I was stranded in Ivor Virginia in the middle of nowhere and had minimal reception available. I reached out to Gotcha Hooked Towing based in Newport News. They took it upon themselves to drive miles out of their way to help me and make sure I was able to get to a safe location.Mac was the gentleman who assisted me in the field. He was kind, understanding and very professional. Thanks Mac!! I d still be on the side of the road if it weren t for your support and excellent service!I highly recommend this company. They are locally based, professional, and go out of their way to help!Thank you!!

So I rung Phil s phone once phone hung up by mistake. He sent a text requesting info. Gave him all the details. Price was excellent. Man this has to be one of the coolest dudes ever. So professional! He sent pics and eta! Was putting the car on the tow within 20 mins time! Support this business please!

Great service! I unexpectedly got a flat tire on the highway and Phil was the first person out of 10 places I called that was available and affordable. It was quick and reliable service and he made the experience bearable lol! I would 10/10 recommend and use this company again!

Great experience in a difficult spot with my very large vehicle with this towing company and the towing specialist. I was able to reach out, get a quote, schedule the pickup time (it could have been immediately but I had the ability to schedule it out a couple of hours), and get my vehicle where it needed to go in a safe and easy manner. What could have been a nightmare ended up a pleasant experience due to the ease of the tow, the very reasonable price, their ability to accommodate my extra large vehicle, and the pleasant nature of the specialist. If I ever need another tow, this company will be the one I use.

I would like to thank this company. First and foremost they answered the phone. I was stranded in a parking lot in the rain. They stayed in contact with me and kept me informed with their eta. The 2 towers worked swiftly and was very nice. The company had a wide range of payment options so that definitely helped me out with reasonable prices. Will definitely be adding this towing company to my contacts

Gotcha Hooked towing was not only was fast in the service but customer friendly. They made sure I stayed safe and also did not hesitate to hooked SUV up with to the tow truck. I will always call them for my tow from now on. They got me to my destination within mins. Awesome and outstanding service.

Just got on the highway and my van started acting up. I got off on the nearest exit and parked my van in a parking lot. I didn t know who to call to get my van to the dealership. I did a Google search and found Gotcha Hooked towing company. They have 5 star ratings and I now understand why. The gentleman who came to pick up my van was very polite and courteous. He didn t take long at all after my initial call to pick up the van and take it to the dealership. Hopefully, I won t need a tow truck anytime soon, but if I did I would definitely give Gotcha Hooked a call again!

I have dealt with this company a few times. First through state farm, then calling them myself, because they are very responsive, kind, and receptive to my needs for what to do with my vehicle. Once they are dispatched, they respond quickly, and they even verify with you on where you want your vehicle, and pictures for updates of how it's going. 100% recommend this towing company. Great value, great service. What a business SHOULD be!

He is an actual life saver! This was probably the fastest tow process I ve ever experienced and it was dinner time on thanksgiving! He arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. Regardless of the day and time he got it taken care of his communication was on point and he took great care of my car. 10/10 highly recommend

I needed my vehicle towed last night. Two other tow companies went out to retrieve my vehicle, but did not have the proper equipment requested that was necessary for my tow. Gotcha Hooked Towing was called through my insurance company today. FINALLY, 24 hours later, my vehicle was being towed to the dealership. They were very professional when I called to check the ETA and they offered to send pictures from the pick-up location and the drop-off location. I would definitely use them again, should I need to, as well as recommend to family and friends. Thank you again for your the excellent service we received from your company!Service: Car towing

I was stuck on the side of the road with three of my clients. After speaking with him on the phone he texted me a questionnaire and before I could finish the questionnaire he pulled up. That was quick!!! The tow truck driver was professional and went above and beyond by offering to drive us home and come back to tow my vehicle. He sent pictures of the pickup and the drop off.I definitely would use his services again and recommend his tow truck company to anyone I know. Thanks Phil.

Definitely great customer service. Had to call a lot of different tow companies before I was able to find him.No other company I contacted today was able to tow my car which is sport car.Other companies where saying I need truck with a wheel lift dolly and he did it without one. Didn t take long to pick up the phone either and wasn t a long wait time until he arrived, less then 15 minutes.Service: Car towing

Called 6 companies at 815am and "none had trucks". Called gotcha hooked, he gave me a price and a 0930 eta. At 0930 he was in front of my truck. As active duty military and a business owner myself, there is nothing that speaks louder about a company than communication, transparency, and timeliness, and execution. This company nailed it all. Turned what was a bad morning into a better outlook of the afternoon.

I am thoroughly impressed by the quick response and efficiency of gotcha hooked towing! I needed a boat removed from my yard and I kept running into dead ends in my attempts to remove it. My tesla completely shut down on the side of the road and I couldn t get anyone to tow it for me. When I called them, they knew exactly what to do and took care of it right away. I wish I had called them 2 days earlier.They were amazing and efficient and will use them in the future if it ever happens again.

Listen I wish I could give Phillip 10 This gentleman gave excellent customer service he was quick as possible, pleasant & professional so down to earth. He took extra care & precautions with my luxury vehicle. A consumers dream ! Even though by the time we got to where my vehicle needed to be towed they were closed, he actually went above & beyond by putting my spare on so that I could make it home. Mind you it s extremely cold tonight! If ever in need call Gotcha Hooked Towing & May God Bless This Man & give him an abundance of business! Thanks Phillip
