On the road again! Thanks to Leroy and Morris. Booked 2 days in advance. Excellent communication. They arrived at the time of the appointment. They got out very pleasant. They got right on the job and was done in an hour!!!! They were kind, knowledgeable, respond to questions. They are professionally dressed. They come prepared to assist with you vehicle needs. My only downfall, was Morris being a Pepsi person instead of Coke! the nerve! . We had a great conversation and laughter while they worked on my vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this mobile service. Prices are fair ..thank you so much! Hi to Roy, the bully pup.

My wife and I had just bought a 1990 F150 from a nice gentleman in Virginia Beach. Halfway back to Richmond, the belt in the truck broke. We limped it to an O Reillys off Jefferson Avenue in Newport News. The manager at the O Reilly s helped diagnosis the problem, which was a broken water pump.We called around to a few mechanics, who were not able to assist us at that time. One of the O Reillys employees recommended a mobile mechanic something I had never heard of. I did a quick Internet search, and found Laroy s mobile mechanic listed on the search. I gave him a call, and within two hours, he and his partner, who I unfortunately cannot recall his name, worked diligently and efficiently to repair our new old truck. I bought the parts that were needed, which ended up being a water pump, belt, and a fan clutch, along with some fluids.There were a couple of delays as I had to go to a couple of different O Reillys to get all the parts, but once he had the parts, they worked tirelessly in below freezing weather. Within a few hours, The truck was repaired, and running much much better than she did before. Laroy and his colleague truly saved us, and my wife called them angels, which they are. I m not much for Religion, so I ll just call them good men and incredible mechanics. Again, I I m really sorry I cannot remember your partner s name, I hope you can forgive me.If you re ever in an auto jam in the Newport News area, call this gentleman up and he will come to you. Not only were the repairs done right, he gave us an incredibly good rate for the work. It s one of the best mechanic jobs I ve ever seen. Laroy the Mobile Mechanic fixed our 1995 Ford F150 for us. He took the job nobody else in town would even give a quote for. He did an awesome job, in a timely manner, for an agreeable price. He also pin pointed other items we needed to watch which was very helpful. He stayed communicative the entire time and we couldn't be happier with the completed repairs. He was truly a life saver! Leroy came out an did an amazing job replacing my starter on my pt cruiser.. if anyone knows about pt cruisers then you know not to many people can work on them but he did! An was finished within an hr! Started my apple right on up! Thanks again laroy an samoan for coming to me.. will be contacting you soon to replace my radiator an oil pan

Highly recommend, 100% satisfied. Needed battery replacement and other repairs for 1993 F250. Showed up early which turned out to be a blessing, got right to work after vehicle assessment, genuinely nice and explained future recommendations which were accurate. Fair pricing and quick repair process while still being thorough. Will call again in future and we already referred to family. Highly recommend!Excellent service!Came out same day to diagnosis the situation.Let us purchase our own parts to ensure warranty with our commercial account.Scheduled same day for following week due to part not being available same day.Communication was impeccable came when he said he would took pictures and videos of work that was done.Very well priced! The service that I received was great. He ensured me that he could get me on the road and he indeed did that! I got my fuel pump fixed in no time, the service was convenient being that it was mobile and the parts per picked up for me due to not having transportation at the time. I would recommend this friendly, efficient service .

Mr. Roy went up , down , and around for me. Multiple businesses gave him the run around on pricing my power steering pump. He even had to travel with in the state, to another city. For parts. Mr Roy stayed diligent. Even when repairs were postponed a fews days longer then anticipated. Not due to Mr. Roy.However, once the pump arrived Mr. Roy got to work ! Very professional, very convenient. And his price was very acceptable. I would DEFINITELY recommend LAROY Mobil mechanic to Anybody having car troubles. He is the BEST IN THE CITY

Loved the services I received. Laroy was very consistent communicating back and forth regarding my car issues and the auto work itself took no time at all. UNRELIABLE!!!!! I had set appointments multiple times for Laroy to come fix my car. Each time he would leave me hanging and not communicate with me. Today he also said he was going to come but he once again did not. I diddnt get a call or text at all. It's been 2 weeks of this, it's not like I'm asking for a favor, I was going to pay him for his services. Find someone who is actually a man of their word!!!! The response the owner did to me is incorrect. He had already cancelled on me twice before the heavy rain started. It was also not raining yesterday nor today, so that's not the real reason. Even so, he still never communicated any issues or concerns to me until I reached out multiple times.

This was an effective and efficient and fast service. He replied quick and was honest about what was wrong. He prices are amazing. Don t believe the bad reviews, they re not accurate. My husband called after my car would not start, Laroy was very professional, he showed up when he said he would ... First diagnosed the problem ... I needed a new fuel pump.... Then he let us know how much it would be .. which was way cheaper then the shop would have been ... And we decided to let him fix it. He was on it by the time my husband sent him the money, he was already in the auto parts store getting what was needed. He had my car up & running in less than 3 hours. I told him to save our info we will be using him as much as needed. He is highly recommended.

Completely inflexible confirmed the appointment and then was told someone else was booked in my spot. Because I didn t confirm again in the morning. What is the need for two confirmations. Will never try again will never recommend. If an over night worker is requesting your service maybe be considerate of their schedule you jerk.

Great mechanic, we're not from here and found Laroyonline, he had to fix a botched fuel pump on our Ford f150 someone eles messed up, knew exactly what he was doing and identified the issue immediately. Was very professional and explained everything in a way we understood. I am absolutely greatful for these wonderful people and felt very comfortable and assured with the work they performed. Amazing individuals and will definitely be working with them from here on out. Definitely recommend. I have had work done on my Tahoe twice by Laroy Mobile Mechanic and I will continue to use him in the future. He's prompt; knowledgeable, courteous and he won't beat you over the head with prices. Being a female getting work done and finding someone you trust is difficult. Mr Laroy explains things so you'll understand and he does it with a wonderful smile. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

Professionals at it's finest.Very responsive, polite and on time, top notch knowledge.I called and left a message, within minutes I got a call back along with a schedule to check on my vehicle..Through diagnostics they were able to work and show me things that needed to be done..Very very good customer service.Thank you so much, I will go to Laroy Mobil Mechanics for any further services needed for my car..If I could give more then 5 starts I would..Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

It s not all the time that I get the chance to share an excellent experience from a private owned business. Laroy s mobile auto mechanic impressed me very much. He was timely with the repairs and personable. His prices were competitive but reasonable. I had two of my cars go down at the same time. One at work and the other in a freak accident across town with another family member. Mr. Laroy Installed a radiator, AC condenser, a rear Cadillac Converter, and a transmission oil cooler hose in my 09 Nissan Altima and in the other Ultima he installed a new alternator and and a new battery. Both cars were repaired in a 24 to 48 hour window that s including having to pick up parts. I have had a lot of trouble with different cars in the past and as a woman it could be frustrating not knowing who to trust and who won t take a vantage but Mr. Laroy and his associates truly made this the best experience in car repair. If you are near the Newport News, Hampton area and you re having car trouble s I recommend that you give him a call. He is now truly become my only mobile mechanic. A job well done. Leroy Auto Mechanics did a great job to change the alternator and its belt for my 11 year old car. Leroy and his partner did not give up until the work is done. He will tell you exactly what service is needed. Will hire Leroy Auto Mechanics again in the future.

My daughter is a college student at Christopher Newport College living several hours from home & when her truck would not start we called Laroy mobile mechanic & they came to where my daughters truck was that day and worked on it for several hours in 95 degree heat. They also arranged a rollback truck to transport the truck when it became necessary. I was really pleased with how they took care of my girl & her truck. If your a parent of a student at CNU you should give your child Laroy's phone number in case they ever have need for a mechanic that will come to you. Ford Focus with a complicated parasitic drain problem on the battery. Immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the problem. Very quick, professional, and kind. Was willing to work with any schedule and took cash app as well to make payments really easy.
