Spent the day with my Dad so he could bring this beauty home! Our sales men were amazing! The truck had been sent to Virginia Beach to get loaded onto another truck to go to an auction, and they made it happen to get that truck back to Newport News so the dad could buy it. Chaz was the gentleman who did most of the sales paperwork, he s in the picture included, and he was absolutely amazing! Never once did he walk past us without asking did we need some water or some thing else, he kept a close eye on us to make sure we were comfortable, and OK, was enthusiastic about showing my dad oh the bells and whistles that come with the truck, always had a smile on his face, and was just absolutely amazing! There is another gentleman we dealt with, he had short, dark hair and glasses, probably around fiftyish, I wish I could remember his name, because he was just as amazing! I would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking to get a new car. People are so quick to give a bad review, and I feel a good days work, good ethics and respect should be recognized as well! Good job guys for making my Dad feel comfortable and like a priority! Y all rock!

Charles Archer has done it again!!! This is my second time purchasing a car with Casey!! Charles is the reason I keep coming back!! He is phenomenal and cares about his customers experience!!! Also James the financial and insurance manager is great as well!! James is genuine and cares about your peace of mind making sure you understand what you are signing and that you are happy with your purchase!!

I was treated with kindness and respect and was listened to and assisted by both Lynn and Jacob. As a single woman this is a big deal feeling respected during a car purchase by myself. They helped me with best value for my trade in and let me test drive overnight. Although I ended up picking a different vehicle after long hours of driving others and running numbers versus my budget. I was able to find the right fit in all aspects and overall I m happy with my purchase. I am also looking forward to bringing it back for oil changes and state inspections and feeling secure with the warranty package I selected. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Car shopping is very stressful but the team here made me feel very comfortable. My salesman was Charles Archer and he was very thorough about showing me everything on the car including the features and so forth. From start to finish everything was a breeze. I will definitely return again!

Acquiring our Toyota Rav 4 from Casey Kia was a standout experience, especially considering the challenging five weeks we spent searching at various dealerships before. At those other places, the sales teams failed to comprehend our specific desires. However, at Casey Kia, Lyn and Chaz, along with the general manager, proved to be a dynamic duo. Despite the hurdles, their patience paid off, successfully identifying the desired features at a reasonable price. The purchasing process was seamless, offering easy options and uncovering the best projects. Truly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The car buying experience at Casey Kia was smooth and swift. I really appreciate the entire team for helping to make my Telluride dream come true. Lin was awesome and super experienced, and Nick made sure to get me exactly where I needed to be with my monthly payments. I want to give Chaz a shout out! I came in Tuesday just looking for a new car. He was so truly amazing, fun and honest. He came right outside to greet us. I came with my mom and brother and showed me a car I never thought I wanted. He told me what I didn't need based on my price range and what I would be using daily for commute. I knew I wasn't buying that day but when I left I knew he would be the person I would come back too.Yesterday was the day I bought my car from Chaz. He was so amazing and even though it took a while which we all know is a process. I jusy enjoyed talking to him. We laughed and just talked about random things. He gave me some amazing advance as well. Best experience I have ever gotten getting a car and if you are still there in a few years. I'm going to get my sportage that I don't need lol (insider) also guys Wednesday are his days off and eat before you come buy a car! Thanks again Chaz!! I'll figure out how to do the review on the site as well!! Also I should have had you send me the pic of both of us!

I just recently bought my wife a used SUV here. I had Phillip as my salesman and he was great. Although young and new to the job, he was not pushy or overbearing. He showed genuine care towards myself. He was as excited as I was to bring this vehicle home to my wife. Overall experience was very good. Thanks Casey Kia!!!

I cannot recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. I dropped my Sportage off for an oil change that took 2 days( I had an appointment) and they did not install the gasket/ oil filter correctly and my car ran dry in less than 5 hrs. The shuttle van driver was the only pleasant part of my experience here.

I called in yesterday and worked numbers with a manager on the phone. Everything worked out and I made an appointment for in the morning. Today, I show up to the appointment after driving 38 minutes each direction. Test drive the car, talk with the awesome salesperson, David Alvarez. Finally, give all the information, they run our credit (tier one credit) only for the price to change by almost 220 bucks a month. After saying we are going to leave, the same manager that worked the deal for us on the phone, processes a different car (lower model), and still above our budget. I would steer clear of this dealership unless you want your cost to change multiple times and not in your favor. The only redeeming factor today was David.Edit: reached out as requested and left a message and received no call back.

My husband and I came to Casey Kia because we needed a second car, as I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and still working, so we needed to make sure my husband can get to the hospital if I go into labor without him.Jermont was fantastic and helped us find a great car, a 2017 Kia Rio. It wasn't the car we initially went in to look at, but we're more than happy with our purchase and my husband loves it.I deducted a star because, we bought this car roughly 2 weeks ago, and are now getting calls (at like 8pm) asking us to come in and "upgrade". I understand this is a sales tactic to get us to buy something more expensive... it's annoying though. For one, we got a cheaper, used car because we just needed a car. If we wanted something else/could afford something better, we would've bought something else. Second, that's a bit late for a sales call anyway. Some people with full time jobs go to bed by then. The transaction is complete, and we'd like to go about our lives now without being bothered by sales tactics. Hoping this does not continue in the future and my husband is not bothered by pushy sales people when he brings the car in for service appointments.

David at Casey Kia was amazing. Down to earth but still answered all our questions with integrity. He gave us all the information we needed to decide on the right car for us. He was very patient while we test drove cars, some driving them twice to compare and taking our time to make the right decision. Even down to the financing he was with us the whole way. We did negotiate pretty hard with financing and packages for the car we chose but David was with us every step of the way. If you are in the market for a car I would 1000% recommend David!

The sales team at Casey Kia are top notch! Jacob and David were attentive to what I wanted and needed. They made sure I was satisfied. My 24 Kia Sportage is amazing. They also did a courtesy check on my after the sale was done. My former experience was, after the sale you don t hear anything else because seemingly they ve gotten what they wanted ..the sale. Words like fun, enjoyable, easy, and simple never are words spoken when buying a car. My salesman Jacob Martinez, his manager Hugh, and the finance Manger aj were all such a pleasure. I was glad they had the kia sorento I was looking for we made a good deal and I'm very pleased...I had a bad experience about two years ago trying to buy a car and they redeemEd themselves. I can not recommend my salesman Jacob Martinez enough he went to bat and made it happen...great job Casey kia. I'll be back again......for service and eventually my next sorento..

5 stars for Jacob! He was helpful and kind from when I began the sales process to the end! My experience at Casey would have been perfect had it ended with the sales department.0 for the detailing team. Supposedly they were detailing the used vehicle the evening I purchased it as I signed paperwork - but when I got in it, it didn t smell like it was just cleaned so I assumed maybe they use fragrance free products. When I got a good look at it the next morning, it was clear they hadn t even touched the vehicle! Dog hair still everywhere, crumbs in the console, seats nor inside of doors had been conditioned or cleaned, a marker and leaf were under the seat and it hadn t even been vacuumed. I let Jacob know and of course he apologized on their behalf and told me it d be taken care of when I came back a few days later. You d expect them to ensure they d do a thorough job the SECOND time around but NOPE! They d maybe wiped the dashboard and ran a vacuum through the trunk and I had to ask the man am I suppose to be getting a detail?? Bc at this point I m confused as to why they think this is ok and if I was expecting too much?! So again, I asked If they could please vacuum all the dog hair out, wipe the crumps out the console and had to wait again only for him to have just done those two things I mentioned and return the car back (THIRD attempt). I was shocked. The lack of care is concerning to say the least. You know this vehicle was just purchased from your business and you won t even give the interior a decent vacuum or wipe down (let alone a detail ) so it can look and feel like a $30k plus car was just purchased?! At this point it s been an hour and a half and I was too upset and annoyed, so decided it d be best to leave but now I know better and so do you.

The maintenance department quickly and as efficiently as possible attended us as our Sorento ended up requiring a brand new engine. My only negative comment is regarding the loner vehicle which I was not able to obtain until about two weeks into the engine work. Also, the loner was fealty and stunk of cigarettes with visible burn marks. Overall experience with the maintenance department was great! Thank you Christine for all the assistance in getting our vehicle ready!
