Quick and easy speedometer calibration with a price to match. Harry got me in and out fast. Very organized and clean shop and would highly recommend anyone to come here.

How refreshing! To find an auto repair shop that strives to not only fix your car, but to explain it all to you with the hopes of exceeding your expectations. Harry, Cindy and Paul were so very accommodating with pricing, comforts while at the shop, and with honest appreciation for my business. Truly a family atmosphere and this was my first visit! Thank you all so very much!

Absolutely loved everyone who works here! Came in needing a state inspection and they went above beyond! Extremely friendly and well knowledgeable! Took care of my cars needs and recommended what should be next priority to keep me safe and my car well kept! Couldn t recommend them enough!

Absolutely loved the employees here! They helped me quickly and I was in and out of the shop in under 30 minutes. Very lively and clean environment. It seemed like a close knit family and I enjoyed speaking with them about maintenance. Will definitely be coming back for more maintenance needs!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. In all my years of taking my cars to different mechanics, I must say this shop has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'm very serious. You have to go there and see for yourself. From the owner on down to the mechanics. Henry help me and went all out his way to make sure I was satisfied. Between him, the owner,the mechanics, and everyone in the office was outstanding. They had my car for three days cause I had a lot needed to be done. They were very thorough and they even offered me a loaner vehicle because of the length time, that they might have my vehicle. If you want quality service and honest people with fair prices. This is the place to go.

The staff here is so friendly and nice! We were in and out what feels like just a few minutes. They even offered a lot of helpful recommendations to my husband on the work he wanted done for his car. We will definitely trust this shop for future repairs.

A very friendly environment. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to enter mechanical shops as a female but they were very kind and accommodating. Harry greeted me immediately and was super kind and generous. Paul was kind enough & provided water & offered snacks as I waited for my service to end. The service was quick and thorough. Highly recommended for all service needs. Will certainly come back again! :)

This is probably the best auto shop I ve been to! They were kind, attentive, and they offered snacks lol! I came in for a speedometer calibration and I was in and out a lot faster than I expected! Definitely my new auto shop spot!

My time here was excellent, Cindy and Harry were very professional and polite. While I was waiting I was even offered a water. Which was great cuz I was very thirsty at the time. The calibration for my speedometer was only 95.00 bucks. It was ALL WELL WORTH IT!!! I suggest you definitely come here.

Where do I start?? We woke up to find our car was stolen and then had been on a joy ride and involved in multiple hit and runs. Ike was responsive and helped with getting the car picked up and answering our questions. When the insurance company dropped the ball, once again Guaranteed Auto helped to make sure that we got what we needed. I didn't want a tow company and I didn't get to pick this tow company. But if I ever have the choice and the need, they will be my first call!!!

Absolutely thrilled that I met the folks at Guaranteed Auto. From my initial call - they took care to give me attentive and knowledgeable care for my Jeep. I was glad they were able to breakdown the costs and severity and guide me through what it would take to get me to a trip out of town and a plan to get it all my issues addressed. Everyone at the shop was friendly and supportive and they even had a loaner so I could get back to work quickly. I am so happy to have found such a supportive and honest shop and I will certainly be back to get my Jeep back to its former glory. Thanks everyone!

It feels great to have found a new, efficient, professional, and actually trustworthy auto shop for my car. I love how caring each person here is for you and your vehicle. Its so rare to find shops that operate in this manner and I am appreciative of it. My car is taken car is taken care of and they made sure I could get it back in time to get my son from school! Everyone was super friendly, and helpful. I was given a full list of repairs needed, with the time span to get them done, the order they will need repaired along with the prices. I was also given a ride home and picked up when my car was ready. I will be returning here!

Harry and the team at Guaranteed was very welcoming as soon as we arrived. They were very accommodating and ensured that I was able to receive prompt service. I was able to get my vehicle speedometer calibration completed in less than 15 minutes. It was a blessing. Thank you!

Very kind, great customer service! Greeted me as I came in and was able to service me right away! Offered me a light snack and water as I waited. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for great people to treat you with dignity and respect as you get your vehicle serviced. They deserve the business.

Just had a notarized speedometer calibration service. The folks were friendly and the shop was clean & comfortable with quick turn around. I'd recommend Guaranteed Auto Service to my friends without hesitation.

After so many issues with my car, coming here was a breath of fresh air. They were so welcoming and so communicative. Cindy put me at ease immediately, and they went out of their way to reach me and let me know what was happening at every step, helping me understand all of my options (and the cost) before proceeding. I can't recommend them enough.

Have been here twice now, had my 98 ford ranger towed by them to the shop and had a new alternator and battery installed. Second time brought my 2018 F-150 in to replace a bad wheel bearing after my inspection failed at another shop. Each time has been a great experience, they recommend maintenance you might not be aware of with no pressure to have it done. Fast and excellent service each time and you genuinely feel like they care about you and your vehicle. Also, Cindy was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and in the shop. She made sure to answer all my questions. Definitely the #1 place i call for all my auto service from now on.

Was extremely happy with the service today, price was great to get a Starter out in and it was done SAME DAY. Harry assured me that everything would be taken care of and for a great price. My car s Technician Teddy was smooth and quick and had her up and running in no time, they even took care of other issues without extra expense , he s a really skilled Technician. The owner Paul was extremely friendly, he offers a warranty on the service and takes great pride of his shop and all the tools used. I d highly recommend bringing your car here for services, they ll get you taken care of correctly. Five stars just isn t enough to rate them, I even got a complimentary car wash at the end Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto maintenance

Can't say enough great things about this place. It reminds me of walking into to an old family reunion with both familiar and unfamiliar faces. Everyone is warm and friendly. The showroom and vehicle bays are all very very clean. Glad I have finally found a great place to go to as the shops nearby are shiesty to say the least. These people are in it for the long run. God bless Paul, Ike, Harry, Cindy, Teddy, Mark, Ian, and Chuck the silver fox!

I came in for a speedometer reading and they were very quick to answer the phone and take me In for service. I would like to call out the owner Paul who was very generous and offered free cold waters and snacks while we waited for our vehicle to be done. Ian was the technician who serviced my car and he did a great job. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone in the Hampton Roads area.

This shop rocks. They're noticeably friendly and courteous, charge fair prices, and they didn't pressure me into having additional work done, just a gentle reminder of the maker's recommended schedule maintenance. Speaking of the maker, they're a rare shop that isn't afraid to take on a Smart Fortwo. I'll be coming back!

Ike was a great person he showed me my car and even hooked a battery charger up to the car soo I can get into my trunk! I will definitely recommend them anytime or any day! He even told me I can get another car looked at there to see if it s a good car or not.
