My repairs were done in a timely matter, in on Monday and out on Friday. They even took the time to wash the car, shine the wheels and clean the inside. The paint was a very good match, almost exact. I am very pleased with they work and overall service.

I had my very first incident causing front bumper damage. I had duct taped the bumper together to drive the 550 miles home. Geico had me take my car to Priority Collision. My poor car was covered in salt that I couldn't wash off due to bumper damage.... wasn't gonna cause more damage. Anywho, when I picked her up she was washed and vacuumed. That was going to be first on my to do list after picking her up. She looked beautiful!!

They do not keep you informed on your Vehicle repairs and missed repairs as well, after you pointed them out. They do what they want to! They claim they are short staffed and that s why their service was so unsatisfactory. Horrible experience. Took weeks to install a single seat belt. Lied multiple times on the delivery of the seat belt, called multiple times to say it will be ready tomorrow then it wasn t . We had to extend our rental car 3 times then they say they can t fix it and that they need to send to Mercedes then called the next morning after we extended our rental again . To say it s ready .upon arrival and accepting my car there was black grease and hand prints all over my interior surrounding the seat belt to be installed.Inconvenience after inconvenience

Priority Collision Center in Newport News does not effectively communicate with its customers. They had my car for a month and a half and I would have been okay if they called me to say parts are delayed or staffing shortages, etc are why it s taking so long. But no, I had to call them each week to get any kind of update. Took my car in and all four of my windows worked. Damage was to driver side door and the window would only go down half way due to the dent. Well picked my car up and the only window that works is the driver side. They tell me it s a coincidence that all the windows went out at the same time the technician couldn t have put the switch/controls back together incorrectly. In addition, they damaged the weather stripping on the new window. Will never recommend unless they make they resolve the issues.Services: Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

Giving a 1 because there is no zero for 3. scheduled appts.1. Scheduled maintenance was not done, although told it was.2. Was told by another manager that my manager didn t perform what was requested.3. Scheduled appointment, showed up, not enough time to do said service4. Not very helpful with trying to get vehicle serviced5. Was very disrespected

2014 lexus ls460 damaged in deer collision. Had delivered and heard nothing for over 4 weeks. Called weekly, left messages for service writer and never got a call back. Took days off of work to pick car up and not ready. Finally went to body shop manager and the process seems to be going smoother. Car has to be returned for issues that were not corrected when it was repaired. This is my 2nd experience there, the first was so good I wrote a letter to the manager expressing my satisfaction with the employees there and the quality of work. Do not take a vehicle there until they have there issues sorted out.Service: Body & Trim

They made false promises (Brandon and Alyssa) about having my car done by the August, 17th. I needed it because I was leaving for college and would not have trusted them with my vehicle if they had not assured me I d have it at that time. They haulted services over $120 discrepancy with my insurance it was unjustified to stop since check had been mailed and all they had to do was get a hold of my insurance, I found my self playing telephone basically doing their job for them. I asked to speak to the manager but the receptionist who was an older lady nor Alyssa informed him that I wanted to talk to him. I watched him cut the light off then leave and a few minutes later they said Oh he left for today, they knew they were wrong and didn t want repercussions. Absolutely awful customer service and it was dead spiders in the lobby no one cleaned up. Never coming back and telling everyone to do the same. Definitely a major inconvenience to my plansServices: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I would give it a zero star of I could. Took my truck in for an inspection. Never mind the rediculous wait, the drivers working are NOT wearing masks. I watched 3 different employees coming in to drop of cars for the other people getting work done and they aren't even wearing masks!The service manager told me he couldn't help it. This is unacceptable. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this location.

Priority Collision is my go to body shop. My vehicle was repaired with no flaws, delivered earlier than promised and the staff kept me informed the whole time it was in the shop. I had numerous questions before getting my vehicle repaired and the body shop employees answered them all. Huge bonus, while my car was in the shop, they were able to provide me with a rental car. I couldn t possibly recommend them enough!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Auto interior vacuuming

They had my vehicle for 5 weeks receptionist seemed annoyed whenever I called to check the status. When I spoke with them one day it was one thing. Another day, a different thing. It is becoming quite obvious dealerships try to get all the money they can. Initially, the agent told me $400 which didn't make sense to me. So he tells me to hold a min, goes in shop and gives me a lower price to simply resurface rotor. I don't respect them for not giving me the option. If i was a gullible person I would have agreed to $400. They wanted to replace rotor but it was resurfaced for less at another brake specialized business. And never once said I needed a new rotor yet.

They left 7 part of my vehicle, between my wife dropping me off which one way 16 miles and three tolls after I got home I opened the trunk and found seven parts not reinstalled I took the vehicle back complained they put the parts back on the vehicle, vehicle was completely dirty on the outside. Between my wife's car mine bringing it back and forth we probably put 50 plus some miles and paid 3 tolls after all this they never called or came out and said they were sorry. I would never go back again.Service: Body & Trim

I have been going to this Priority Nissan for about a year and a half now and they have always made sure that my visits have went smoothly. I wanted to give a special shoutout to the service team, specifically Brandon L., Ms. Cindy, Hannah, and the gentleman that typically drives the shuttle. Great service!

Nissan Pathfinder - Repaired body work on a hit & run - driver's side back panel. Worked well with our insurance company, gave timely estimate and service. The customer service was very poor we went for oil change set in the lobby for almost 3 hours no one came out to tell us anything when we went looking for our paperwork the man was in back talking about his family with other people instead of taking care of his business he was standing there with my paperwork in his hand and they didn't know how to reset the lights after the oil changed very poor service

They were supposed to replace the door to my 2020 Altima with a new one. One month later and my window is not working. Took it to a body shop here in Charlotte where I live only to find out that not only was a part missing but it was an old door. I will never recommend this place.
