My service rep Kyera was excellent! Very professional and helpful for all my needs. She even asked me when I would like to have my car maintenance completed in reference to my work schedule. And it was completed at the time I requested. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Priority Lexus for service and they will be first on my list when I am back in the market for a new car. Oh yeah, as an added bonus I received a top notch car wash for free with my service.

Request Latoya as your service advisor. She is very courteous and keeps you informed in a timely manner. I ve had my ES350 serviced here for the last 7 years, first with Charles Barker and now with Priority. I will be back. Always a great experience.

From the minute the car was assessed by service they knew exactly what was wrong and began working with the warranty company. The whole time we were aware of what was going on and great customer service was given. Thank you Latoya for your help in getting my repair completed.

The girl that welcomed me and checked me in and out was so sweet and welcoming. I had a small crack in my shield, but after the service I received, it was huge. The crack went completely up the entire windshield, when I mentioned it wasn t like that when I brought it in. the gentlemen that talked to me was a bit rude and not very polite. What do you want us to do about it . Something that was small and I was able to fix for free before i took it there, I now have to pay $500 for. The solution was well you re gunna have to get it replaced we aren t going to replace it because it was chipped before . Didn t really enjoy that interaction but everything else was good.

The service was excellent. Service advisor, Latoya was very helpful and made sure that all my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed. Service technician, Roberto took the time to ride with me so that he could understand my concerns. I will be requesting them every time I surrender my SUV for service. I appreciate the time they took to answer every question. Everyone was customer friendly.

Work done on time and well done! Jose kept me informed and updated while I waited comfortably for car to be serviced. When I made a special request Jose jumped right on it. I really appreciated that!

Had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm I had made for 2 weeks. Was told 1 hour wait time but maybe a little longer. I decided to get a ride and not wait and I'm glad I did. I never recived a call from them letting me know my car was good and called 2 times and was told I would get a call back and never did. Had to go there 15 minutes before they closed to try and get my car that that was supposed to be done almost 3 hours longer then expected. I would understand for a service that was complex but an oil change is a simple routine maintenance that should not have taken almost 4 1/2 hours to complete.

Reasonable prices, I don't feel like I'm being ripped off! Everyone we've spoken to is polite and friendly. My partner forgot his water bottle on the desk, and the receptionist made a point to catch him and give it back to him before he left the parking lot!Jos� is a phenomenal employee. He's knowledgeable, friendly, prompt at returning calls, and really goes above and beyond. We appreciate him so much!

I was very impressed with my service representative. I had a situation at work and could not stay and wait for my vehicle to be serviced and she took care of it, which was huge, since I was asked attend a meeting at a moments notice on the day of my service. Their willingness, without hesitation to assist me with the concerns/noise that I had with my vehicle when driving and she went an extra mile to get the gentleman who worked on my vehicle to take a ride with me to see if he could figure out the what might have being going on with my vehicle.

From the moment I arrived. I was met with courtesy and respect. Felt welcomed from the very start. Dealt with Jose Who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and cooperative. Made every effort to ensure I understood what was being done on my car this service visit. Left no doubt!!

I had my car serviced by Jose and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure that I was comfortable with all of the options before proceeding. If there was one word to describe the service I received from the Priority Lexus Service Department it would be outstanding. We were 900 mile from home and my Lexus had a mechanical problem preventing it from starting. We had it towed to Priority where Kyera was assigned as our service representative. She was in constant contact with me through the diagnostics phase to determine the issue, updating us on the needed parts, delivery date of the parts, the cost of repairs followed by the anticipated date the repairs would be completed. During this process I had to return home and explained the situation to Kyera who was extremely understanding. Once the repairs were completed Priority was gracious enough to hold the vehicle until I could fly back to Newport News to retrieve my vehicle. Once I returned to Priority Lexus the vehicle was sitting out front ready to go. I would like to thank Kyera again and the technicians for all their help in taking a tense situation and making it a lot less stressful.

I had excellent service as always from Priority Lexus.Scheduling is easy and convenient.From the time you enter the Service area, you are greetedwith friendly greetings. Service is explained thoroughly.Josh kept me abreast of any findings during my maintenance period.Receptionist is always pleasant. I will continue to have both of my Lexus serviced here.

I took my vehicle in for 120,000 mile service. Service department provided me with a loaner vehicle which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately during service they found a major issue which needed fixing. It required them to keep my vehicle for a few days longer than expected. However, work actually was completed 3 days faster than the estimated time. The service manager Josh kept me informed and even came in under the original estimate for repairs.This is the first major expense I have had on my Lexus since I purchased it. So far I m pleased with the service and vehicle.

My mother in law recently purchased a 2024 Lexus RX350 and she couldn t stop speaking so highly of Ms. Latoya in the service department. She was very polite, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. She drives from RVA just for the 5-star service Ms. Latoya provides.

Josh in services is always courteous and thoughtful. He always looks to better my experience while at Priority Lexus. From suggesting additional services that ll add longevity to my cars health, to just keeping up with personal milestones I ve shared with him along the way. He s an amazing resource at the Newport News location. As long as he s there I ll be coming back for all my LS s servicing needs.

Hmmm Jose said come into the garage so I could pay but the young lady with all the tattoos told me to go to the lounge without asking me was I being helped she took it for granted that I just walk out Jose was great but she needs to work on her customer service skills they aren t up to par and as for as your prices they are outrageous but I brought it there to get the truth this y I respect lexus n trust Lexus her customer service was distasteful

A member of the service team checked out something that I thought was a significant problem. It wasn t. To me, it demonstrated integrity and honesty.Also, as a whole, the whole visit seemed more customer-friendly than I recall from past visits.

Yesterday I brought my Lexus in for annual maintenance and inspection, and thanks to Latoya this visit was a very pleasant experience. I was in and out sooner than expected, and Latoya was available to answer all my questions. My car was finished with a nice wash, and it was a pleasure to drive it home. Thanks, Latoya!

Latoya at Priority Lexus did a great job handling our first 5000 mile check up on our TX350. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We love our TX350 and our overall experience with Priority.
