desperately needing to drive my car and what would ve taken and dealership months took this place 6 day. They communicate and talk you through every and even went above and beyond and fix some mistakes I made when I worked on it. Called short notice earlier in the morning to see if they would be willing to work on my Miata. Was at the shop an hour later and they were ready to get to work on my car. Replaced my alternator in about an hour and very fair price.
