Dr Diag was great! He diagnosed the issue I was having over the phone which sped up the repair process. He came to my car and fixed the rotors and break pads. I can t thank him enough for quick and speedy service

Dr. Diag bought my son's 2012 BMW 528I. He and his lovely bride came to our home and the deal was done. All respect to this couple. Thank you for a great experience. Very insightful and experienced. I don't give out high reviews often but Dr. Diag. is The Man that I trust. Wish other mechanics took care of their customers with the same care and professionalism. Thanks!!!

I would not trust or recommend. Right after the service of having my spark plugs changed one evening we turned on my vehicle and immediately noticed that my car was shaky and was spatting out fluid at the exhaust. He assured me that it was fine and it would go away. The next morning, when I turned on my vehicle, the shaking and jerking got worse and transmission light came on. I told him what was going on and he still assured me that it was okay to drive. I knew that something wasn t right so I took it to a shop immediately. At the shop I found out that he damaged the spark plugs while installing them which also damaged my coil packs. I explained to him what happened. He got defensive and I have not heard from him since. I wasn t mad at him because it was the risk I took for not going to the shop in the first place and having processionals work on my car. However, at least an apology to a customer would have been appropriate as an Business owner .

Dr. Diag had very good communication and showed up on time both times that I requested his services, which already sets him apart from most mobile mechanics. Both jobs were done cheaper and finished faster then any mechanic shop around. He even gave me a ride to go pick up the new battery since he was working on my vehicle which saved me from getting an Uber. After this last job I don t see myself ever taking my car to another mechanics shop again. Hopefully I won t need his services again anytime soon, but if I do I know who to call. 5 sServices: Electrical repair, Battery

I've been working with Kenrick since 2005 when we were both working at Plaza Auto Mall in Brooklyn NY. I worked in the parts department and he was the mechanic there. I always knew him as an A1 technician but when I found out we moved into the same area in the state of Virginia, he has been a Godsend since. He's been working on several of my cars especially my Honda that he keeps in tip top condition. You name he has done it and does an exceptional job on it as well. I call him for advice and service all the time and he always comes through for me. He will get your car back in excellent running condition with great prices as well. I needed to have a mechanic available on the weekends. Not only did i get that, but Dr.Diag was quick to respond and easy to schedule with. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received. Not only is his service 5 Star it is 10/10. I had a terrible time trying to replace my alternator on my 2013 Pathfinder. Kenrick came to my house and finished the job and let me talk his ear off. This man has 30+ experience that is well worth every iota. Thank you, Kenrick, for your service and your time! It is Sunday and almost all mechanic shops are closed. We were looking for a mobile mechanic and when we have exhaust our options, we tried looking one more time and found Dr. Diag, he responded, he was very much a professional and he it the work on my daughter's car in record time and the price was right. He came all the way from Newport News, to Williamsburg. He is undeniably #1. I recommend that business.

Dr. Diag was amazing and always has a positive spirit. I had a harmonic balancer that needed to be changed and Dr.diag was able to get it done in 2 hours. He answered all my questions and gave me tips and all with a smile and positive attitude

This was the best experience from a mechanic ive had in my life he literally fixed my BMW x5 and made it run like a brand new truck he taught me things showed me where things was located at and did some extra things for me...if you have a foreign car this is the best person to fix it I recommend him very highly and I will never go to anyone else.
