Mike is the best of the best. A five star manager who keeps the customer very well informed about the overall health of the car. He is a major reason why I am a Casey customer and why I have recommended Casey to others over the years. All the best to Mike and his team. Warmest regards to Travis as well.

Casey Imports did a great job getting Mt car's recall repair done. I was told that they would need an hour maybe more to get it done. After about a half hour they came back and told me it was done. GREAT JOB!!!

I will never in my life use Casey again. The experience was absolutely horrible. My vehicle needed a timing chain replaced, we towed it in to have it diagnosed which they did on the 1st of December. We were given a price, great. We approved it, great. A 9 1/2 hour job took over 3 weeks to finish with excuse after excuse given. We were told several times your vehicle will be ready to no avail time after time. When we approved the work all parts were in stock so no ordering was needed. We asked for a loaner, they did not have any until we talked to GM who found one for us. There was no phone calls from the shop unless we called, no follow up from anyone. We were told tech went home sick but then told no he wasn t sick he had an apt fire. Finally got car back and while it does run like new the lying and constant lack of communication will keep me from ever using them again for anything. Absolute garbage do not bring your vehicle or money here for any reason.

I felt that my service representative, Evan Benedict, took care of me and my concerns expeditiously. I don't want anyone else to help me but him and I will ask for him specifically! They did a really great job and did not take as long as I anticipated.

The personnel at the Casey Volkswagen Service Department always gives great customer service whenever I bring my car in to get its mileage maintenance. Also, they keep me updated on the status of my car and/or if they run into any issues. Happy early New Years to ALL of the Casey Volkswagen staff! You re greatly appreciated!

I couldn't imagine a worse experience. From the beginning to end. Walked in (during normal hours after calling) and I felt like I was an inconvenience. They felt like they had to tell me "we don't take appointments during lunch". Someone finally rogered up to help me. After that I called multiple times over the next few days to get a status. Every time I called it took talking to 2 people that had no clue what to do. I was told at least 4 times that I would get a call back later with an update and never once got a call.I finally found out the status of my vehicle through an email from Carfax stating that my car's inspection was done. I was without my car unnecessarily for 2 days because of their terrible communication.Next time I need VW service I'll drive across town to go anywhere but here.

I have used Casey s Service Department for two vehicles over nineteen years. The only work I give them are the big jobs that I don t have time for or don t have the facilities to complete the work. Only timing belts/water pumps, clutches and a/compressors will be sent their way. I have only positive memories over the years with one exception with the latest service visit. When being explained the bills charges, I was not informed I will be paying a surcharge on top of the parts/labor charges because I was using a credit card. I don t recall being verbally informed prior to work being scheduled. Though it s my fault on not reading the fine print in the service agreement when I agreed by signing the statement of work. Having a total bill balance of $2648.99, it threw me off balance to have a $52.98 surcharge added to my total reason of me using a credit card. You would think the higher balances, Casey might drop that surcharge. In the future I will research for other service shops with VW experience to complete these major jobs instead of paying the surcharge at Casey.

Went for an oil change with an estimate in hand and was charged an additional $30 at checkout for products I didn't ask for, was not told they would add. Went back a second time after being handed a printed estimate for a repair only to be told it was an additional $1000 at the time of drop-off. I had to take out a loan, miss work, and arrange a tide for the second repair only to have to get my car back and leave after this insane up sell. I should have listened to all the other reviews about this place. Absolutely disgusting bait-and-switch tactics. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't change my oil the first time.

Only reason for 3 stars is because of the shuttle service for customers having service done in their vehicles. Without that, I d give a 2 star rating.My service took much longer to get done than what it should have, and to boot they didn t even return my car in proper running condition. They misdiagnosed the issue and I ended up resolving it on my own.And as usual, dealer prices are ludicrous for what they end up doing.Do yourself a favor and stick to local small business style auto shops.

Still waiting 8 days for a gas cover for my vehicle. I had to have them break it off so I could get gas in it. We scheduled an appointment at that time to fix it....arrived at my appointment last Monday...waited hours only to be told the part had to be ordered and painted and it should be later in the week that I would hear from them. Well it's been an entire week since then and no phone call. Still no replacement gas cover and still no idea when it will be fixed but yet I get daily "rate your experience with your recent appointment"...so as I wait to hear from someone about repairs to an obviously poorly designed issue...you get my review.

Check engine oil light came on the day after oil change service saying engine oil was too high. Tire pressure light also came on the following day despite being assured all tires were filled. During previous visit I insisted there was something wrong with a tire since the pressure light kept coming on although they said everything was fine and yet the same problem continued. This visit they tell me the same tire has a nail in it leading me to believe the nail has been there since the previous visit. Too many problems for what should have been a simple servicing.

Cost a lot for having to make a return visit to fix mistakes made. Being they at least tried to remedy with second visit I gave 3 stars. Being a dealership with car safety being involved. Things need to be done right the first time. Remember how you would want it if your loved ones were in that vehicle.

I had a flat and took my truck to get a new tire, Mrs.Tish was great. She told me it would be taken care of and it was within 2.5 hours with no appointment. After it was complete, she told me there was a large piece of metal in the tire but I had a new one put on.On yesterday I got a oil change and tire rotation and it was done within 1.5 hours with Dean. Overall great service from them both!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Had my VW for 8 days to troubleshoot voltage drain issue. I had to call multiple times to gets updates. No one updated me unless I called or left a message. Finally, drove to dealership and discovered my VW was ready for pickup. Again no one contacted me. Had service tech come out to talk to me. He was courteous and professional. They were unable to repair as part is no longer available.Services: Electrical, Battery

I was told that the DPF fluid could have been a different brand other than Volkswagen, and it could be bad even though they have no way of testing it. They wouldn t warranty it even though it has an extended emissions warranty poor customer service they wanted to charge me $1500 to empty and refill the tank that wasn t even the problem. Don t waste your money with them.

Although the customer service is great, they will DEFINITELY try to take advantage of you and try to suggest maintenance that is completely unnecessary and charge ridiculous prices. I went for my state inspection and was quoted over $3,000 in various repairs, even for filters I recently changed in my vehicle (like the cabin air filter). They even suggested I replace all of my spark plugs even though there was nothing wrong with them.If you go here, be very careful and double check the costs because they hike up even simple things (like wiper blade replacements) by over $100 more than what it would cost to go to Autozone and have the employee change them out for you for free.The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because Tish Perkins is very nice and has excellent customer service. Otherwise, the maintenance department is extremely deceptive and I no longer trust going there.

The car needed an oil change and an inspection sticker. The service was prompt and efficient. It actually was quicker than I expected. Casey VW is my service provider of choice in this area.

Thanks for repairing my car, I would not take it back to Casey, because after I paid them I still had a link in my car, also they keep the car in the shop for more than a week after we pay for it, other than that ok

I had a tow hitch fitted and although this took longer than expected Michael kept me up to date on the process, which is one of the most important things when challenges arise. Good work Michael
