I took a chance one day recently to see if I could get an oil change at Casey Kia where I bought our car 7 months ago. As it was noon they asked me to come back at 1pm which I did. I asked them to check the car over because we were going to go out of town the next day. They found a nail in 3 out of 4 tires. Got 4 new tires and they vacuumed out my car. Everyone from service to General manager were top notch. I won't hesitate to continue doing business here. The GM Roberto Dial and Marcus in service were incredible.

I had a great experience with Casey Kia. Everything was effortless, from making an appointment to receiving my vehicle same day. I especially loved the Shuttle driver. He was so courteous and pleasant to be around. I d definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had issues with my car that started before my warranty expired. I was not pleased when I was told the warranty was expired by 4000 miles. Christina was assigned to me and she went above and beyond to solve the issue. I work for the federal government and my wife is an administrator in a school district we come in contact with many people daily. Because of Christina outstanding service she has saved a few new car sales for Casey. Kudos to Christina outstanding customer service

The dept 11999 was extremely helpful from the Person who took me home up to the. Person overseeing the documentation very attention to details explaining to me with details and this is very important as they are covering assurance and empathy to the customer. Kudos to all the Kia team

My car had a part that had to be replaced in a short time frame to ensure safety. The Casey Kia manager and staff on 03/07/2024 went above and beyond to provide quality services, and I was able to leave by lunchtime.Many thanks to the Manager and staff

I received notification that my car might explode or catch fire and that I should not park it in my garage nor near my home or near my other cars. A fix was not yet available but I would be notified when it was. A couple weeks later I received notification that my car was easily stolen but a recall fix was available. During the two weeks I waited for appointment I had to park my easily steal-able car far from home. Finally, the easily steal flaw was fixed. While at dealership it was noticed a brake light bulb was out. I was quoted $75 to replace it. I did it myself for $6.99. It was also noticed 2 item leaking oil that would cost $700 to fix. I declined as the car leaves no stains in the driveway. I still wait for a fix to the whole my car my explode thing.

Dropped car off at 7 am. No wait or delays. I couldn t wait for the ride so Ubered to work. They were done quickly with check up, state inspection etc. Sent me a ride to pick me up .. Easy as pie!

Marcus Stacks, my service advisor, was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. No problem such as having to hunt someone down that can sometimes be the case.There was a little confusion about the loaner car that Cheryl Moody worked out.The service area was clean and all the service personnel were polite.My new car was ready the next day and I picked it up. We are still waiting for floor mats that were missing when we purchased the car.On the whole, we are very satisfied with the service we received from Casey Kia!

Christina Allen is AMAZING!!! She always ensures that aware of whats needed for my vehicle without being overly pushy. She is patient and very knowledgeable. She's one of the main reasons I return to the dealership four my car needs.

The dealership is incredible in terms of customer service in their Auto Repair center. I had tried to get a return phone call or even an answer from the Virginia Beach location for 6 months with no success. I was attempting to get a catastrophic failure fixed under a recall where my headlights would turn off while driving and/ or when the vehicle was turned off. This could kill my battery or possible even my family. Newport News location answered the first time I called and whoever it was that I spoke over the phone to was overly helpful and provided me with multiple other warranty coverages that I had on my car that I did not know about. They got me in promptly. Customer Care was wonderful and the wait times were very short. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KIA dealership.

Jacob in the service department is the best! He takes the time to listen to you and then makes sure he answers all your questions. My car finally had been taken care of and fixed! From now on he is the only one I want taking care of my car! Thank you Jacob!!!

All in all it was good service as usual. I had to repeat myself several times and felt a bit unwelcomed to ask questions about my final bill. I loved that the car got vacuumed inside. That is a nice touch.

I came down for the Recall for my electronic ignition on the kia soul. After getting my tires rotated and waiting 2 hours. I was informed that the part was not available. And I was to make another appointment to come back and get the Recall done. I was quite disappointed with the process. I would like somebody to give me a call back when I can bring my vehicle and get the recall done.

I recently had new tires put on my 2021 Kia Soul less than 2,000mi later I picked up a bolt in the side of one of my new tires!!Jacob and his team had me back on the road with a new tire in just a few days.Top Notch vehicle service AND customer service.

Outstanding service and Team were very professional! They were very accommodating with no appointment availability during Thanksgiving holiday, however I was able to drop off the next day as a walk in. I was expecting to be without my vehicle all day, but to my surprise it was ready in less than 3 hours! Thank You Team KIA Casey!

Car was brought in for its yearly inspection. Technician was available and car was taken into bay area right away. Wait time was reasonable and future work was identified. Service personnel was very polite, courteous, and made sure our needs were met.

My car is too new (2021 KIA Sorento) to have the problems I ve had. More specifically, my check engine light kept coming on after two regular maintenance appointments. And when I ve brought it to the attention of the Service Team, I usually have to leave my car overnight (or, for several days) without the convenience of a loaner. And trust me, I ve asked (all the way up to management). Mind you, I live 30-40 minutes away AND I have three children. Moreover, it only happens after my regular maintenance visits (oil change).In summary, while I ve had good experiences with some of the Service Team Members, my rating is based on my ENTIRE experience over the past six months.

While on vacation, my passenger headlight stopped working. Someone at Casey Kia told me to bring in my car and they would fix it. The young man in service was very pleasant and gave me an estimate of $70. While that is EASILY two or even three times what I have paid for other headlight bulbs installed in this car, I needed the headlight fixed. BUT I was not at all happy with the high charge. And it was a BULB, NOT the complete headlamp.

I have always had great experience with Casey Kia service. Friendly, fair pricing, excellent work and always a fast turnaround. I wont take my Kia anywhere else for service past an oil change.

Horrible service!!!! My car went in to have a few things fixed all covered under warranty. My service rep was less than helpful and very rude! They had my car for a month and half the time it was just sitting on the lot not being worked on. Finally I get my car back and is told everything is fixed, well that is definitely not the case. Half the things still aren t working and some things weren t even touched! Called the service manager and had to leave a message, it s been a week and still crickets! Not only that when I picked my car up I was left with no gas in my tank and 2 low tires!!! Nightmare!!!!!!

Premium Extended Warranty purchased ($2000) when this new Sorento was purchased at Casey dealership. You would think.. and it was implied at warranty purchase that covered repairs were easy with an in and out service. HIDDEN FEEs ??? YES, and they can be EXORBITANT. Environmental fee of $85 for a PCB (computer board 5x7 ). I asked to dispose of it myself and was spared charge. TAXes for parts used should have been covered by warranty provider but ($40) we paid. I suspect the FRIENDLY STAFF are doing what they are told by higher ups. Because previous repairs/costs were ALL fully covered. A disappointment for Our Family when Casey as well as other businesses charge those hidden Fees when it is THE PRINCIPLE of feeling like YOU are being taken advantage of.

Your customer service representatives where all very respectful to me, but I was given a loaner car while my car was being repaired how ever the first loaner car broke down on me on the highway and was only able to drive it about 15 miles down the highway. (2019 Kia Ria) it was very embarrassing to me, on the positive side Kia found a new loaner for me (2024 Kia Soll) the same time I turned in the Kia Ria

It took them two weeks to examine my car because they gave it to a technician who was out of town for two weeks. Then I had to wait 2 weeks for them to tell me I need a new engine and then I waited 6 weeks for the engine to come in. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in my experience here. They were slow in letting me know anything. I had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on with my car in the first two weeks and kept getting voicemails because the person wasn t there. Luckily they gave me a loaner car only after I found out that I had to wait 6 weeks for the part to come in. It was just insane and frustrating.
