I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Hornsby Tire. They are respectful, informative, & helpful. They provide great service with reasonable prices for new tires & services. They also have a phenomenal waiting area. It's spacious, convenient, & clean. They have vending machines, free coffee & Popcorn, & a Big Screen TV. They have a small area for the kids, & they also have a seperate waiting area if you need "queit" that they call "The Executive Waiting area". I always have a pleasant experience when I go here.

1st time customer. I was impressed by the professional and friendly manor of the staff for scheduling, and service at the front desk. They helped me find the tires I was looking for, and make sure all my questions were answered. The final cost was what was quoted.To my surprise, the tires were filled to the proper 30 psi pressure when I got the car back. Others places I ve been don t look at the door tag.I ll come back here when I need work done on my car.

I had a leveling kit and new tires installed here and they did a great job!!! They also returned my vehicle back to me within the time frame promised. The staff was professional & helpful and I didn t get the sense of how much money can I squeeze out of this customer? from them. Our business was right to the point with no BS!! Loved that guys!! And if you are a car person make sure you check out the cars they have on display.

Came into town to visit my sons. Our truck lost a brake pad and got a leak from the valve stem. They got us right in and fixed all of our problems. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

What an awesome business!!!I limped in there at 4:45 pm with a blown out tire on my equipment trailer and even though they close at 5 they stayed late and got me fixed up without question!!These guys (and gals) run an exceptional business and are some of the nicest people to deal with!I'm sure they do more than just tires so if you're looking for a great, honest and reliable shop I definitely recommend Hornsby Tire!!

Beautiful facility, clean, organized. The service center was very busy and cautioned that the work may take most of the day. I received a call early in the afternoon, indicating the work was complete. Thanks!

I have been going to Hornsby Tire and Service Center for over 30 years. This is not just a business, this is a family and they treat every customer as family. They are professional and honest and will go the extra mile to meet your needs. I can not reccomend them enough!!!! They always do a great job with keeping my cars well maintained. The prices are normally what to expect and they are alot lower than going to the dealer for repairs. Very knowledgeable.

I had the pleasure of getting two of my tires replaced. I called and Mr Jeff got the tires in the very next morning. On my end I wasn t showing up when I said I didn t have the money right away, but when I asked him to hold my tire for me he held it for almost 2 weeks until I was able to come back for the last tire. I really appreciated that!! And him being super patient with me! I also got the new tires for a decent price too! Overall the entire experience coming here was great. They worked with me and very timely and polite. I ve already told a friend to come here for her tires. Thank you Mr Jeff!!Service: Tires

I went here to fix my tire, and it took less than 45 minutes. The waiting area is very nice, and the staff was polite. The service was also much cheaper than I expected. All regular maintenance costs are listed in multiple places inside, so there are no surprises if you're going in for something like inspection or tire rotation. Would definitely recommend going here.

This is the SIXTH place I had taken my car to try to figure out why it was running so roughly. They were able to figure out what the issue was almost immediately!! Jeff was awesome and very friendly. Will be coming here from now on.

I must say the Customer service skills were horrible. I spent close to 3k on work and the guy at the front desk was rude and the lady at the cashier window was even worst. No hello or thankyou. Like I was a inconvenience of her day. Piss poor customer service. Will NEVER go again

Now this is a shop that is worth its bucks in gold! I got some tires put on some rims I got painted. They did an amazing job and did not scratch the paint on the rim at all. Like these weren't professionally painted rims either so for them not to scratch them at all mean they did their job very carefully and professionally. They took a bit but understandable why, so be patient it's worth the wait.

They really helped me out. I used to go here regularly when I worked for the yard. My husband got orders overseas so I sold my car to my parents. We borrowed the car to visit family up and down the east coast... visiting different family members while back in the states. Well, twenty miles from Suffolk, the car starts making awful noises with our two young kids in it. I was afraid to drive it back to NY to my parents but was supposed to leave the following day. Hornsby had me in and out the same day. I am truly grateful for this shop and when and if we get restationed here, they have a customer for life. Thank you.Service: Brakes

Doing a good job I think. My alignment is great, no unnecessary pressure to buy new tires before getting it aligned. They seem very accommodating. I would like to see more attention to keeping the car clean when being serviced, but I like their "can do attitude!

Normally have a pretty good experience. Good people and fast turn-around. Was told I needed a new alternator, battery and windshield fluid hose. Paid for battery/hose to be replaced then opted to do alternator myself since neighbor owns an auto shop and would be good chance to learn. Neighbor pulled diagnostics and found alternator to be fine. Sent me over to a nearby auto center to have battery/alternator checked and both were good. Will still return for future maintenance but kinda confused and disappointed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Service was not as good as previous visits. It took 3 weeks to get my oil changed. I need to wait for my vehicle and they were booked solid and do not take appointments for oil changes. That should change. Plus staff was not as friendly as before.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had an awesome experience with Hornsby! I spoke with David, after I busted up 2 tires on my CLS550. I never stray outside of a Mercedes service shop if I have an issue, but the local Mercedes dealer was not able to accommodate me immediately so I had to explore a trusted alternative. I called Continental Tire and Hornsby was the first shop mentioned. I immediately called, spoke with David, who was extremely pleasant. He ordered the tires and they arrived the next day. I could see it was a busy day but amazingly, he was able to get my car done within a couple of hours. Absolutely awesome! Thanks David and crew.Service: Tires

My experience at Hornsby Tire and Service Center is always top notch. I took my 2010 Toyota Tacoma in to get all four tires replaced. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. From the owners to the office manager and the actual service techs, everyone involved was very friendly and helpful.This is my third time getting tires and alignment done at Hornsby and every time has been a smooth process from start to finish.I will definitely be coming back in the future as well as referring my friends and family.JOB WELL DONE !!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Dropped off my car for a routine oil change and asked for a ride to work a couple of miles away. Before I could get the ride in, they were done with the oil change and I was out the door in about 40 minutes. That was great for me and saved me time later in the day by not having to go there after work. Taking my other car next week! Thanks Hornsby Tire for the prompt service.Service: Oil change

I had 4 new tires and 2 tire sensors put on my daughter s car. The customer service was so fantastic! Everyone was so kind and efficient. The wait was so minimal and the techs did a great job. I took my car in for tire rotation, alignment, oil change and mileage checklist at Hornsby Tire Company. Great service and feedback on issues I may want to address. This shop took care if all issues and had my car back to me in a prompt manner. Management and staff are customer focused and provide excellent customer service.
