The lady on the phone was very professional and understanding as I was in a hurry to get someone to tow my car after getting two flat tires. The driver was nice and understanding as well and got there in a timely manner. They were able to get my car safely to it s destination. So impressed with CityWide Towing! My husband got a flat on his way home from work and we needed a towing company ASAP. Our driver was at our home within 15 minutes of our call and it made all the difference! We were able to get to a local shop in record time and get a new tire installed before closing. City Wide towing should be your first call for towing services. From initial call, to car pickup and drop off, the whole process was seamless. The driver Luis was an absolute masterpiece. Came out on a Saturday morning and picked up my kid's 1st project car with care and compassion. A non running Dodge Stealth R/T that Luis even helped to hand push into our garage!!! Thank you City Wide Towing, you'll be my 1st call in the future.

Thank you City Wide for your help last weekend. Having your car needing to be towed can be exhausting but City Wide made it so pleasant. Tall Mike was the best. He was so kind to my young son. He was on time and he was organized and handled my car carefully. Before I called City Wide, I attempted to call other companies. No one picked up! City Wide did. The operator quickly gave me a price option and took my information. Please use them if a tow company is needed. Seriously. Customer service is a priority and I can see City Wide/Mike appreciated my business. Thanks again Mike.

My driver, Mike, was phenomenal! He got there quickly, got to working as soon as he got there, was super friendly, and even managed to get my car into my VERY tight parking space at home. Their response time was surprisingly quick, when comparing tow companies. More than that, the tow operator was an angel in disguise . This guy was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely customer focused. The thing is, getting your car towed is the end of a stressful situation. Having someone that can help ease the stress is a BIG plus and this guy did it! I told him, I would say a special prayer that all he does shall be returned...., and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure--pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return." Luke 6:38 The Lord Jesus sets about teaching the fundamental principles of sowing and reaping. He points out that the attitudes and characteristics we spread abroad in our life will return to us in like measure. Mercy will be shown to the merciful and judgement will be carried out on those that judge. City Wide Towing was very quick in answering the telephone and professional in providing towing services, especially on a Friday afternoon. Another tow company couldn t reach me for two hours. City Wide estimate time was 30 minutes. Mike (Tow Driver) called and said he was on his way and would be to my location in 10 minutes. I looked up and he arrived in less than 10 minutes. Mike was very friendly, polite, and professional. Thank you for being prompt and providing me with top notch service. I will be recommending City Wide Towing to my family and friends. 24 hours? not these guys. I called to get a tow at 2am because I blew my two passenger tires out on the way home from work. First they picked up and hung up immediately, so I of course called right back cuz their supposed to be 24 hours and dude told me they didn't have anyone. So dont call these guys at 2am, they can't help you

100 percent recommend this company. I contacted City Wide in Newport news, yesterday to see about setting up a tow for today that I would be completely unavailable to assist the driver today during the time of the tow. So I needed someone reliable. I setup the tow and got all information exchanged yesterday and just as promised Sonny arrived at the pick up location grabbed my vehicle and towed it to its destination with no issues. I highly recommend this tow company. From the receptionist Ms. Jackie down to the tow man Mike, the service was superb. The most professional company I contacted today for my need. Price was reasonable, prompt service. Showed up in the time period quoted!! I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism that CityWide has. The starter died in my 2015 Silverado and left me stranded in the Costco parking lot. The dispatcher was very friendly and promptly sent Mike to the rescue. With that said, I have to give a special thank you to Mike for his skillful use of his flatbed truck, to navigate through the crowded parking lot and get my truck up on to the flatbed with no issues. He made loading and unloading my truck look so easy. His hospitality and experience was honestly top notch! I highly recommend this towing company!Service: Car towing

Within 40 minutes of Kelly, Representative, Motor Club of America contacting City Wide to complete a tow, Mike was dispatched and retrieving my truck. Mike towed my truck back to me within a remarkable timeframe. His customer service is genuine, courteous, and his quality of work is spectacular. Also, he speaks very highly of his place of employment which says a lot about City Wide Towing and Recovery, LLC of Hampton Roads, VA. I had an amazing experience, i had the pleasure of meeting mike , very friendly and informative, tow truck got to me in 20 minutes and was hassle free. i recommend city wide towing to anybody. Answered the phone quickly after a recommendation from my mechanic. A polite and professional driver arrived very quickly in a clean and modern tow truck. I was surprised how affordable the tow was. They ll be my first and only call next time I need something towed.

I called City Wide Towing and Victor answered the phone. He was very friendly and professional. He let me know how quickly he could get to my vehicle and even arrived sooner than expected. He hooked up my vehicle like an expert and even waited patiently while I retrieved my personal property from the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Victor and City Wide Towing to anyone looking for fair pricing and excellent service. Thanks again, Victor!

I can honestly say that this was the best towing experience I ever had. I m in sales and drive for a living so I have been towed many times. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire in the construction area if I-64. My company contacted a towing company and I was pleasantly surprised. City Wide arrived promptly. I was shocked. (In the past I have waited up to 2 hours for other tow trucks). City Wide is professional, very organized and a very clean tow truck to ride in. (I have been in some dirty, smelly tow trucks over the years) I highly recommend them and should I need another tow in the Newport News/Hampton area I am asking for them by name. Thank you City Wide for turning a bad situation into a not so bad one!!!

I was stuck on warwick blvd and ran out of gas and these two young men stopped and pulled me out the road and made sure I was in a safe place happened on Tuesday around 6pm. I was so greatful and very humble they didn't have to help me but they did and i just want to shout them out i never used there service because i didn't know about them but now i will because they came through right on time for me!! GREAT SERVICE with a Smile and they said God Bless and be safe which made me know there is still some good people out there . Thank you guys for your help that day. Please use there service they came through for me and i know they will come through for you >>>>>> forever greatful......

I got a flat tire on I-64 and Victor towed my car. He was super friendly and personable and I felt very comfortable with him! I could tell he knew what he was doing and that he had plenty of experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Needing to be towed sucked but he made it better!Thanks Victor & City Wide Towing!

I needed to have my Jeep towed from a dealership to my home and of the towing companies I called City Wide Towing had not only the best price but they were able to send a truck immediately, the others I d have had to wait at least two hours.
