My car buying experience was quick and painless the dealership made the process easy. There was clear communication, whether via email or in-person. No games. The final price was exactly as negotiated, and there were no last-minute surprises.I am so happy and grateful for my wheels that are absolutely perfect for me.Thanks to Christian. He is gifted and passionate and committed to excellence.The man loves his mother, and I do too.She did everything right! I was treated like family. I felt at home and didn't feel rushed.The dealership flows like a well-oiled engine due to his genuine business practices.They worked patiently with me and showed me kindness. From his personability and No-pressure approach, it's no wonder James River Auto Sales is a success. What else can I say, but I got blessed!!!

This is my second time buying a vehicle from James River Auto Sales, and again it was an amazing experience! Both times I have bought vehicles with rebuilt titles because of the affordability (this one was a 2015Honda Crosstour, and 6 years ago I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from him). Normally, buying a rebuilt title vehicle would make me nervous, but Christian, the owner, is honest and transparent, and gladly showed me exactly what had happened and what they had done to repair it. He goes out of his way to be upfront and fair, and has demonstrated himself to be a man of integrity- which is not always the case in the world of used cars! Definitely recommend James River Auto Sales for anyone looking for an affordable car from a trustworthy and reputable dealer!

I had a very good experience here, Christian is an honest used car lot owner (rare). The first car I test drove had an issue with the brakes. I informed him about it, and he took the vehicle off the lot and had it fixed the next day. He and his mother were very helpful, informative and I will continue business with them. The car I purchased was priced very competitive. I worked as a car salesman part time for Carmax I can appreciate the amount of work that he has to do without all the extra departments. Everyone has unique situations and he cannot work miracles, that is Gods job. A+

I had an exceptional experience at this car dealership, thanks to Chris. He sold my mom my first car, and when it was time for my next one, returning to him was a no-brainer. Chris's honesty and straightforward approach set him apart. He genuinely cares for his customers, ensuring he only sells cars he would personally drive or buy. The family-run business vibe adds a special touch, with his mom playing a key role. Overall, a divine experience, and I highly recommend this dealership.

5 star service!!! Purchased and older Honda Civic and the dealership made sure everything was in perfect working order before taking the vehicle off of the lot. Both Christian and his mother treated me like family. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership. Fair pricing, excellent customer service.

I was able to get an older model truck 2009 Honda Ridgeline I've been wanting for reasonable price and not be taken advantage of because I'm a woman. They are all more than fair pricing, able to fix any concerns within reason. And not underestimate what women know or take them for granted. I will buy again if needed and highly recommend buying from a reliable dealer Christian with a very skilled and knowledgeable mechanic/painter/seller- John, thanks guys, Luv-E

I went to James River looking for a car that would fit my kiddos. Christian was nothing short of amazing! He answered all our questions, gave us all the information we needed about the car. He didn t push anything or just rush us to buy. His employees got the car cleaned and ready for us as soon as we were ready to buy. His mother helped us sign paperwork and explained everything before we signed. Definitely a great experience with Christian and his team!

I love taking my vehicle to James River Auto sales because they're honest and very dependable. And as a woman sometimes other auto mechanic places like to take advantage of women, but not at James River Auto they took very good care of my vehicle. And it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back and I will definitely recommend them to anyone. They're the best!!

We recently purchased a Nissan Sentra from Christian the owner and I must say I was skeptical at first I ve never purchased a car from a non major dealership. My experience was great and the car is amazingly perfect! He has an A1 mechanic that has his cars in perfect condition. I ve test driven a few and my sister just recently went and bought a car from him and her experience was the same as mine! I will be going back for sure and now I recommend James River Auto Sales to all my friends and family!

I went to purchase a Honda Pilot 07 the car was very nice and I got a sweet deal on it. I dealt with Christian the owner and his mom Mary who is in training. They were so kind and understanding when my Chime debit card gave me a limit. I was able to pay what I had left and come back the next day to finish. But I was able to take the car home!! I'm so pleased and happy with these people and this car. I highly recommend.

Hello,James River Auto Sales are the BEST!The process of buying my used SUV was easy and seamless. The customer service was GREAT. It eased the stress of what could've been a stressful process. The staff is taking care of the minor things that need to be done to my SUV without any questions ask. Christian , the owner is very helpful and treats you like family! After buying the car , a fuse and aux socket was bad and I reached out to him and he was more than helpful with figuring out the issue with my radio . Would highly recommend him to anyone ! Very friendly and takes time to make sure everything is good with your vehicle !

I am SO thankful to have bought a car from Chris and his team. He didn't let me drive the car off the lot until HE was satisfied with it's mechanical condition. He treated me like family when I was there. When I need another car, I'm going to Chris. When my friends need a car, I'm sending them to Chris!

Buyer beware! Make sure you get a CarFax because they are willing to sell you cars reported as total loss and with odometer rollback. Then they ll tell you you re getting a good deal Yeah maybe if the mileage was accurate

This place is an absolute joke. I ve never been to a more unprofessional, lazy car lot. Chris, the owner, does not do his job at all. I ve waited two months for a spare key and my license plates, being told for two months straight they were going to be sent. I paid an extra processing fee for this service . please go anywhere but here YOU WILL REGRET IT
