It's always a hassle to get your car repaired, and is usually frustrating to work with such a busy store, but the employees really do run a smooth & tight ship at this location. They are usually short and cordial, but it makes sense because they are slammed open to close. We've had to get our tires repaired twice, and both times they could've hustled us into buying new tires, but patched our tires for free. Most places will find any way to make money off of you, but it truly doesn't feel that way. Honestly, this perk alone makes the membership feel worth it. They've always had our car ready to go in a few hours!

Staff wonderful, service excellent, Bridgestone product exceeded expectations. The old 1963 Dodge is not easy to service, has left-lug nuts, and front hubs that don't lock, and 54 year old rims that have seen a lot of service and weather. But staff seemed to enjoy challenge, did not mind the effort to do job right, and were very courteous.

Crazy busy that day. But they worked me in and they got the job done. I feel bad for the guys, working in an unheated building, with outside air temps in the 20s. And the process is a little confusing, in that you're supposed to order your tires online, then make an appointment, typically for a few weeks out. But this was an emergency and they were able to work me in, for which I am grateful.

I have never experienced such poor customer service at a tire shop. I came out to see my car after it was complete. The tires had all this white stuff running down them. Missing a nut. They left the plastic and paper crumpled up in the driver seat and the tires went even inflated to manufacturers psi. Left side was 34 and right tires were 33. Manufacturer s psi 36. Oh great now I have to go spend money and put air in the tires. I am used to seeing shiny black tires, that sort of takes the sting out of spending so much money. Not Today!!!!!!

Great prices on quality tires. The employees do about as well as they can given the overwhelming demand. BUT be prepared to wait. I showed up 15 minutes before the shop opened on a weekday and was third in line. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours to put on 4 tires, which was pretty accurate. Anyone who showed up after the store opens without an appointment should expect to wait about 3.5 hours. Make an appointment and they will put your car at the front of the line. They only do appointments on weekdays.I waited on the solitary bench for my car. The bench was pretty uncomfortable but I got to witness the sustained madness of hordes of customers seeking tire service.Like this entire Costco store, there is not enough capacity to serve the consumer demand.

I was on vacation when I got a flat tire. Called Costco next morning and spoke with an extremely helpful employee who told me to bring my car in to get the flat repaired. Instead of repairing the flat, they put on a new tire and didn t charge me since the tire was fairly new. In addition, they helped screw in another car part that had come loose that had nothing to do with my tires. I dealt with 3 different employees and they were extremely professional and customer oriented. I highly recommend this location!

I had an appointment for 12noon on Sunday for new tire placement.I was told that I would receive a call when my car was ready. After waiting 2 hours, I went into the office and was told that the car was ready an hour ago. No phone call. Disappointed

The absolute worst experience with an auto shop I've ever had.Dropped off the car to have two front tires replaced and left them a number to call when it's done. They were going to rotate our current back tires to the front and then install the new tires in the back.Don't hear from them that night or the next morning. Call them at 100 pm the next day and find out it was finished the night before. I went to get the car and take it home, drive most of the way back to find out they changed out the wrong tires. The new front When I brought the car back, there was no apology, no one bothered to talk to me, no offer of compensation for all of my wasted time.This was the absolute worst experience.Complete incompetence,stay away!

Better than Sam's club, they honor their tire warranty and battery warranty. Just came from Sam's club, tire department gave me attitude. Went to Costco tire . department they gave me good Customer Service. Upgraded to executive member. Costco wins.

Great tire center! Awesome prices. The lifetime free tire rotations are great.Sure there is always a wait but that s because everyone and their mom wants their sweet tires. LolI just go to Costco to do my shopping, have some dinner and taadaa! They re done.

We ordered tires online. Said it was out for delivery Saturday but they said they didn't get our tires until tuesday. My husband goes to get the tires put on and they never mentioned how busy it was. Gets all the way to Costco and it's gunna be a 3 hour wait. He had to leave because I wouldn't have had a way home if he waited. We came back when I got off work, even went to see a movie because they told us 2-2.5 hours. It has been 4 hours. My tires are on my car. They have told us it is done. But they won't give it to us because "we weren't first in line" when there is literally one other customer waiting for his car too. Not 4. We are here and have been waiting and they won't give me my car. Not to mention some of the employees aren't very friendly. I just wanna go home! -.-

THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT JOB/PRODUCT QUALITYI like buying tires from Costco. I get that they're always busy, so it takes time. My frustration stems from NEVER (and I do mean LITERALLY "never") have I been able to call them for information and get a person on the phone to ask a question, check on items in stock, or ANYTHING one might normally wish to inquire with a retailer about. I've also visited the store and stood in front of an EMPTY service counter for a half-hour waiting for (what seem to ultimately be random guys who were just putting on tires in the shop) to come inside and man the sales counter. Most often there is a line out the door of people waiting to make inquiries, pick up cars, drop off cars, and everyone is frustrated. And they grow more frustrated even when help arrives due to the fact that a SINGLE PERSON can't process the needs of a line of ten customers in any kind of reasonable length of time. As I said, I know they stay busy, but it is just a poor business practice and terrible customer service to NEVER answer the phone and to be so EXTREMELY understaffed at the location such as to not have dedicated counter/phone help.

Rude customer service. They put the wrong size tire on my car and then charged me double for the instalation to correct their mistake. A week later i had a broken wheel stud and a missing lug nut. I would highly recommend taking your tire needs anywhere else.

They are always busy but they employ some of the nicest, hardest working people. I've purchased numerous batteries and tires from this location and i always enjoy the customer service

Less than a year later I have 2 bad tires and they won t fix them. I guess the Warranty is fake and just for show

I'm probably not explaining this exactly right but... Rust build up on lug bolts didn't allow the wheel to fully tighten up on the hub when they put on a new set of tires. Even though the bolts may have seemed tight they weren't.Not really sure if this is something they check but perhaps they should as one of my wife's tires came loose.

Not the sharpest tools in the shed. Had to tell them again what tires I needed to confirm price and then it went up another 200 dollars

Was told we open at 9am first come, first serve. I show up before 9am and already a line of people checked in ahead of me. They actually open at 8am so I was told 2-3 hour wait? This is unacceptable for a huge corporation to have this type of wait time...this needs to be addressed.
