Avoid at all costs. The service department is totally a rip-off.. I went to get a 4 wheel alignment for$120.00. Results at the end were they only did 2 front-end alignment and couldn't do the back wheels due to repairs that needed to be done first. What should have happen, they should have inspected all four wheels before doing anything. I should have gotten some of my money back for a half job. This really could have been avoided if they had just taken the time to inspect first. This was money over customer service. What a rip-off.

I had a really good experience with Jake. He walked me through the jeep and talked to me about my job & was overall really kind and willing to work with me so i could take my dream jeep home. He was awesome, understandable& very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend !

Place suck when u have a problem with car u bought there. They call set up app then send you somewhere else to get fix. Still have to pay when I only had the car for almost a month. If you buy anything from make sure you buy a ford. If not you play the back forth game then tell u go to Chesapeake with you mess up not know if it's going to make. Then you have to buy a rent a car get back home then out of money again.

Josh and a few other staff that work here are amazing for puchasing a vehicle. As for parts. They have the best staff I've ever interacted with. That is usually imposible to find. Service however can be very hit or miss which is why I put 4 instead of 5. Some staff and protocols are great, some still need some polishing.

Was 2 put car carrier from our car 2 tha car we purchased. After numerous trips there finally got it put on BUT didn't run cable 2 battery so tail lights would work SO we had 2 get an electrician 2 do it which took 3 hours 2 do. Don't know if I'll ever deal with them again. However, other personnel were great.

I slide into Acura on the middle of November. Went there looking for a particular color and style of car. Talked to Devin and we hit the ground running like the Bay 2 Breakers in SF. Only thing is I hate running. Devin made the marathon of purchasing a vehicle a sprint. Granted there was smoove talking to get us to an agreeable purchase. But Devin was very courteous and understanding to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Between Chris and Devin the Customer Service is unbelievable. I do not I repeat do not regret the experience and the purchase. They are by far stellar human beings. Thanks Fellas for your patience and your great customer service.

Great experience, 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Heck even strangers. Josh Cobb was amazing and understanding of my situation when i brough my car in for trade in. He was considerate in taking steps to ensure we went home with the vehicle i wanted. Cam made sure to break down the options for financing and payments. Josh ensured the vehicle was ready for me when we left and made sure we had the appropriate Apps and knowledge to make payments, to understand the vehicle and interface of the app. I can't thank the team at Hall enough for their help.

These folks are amazing! Our sales guy, Robert Muir, was fantastic. No pressure, friendly, and informative. We actually drive past several other Ford dealerships to go to Hall. It just feels like family!

Our buying experience here was far and away one of the most challenging, nerve-wracking experiences ever...and the saga continues to this day. Simply put...never again will we buy from this dealership. We bought a used car in June 2021 from Hall and before we had even gotten it home the check engine light was on. Six weeks later, they returned the vehicle to us with a new catalytic convertor in place. That's right. Six weeks, and only after we called multiple times for information about the status of the vehicle. Although we were always promised call backs regarding the vehicle and its repairs, we never got one and always had to initiate communication in order to discover the timeline for repairs.We also had to wait three months for the vehicle's registration to come from the dealership. The registration only came after weeks of "he said she said" regarding where the paperwork was and when we could expect it. Two months after we finally took possession of the car, we found out that we would have to drop $1500 for repairs to the same vehicle, and that money didn't even cover the air conditioning (which still doesn't work) or an odd rattling in the engine. Today, after putting fewer than 10,000 miles on the car in the time we have had it, we discovered that the vehicle needs a new engine. With all of the work that the car has needed from the minute we took possession, we are realizing 1.) we should have bought a new vehicle and 2.) we should not have bought from Hall. We have struggled for a straight answer from day one, and interaction with the dealership has been marked by unprofessional communication and constant delays. In short, go somewhere else.

I had an appointment for service at 10 am. I arrived early, about 925. The service writer told me it would be faster for me if he turned it over to the quick lane folks. Very nice and helpful. Had me out of there with oil change, tire rotation and a car wash a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time. As usual, a few recommendations for service, but I go in expecting that. I will go back again, no questions asked. Thanks to Kim in Quick Lane.

Good service on the whole, however an hour wait to get an oil change; after making an appointment is mildly interrupting. That said, still highly recommend the service department. Very through and not pushy to get recommended services done right then. Always an overall good experience!

This is my second Hyundai that I have purchased from them. Next year I will be buying another vehicle and I will definitely go back to them. Their salesman are not pushy. Their service department is ideal. They keep your appointments on time as well as have a quick turnaround time highly recommend this Hall Hyundai

I called the dealership and said I needed to go out of town unexpectedly and that I needed oil change. They told me to just come in and they can work me in. I get there and then they say oh we don't have time to do that today. Wasted my time.

Bought our 2017 Hyundai Elantra there and continue to bring it in for regular service and annual inspection. The service department is top notch and the team on the sales floor are always friendly and always zero pressure.We'll definitely buy our next new car there when we're ready.

I don't leave reviews often, but when I do, they are one extreme or the other. My wife had been looking to buy her first car on her own, Henry was our sales rep. We saw a vehicle online called to make sure it was still there then quickly drove to take a first hand look. I'm usually hard on salesman due to the usual "shark attack" when walking in the front door, but it was hard to be overly aggressive when negotiating certain things because they worked with my wife so well! They have us a fair price for our trade in, worked with a few lenders to get her an awesome interest rate, was not hesitant to put it up on the lift to check the undercarriage nor to get a mechanic to walk underneath it to answer any questions we had. Even after leaving to get some food and we noticed a small noise in the steering, we drove it back an hour later and again without hesitation, apologized and sent us home in a brand new car until the issue was fixed! We were completely overwhelmed with the service offered by all persons involved in the purchase process, even more so it being a used car! Definitely worth the hour drive to that dealership and if we are still living in the area the next time we buy a car, this will be the first stop! Thanks again Henry and staff at Hall Ford Newport news!

Got a call telling us they were running a vehicle upgrade program and since my wife wanted something bigger we figured it might be a good time to see what was available. Complete waste of time. They knew we were leasing a vehicle (which we got through them) and their solution to ending the lease early was to add the total of all remaining payments on top of the price of a the new vehicle. Needless to say, we did not purchase a new vehicle and will go elsewhere when the lease is over.

Been getting service here for years and never had a problem. People are knowledgeable and attentive. The waiting room is comfortable and the restrooms are clean.
