Y all when I say great customer service I MEAN GREAT. These guys were fantastic. They changed my oil fast, wiped my windows down and even vacuumed the drivers side rug!!! Every employee was pleasant and welcoming. I won t go anywhere else from now on! Thanks fellas! Keep up the good work!

Really needed brake pads. So I called Jiffy Lube in Hampton, VA , was quoted for 260.00, left work early to get her done, but was told in person that my brake job would cost me about 400.00 bucks. Nah dog, don't play me. Called Jiffy Lube off J Clyde Morris in Newport News. I was quoted 250.00. 25 minutes later pulling up to the bay, approached by employee, told her what I was there for an was ushered into the seating area. Bout an hour later, work was done, car test driven, drove my Kia home with no squeaking sounds upon braking. This Jiffy Lube is simply the best in my book. Be back soon for that oil change.*update* went back for that oil change, and had the rear brake pads replaced. I'm a totally happy man with the services provided. This just may be my goto spot for car maintenance.

Signed up online. Gave my vehicle info and received my estimate for the services I wanted. When I went to Jiffy Lube they quoted me a price more than $50 dollars higher than the online price. I will never go back.

The guys working were nice, but this is more for corporate. The heat is out in the office, so sitting inside felt like being outside.Not great conditions for the customers or the workers.Service was fast, though.

Did not review any specs or upcoming services or services needed. They were Quick at changing my oil, but I had to ensure after the fact that they even use the correct oil because they did not review anything in advance.

Oil was filled 3/4 of the way.. I asked if the tires were filled up with air, they said they did but I took it to an Xact Air and my tire pressure was low on all 4 tires still...vacuumed driver side only. Poor value for your money try another location.

Only thing I didn't like about this place was quoted 179 bucks for a radiator flush and ended up paying 369 with a 25 dollar credit

Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this location today. When I drove my car off after an oil change, which took a couple hours because they were so busy, I quickly noticed the low oil pressure light was on. I pulled over and checked the dipstick to find a COMPLETELY EMPTY oil reservoir! I called the location and they told me to return. They then brought my car back in after I waited again for half an hour and proceeded to lie to me and insist the car was only 1.5 quarts low(not true it was empty) and that they had mistaken my Honda civic which requires 4 quarts of oil for the model which takes 2.5 quarts. No such model exists! I showed him information my sent me from the NAPA database which my automexhanic shared with me proving my point and he didn't really say anything. I watched them put 3 quarts of oil in, then prong me putt the code reading for the check engine light which came on during my return to Jiffy Lube. The problem of a stuck Rotator arm is caused by a completely empty oil reservoir with zero oil pressure. They continued to insist that they had put two and a half quarts in earlier, then they took my car on a test drive around the neighborhood without my knowledge or consent to ensure that the check engine light had cleared properly. They then brought my car back in saying it was driving wobbly because the tires were cupped and they wanted to undo the tire rotation they had done as part of the initial service. They also mentioned a nail in the tire that was not leaking air. I checked my oil myself when they told me I was ready to go again. It was still a quart low. Meaning they only put in the three quarts they put in the second time, and had initially sent me out with no oil in my car. I ended up buying the last cord myself at a gas station out of sheer frustration. Three and a half hours later I actually have oil in my car, and if still paid full price. I will not be returning to this or any other Jiffy Lube and would recommend that car owners who care about their vehicles take them elsewhere for oil change service, or at the very least check their own dip sticks before driving out of the parking lot.

Quick and efficient with great customer service! They took me immediately, and made sure I was in air conditioned comfort on a blazing hot day. Discussed my options for oil, made recommendations and gave me expert guidance. Not only did they change the oil and fill my tires, they noticed my brake fluid needed changing and gave me a great deal! Very happy with how fast and thorough they were. These guys tell me my brakes are done and need replacing and they would not drive with what s left on the pads. Also told me I need a new caliper. Total cost $1390.I took it for a second opinion and brakes are 75% and caliper was loose. It was tightened and I was on my way for $30. Sooooo disappointed bc this was my go to place and I recommended so many people here. Almost got me. Scam! Sad!

EXPENSIVE! Told me it would cost $89 plus tax to change the oil in my 2014 Hyundai.That was WITH him giving me a $25 discount. REALLY!? You all charge $114 plus tax for an oil change. No wonder the sign in front said "OIL CHANGE, NO WAITING". There actually wasn't any waiting. I was the only customer there. I'm guessing most people think as I did.They're charging too much for an oil change. No thanks, I'll go somewhere else.

I went here for just an oil change. I was told I needed new brake fluid, new air filter, and new brake pads at $250 each. I went to my dealership to confirm and was told my brakes were fine. I will never be patronizing this place again. They should be ashamed trying to grift customers and it was the MANAGER who told me this.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was charged $111 for a synthetic oil change on my Honda CR-V. Would not recommend.Adding because this seems to be a trend: Employees got into an argument and were screaming at each other as I was getting back into my car. I was extremely uncomfortable.Update: management did not address my concerns about pricing after multiple emails and redirects.

This Jiffy Lube location goes above and beyond in every aspect of customer care and service. I had a full synthetic oil change. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I usually do my own oil change but didn t have the time so I went here because it s right down the street. Nice employees but none of them knew how to drive my car because it was a manual transmission. I had to drive in the bay and out of the bay, but not before they tried driving it and spun my tires and locked my brakes. They also did not turn my maintenance light off because they were unsure how. There might ve been 5 young employees there honestly I was afraid for my oil change, but everything SEEMS to be done correctly. Not sure how to verify though.Service: Oil change

I needed 2 bulbs replaced in a Ford Fusion and they replaced them at NO CHARGE! The staff were friendly, professional, courteous, smiling and eager to help. The entire process took no more than 10 minutes. I will DEFINITELY be back for oil changes and other services. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone needing their services

Whether at home or on the road for work, I always rely on Jiffy Lube for the services I need. My experience at this JL location #475 was Exceptional! In a hurry, I needed new wiper blades (destroyed from recent snow storm). I was quickly greeted by the Team, who recognized my patronage to the brand. These guys were fantastically friendly, efficient, and professional! Truly a great experience for me! I'm in the customer service business, and can tell you this Team truly exemplifies Customer Care!

Fast service, they took Wheels Fleet program with out any issues. Went to Firestone they were booked, take 5 couldnt figure out the fleet program payment. Ford was booked for days but Jiffy Lube was quick and efficient. The service manager has all the information entered into his tablet in less than 5 minutes. I will recommend our other drivers to go here for the ease of service.

I have used Jiffy Lube oil changes over 50 times all around Hampton Roads. This was my first visit to this location,,,,,,also my last. My oil change also took over an hour with the workers talking and smoking most of the time. Here are my details: 1) They put the wrong oil in my car. They didn't verify with me what oil I used beforehand. They said they just used the same oil as last time---never been here in my life. They tried to charge me $95 for a synthetic oil change but I use 5-20; my car has over 280,000 miles and does not burn a drop of oil. 2) They did a poor job cleaning all my windows---it looked like they used a dirty rag as everything was streaked and smudged. 3) They did not vacuum at all, even though the receipt said that job was "completed". 4) The window sticker had the wrong mileage on it -- when I told the employee, he could not have cared less. Overall, a 100% unprofessional job.
