The facilities we reminiscent of the Firestone stores of my past. A real link to several of life's memories for me, and I'm sure that wasn't an expected response. When I was much younger and trying to keep my car running, I didn't have many mechanical skills, so when a problem was greater than my ability. Firestone mechanics would not only fix the problem, but they would take the time to tell me what was wrong, show me the new part installed, and the broken part, educating me along the way. I've bought tires through Firestone and the people there always seemed to be trustworthy and kind. Just as there were at the Denbigh Location. It gave me a great sense of community when I walked back into the storefront and was met by Tina who immediately called out my name and welcomed me. Which she did on the next occasion as well, she remembered my issue, laughed with me about it, shared laughter with my wife and made a friend for your store that day. Love me some Tina.

Im hear to talk about MY mechanic WILL is his name here at Firestone on Warwick Blvd..the Frist time I came in for service to my car I already knew what the problem was, and I found him to be honest as he told me everything that I already knew, he has been my choice every since. If you are in need of a great honest mechanic to work on your vehicle. Mr. WILL IS THE MAN..

The lady at the counter was super nice on another level. The service was excellent and the treatment. I don't remember her name but people like her are the ones we need and we need to keep them happy by giving them good treatment (Firestone).

I took my f350 to get an alignment they did my alignment wrong steering wheel is not straight and throws to the left when I went back to get it fixed they told me the machine can't lift my truck. I called three stores and none can lift my truck. What happened to your promise to make things right.

I made an appointment for my tires to be checked, alignment and balancing. I dropped the car off and when they called me they said that I needed my shocks and struts and brake pads. They quoted me a price over $1500. I was hesitant but I let them do it thinking they checked the tires as well. I pick up my car and they claimed that it was ok for the tire to keep the plug in and the other tire was still low on air. They didn t check them at all. The work they did was not good either. Now when I drive on the highway my wheel shakes and I still needed a tire and it makes a sound when I turn the wheel. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this location.

I received a good repair on a tire that needed a patch. They performed that inspection of my vehicle and checked out ok. It was concerning that they didn't make a ticket for all of the sudden rumbling in my vehicle upon acceleration. It was so bad my foot pedal has a vibration. I took it to another firestone, and they suggested that I take it back for repair as they heard the rumbling when in acceleration. This noise was experienced by the repair guy and determined that hey, it sounded like any other older model car but it is a new sound and a problem. Now, I will need to take it to the dealership to find out because I have been dismissed.

What's the sense having to make an appointment, and vehicle still sits outside after appointment time for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Technicians sitting, taking breaks, on cell phones and smoking. In the good old days Firestone was my go shop for all my auto repairs. Maybe I'll have reconsider this choice. Service: TiresService: Tires

That s a lot of 1 star reviews for this Firestone location. I paid for a new battery, but they haven t replace the new battery for me. I went home and opened my hood, still the old battery. Luckily I m a car guy, I check everytime I get the service done. But I caught them red handed for not changing my battery which I paid $262 for. Imagine if someone who don t know anything about cars end up in my situation. They would ve got scammed by them, especially women. ALSO! They told me my Jeep 33x12.50R17 tires were too big for their machines to balance it, that s when I felt something is bad about this Firestone location . But other Firestone location they be able to get it done. Reason why I came here because my wife live in Warwick. Be careful everyone, make sure you check before you leave. I don t trust this Firestone location.

They left my doors unlocked on my car and my car got broken into and items were stolen. NOBODY apologized to me for what happened. Not even the manager. They tried to tell me that they weren't responsible for cars left in the parking lot, one of the mechanics tried to blame it on the tow truck driver. I rode with the tow truck driver there and locked the doors on my car MYSELF. I told them that they ARE responsible for making sure the vehicle was secured! I ended up calling corporate and filing a claim with their insurance.I can not speak on their work because they really didn't fix my car. The manager called me and told me I had to have my car towed to a dealership, I honestly feel like he just didn't want to deal with me because I called corporate. Which he seemed irritated about.The two young ladies who work in the front were very nice.However after this experience and the lack of empathy I received from the manager Tim, I definitely wouldn't have any work done on my car ever again at this location nor would I recommend anyone else go here.

This particular Firestone is the worst shop I have ever been to. These lazy people told me they couldn't install my tires because they have old lifts and my truck was too heavy. I have a 2022 Ram 2500 and have put it on a lift several times. How is it that Firestone lifts are not rated to lift my truck? Not only did I have that issue, I waited a whole day gor them to tell me they couldn't lift my truck. I could have went else where. I had another issue where I paid over 2k to fix my Ram 1500. I immediately took my truck to Dodge and they showed me personally what Firestone failed to fix. Dodge ended up actually fixing my truck and suggested I sue FIRESTONE and they would be witness to the neglect. I turned down the offer. Now I am thinking I shouldn't have. I will never visit this FIRESTONE again and I recommend if you want honest people to not go to this location. The only upside was great front desk service. The lady tried her best to help me and I thank her.

The 1 problem that was wrong. If someone have an appointment what ever the service is they should be prepared. For example i was getting a tire that tire should have been at the shop and waiting for me. I was there 2 hours and 20 minutes. That's why we make appointments. So the lady was kind to give me a discount for waiting. Come on fire stone

Could get the car in on Sunday and had it fixed in about 4 hours from drop off. Great experience and the people are nice.

Appointment was made online, received confirmed email re: date, time & location. Arrived on time was told no appointment was on their schedule. I presented the confirmed email & was told I would have 15-20 minute wait. After 2hrs vehicle was moved to area inside, not area where wheel alignment is done, to be serviced, but first, (reason don't understand) they had to look under vehicle to make sure was okay to do wheel alignment. That took another 20minutes before vehicle was even brought to bay to receive wheel alignment. Finally after 2 1/2hours vehicle was finished for me to leave. I have lifetime wheel alignment service, so I know how long wait is, but when an appointment is made it makes no sense that wait time/service takes that long, never waited so long for a designated time/service to finish. Workers were standing around, goofing & laughing with each other. When I asked why service was taking so long & why vehicle wasn't even in bay area yet, was told other car was just placed on bay for service even though I was waiting for that long period of time. VERY disappointed & not happy!!!!

I was waiting for the Bridgestone survey I usually receive after services are rendered, but I never received one for my 4/23/21 visit. Guess I have to brag on Christina in this forum....The�services provided by Christina are always top notch. When I walk into the store, I am happy to see she is who will be taking care of me. She is always polite and provides optimal customer service by being extremely helpful; going the extra mile to thoroughly provide honest feedback on any issues with my vehicles. She works diligently to ensure her customers are well informed on how to properly maintain our vehicles, and we leave as a satisfied repeat customers. My last visit with the Firestone was not satisfactory, however Christina went above and beyond to rectify the situation and worked hard to ensure I remained a satisfied repeat customer. I truly appreciate all of her efforts and I personally want your company to understand that she is a great asset to your Firestone team!

Shame I am writing this because over a year ago I spoke highly about this store. The team didn't diagnose the problem that my car was having. They determined it was a strut issue, but struts wouldn't make a grinding rotor noise. They didn't drive the car to analyze the cause. I drove home with the issue still there... They also documented some other things like washer fluid was filled which isn't possible since my car doesn't have the reservoir currently.Seemed like a lack of care all around. Paid for a diagnostic and nothing was resolved. I won't go back to this store.

Provided a quote for an expensive repair and had us make an appointment five days in advance so they could order the part. Drop off the car and they tell us that they are still waiting on the part to arrive. Come to find out that they never ordered the part! Was told that it was because the shop manager (seriously?) did the diagnostic and quote...and then the ball got dropped. So, if the STORE MANAGER IS THIS INEPT, THEN THE STAFF CAN'T BE TO FAR BEHIND. This will be the last time we ever consider using a Firestone repair facility, tires, etc. Please save your time and sanity and go to a reputable repair shop.

Tried to get an alignment but told me rudely that my car was too low even though they have the proper equipment to service lowered cars. Don t come here with a modified car because they ll tell you to screw off. Take your business elsewhere, preferably a small business.

Had a 3pm appointment for an alignment. Got there at 2:52 and car was not taken into shop until 4:32. Not sure why you have to make an appointment if that time is not honored. Also asked lady working here when my car was going to be worked on and she said it should be next. I said I wish they would have just told me if it was going to take this long and she said I could have my keys and come back if I wanted another day. What a joke I wait all this time and I am going to come back and deal with them again I think not.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long my time!Patrick went out of his way to help me get new tires and alignment done on my Lexus with a walk in plea to help. I had the opportunity to hear him work with many customers when I was waiting. They all left with a smile and satisfied with the work done. Great attitude and honest business!

Went here a while ago and just now thought of the scam they tried to pull on me here so I figured I d write about it. I went here to get my truck aligned after putting a lift kit on. It s a 2nd gen Tacoma that was in the north so it had some rust on it. They discovered that my tie rod ends were seized by the rust which I investigated later and was true. They said they couldn t continue the alignment because of the tie rod ends which is fair. When it started getting screwy is when they come in and tell me I have to pay 800 dollars for them to fix the tie rod ends. Yes, 800. Tie rod ends for a 2nd gen Tacoma will run you about 80 at most. I told them no and that I would do it myself. I did it in 2.5 hours and it cost me 80 bucks. Which saved way more time AND money than it would ve been here. The only reason I gave it a second star is because they offered to align it again at no extra charge if I came back after I fixed it. Do not come here unless you feel like getting royally scammed.

The guys here are on point! Only place I d visit when I lived there. Products are aptly priced and if you can catch a sale on tires it s worth the wait! Which, by the way, if you make an appointment and get there early is usually only a few hours. The guys do their best to worth with you and are professional and friendly. Best auto shop in Newport News!

So after installing a lift kit onto my truck I went to this firestone to get an alignment in doing so I bought the lifetime alignment. A week goes by I notice that my trucks alignment is not fixed is is pulling to the right so I inspect my truck for the issue and find that they didn t put the camber bolt washer back on and I was calm and collect no big issue. Then the next I m supposed to pick it up they are trying to charge me $67 dollars to unbolt a bolt, slide a washer on and then bolt it back on there. I said why am I paying for something y all did and of course they blame it on my after talking to them more I proceeded to catch themIn a lie they said the cam bolt washer was never on there when they did the alignment and if that s true they are not supposed to work on that truck without that cam bolt washer on there. Not only that the managers ( Christina Sullivan and Lyle) there are just terrible they don t listen to everything you say you get a negative tone ( they say your wrong just about anything). I prefer the firestone near CNU much better cause this firestone causes nothing but problems and they don t care about the customer they just care about the next dollar going in their pocket.

Place is clean and friendly but they are not equipped to do state inspections quickly. Although I was there before the doors opened, they told me it would be 3 hours before they could get my car in for an inspection. When I asked if I could leave my name and bring it back at 10 a.m. they said no, its first come first serve. Tread Quarters on Warwick got my business. They were friendly and fast. Didn't take me 15 minutes!
