Went to get inspection and oil change, turns out I missed a recall. Despite arriving 40 minutes early, took my ridgeline in early and got all the work done including recall work and when I mentioned a slow brake fluid leak, Casey Honda service took care of that also, great service and done fairly quickly. Overall a very satisfied customer.Would recommend .. !!!!

I must commend the professionalism exhibited by all personnel encountered, from the moment of dropping off my vehicle to its retrieval. However, I encountered an issue when I dropped off my vehicle on the preceding day of closure, prompting three subsequent inquiries regarding its status. Regrettably, despite assurances of a callback from my service advisor, David, no communication ensued until approximately 3 p.m. A subsequent conversation with a manager facilitated an update, albeit lacking substantive information. Ultimately, David relayed that the purported noise emanating from my 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport, designed for off-roading, might have been attributed to road debris lodged within the tire well. While acknowledging David s professionalism and courtesy, I advocate for enhanced communication protocols to ensure customers remain adequately informed amidst operational demands. It is my hope that such feedback fosters an environment of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

I have only ever experienced the best service here. Between the ease of scheduling my appointment to the actual work getting done, I have never been so happy before with a service provider. David (my go-to advisor) continuously goes over and beyond, ensuring I m always updated, and answering any questions I might have. All in all the staff is amazing, services are seamlessly taken care of, and I couldn t be happier with how they take care of me and one of my biggest investments. A huge shoutout to their technician who completed the detailing service on my car as well, I never knew it could be so clean with owning two large dogs!

Great service advisor and quick service. The only reason for 4 stars is they did not reset my maintenance reminder on the dash. I called and they said to bring it back in however I don t live close and rarely go to Newport News, I googled and it was easy to reset but I can t give a 5 stars rating.

This place is very professional and more reliable than any other auto shop. I regret not going to dealer service from the beginning. Avoid going to B&L Automotive, especially near Jefferson and Fort Eustis Blvd. I was able to fix their mess for cheaper at the dealer. I am very satisfied with the service from the Honda dealer.

I will tell you, since I was stationed here in 06 this is the only place I've taken my ridgeline. Every tech regardless of what the maintenance was has been OUTSTANDING. This time was no different. Amanda H.'s customer service was exceptional. My family had a lot going on and she worked with me. Her boss worked with me. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY TRUCK TO ANY OTHER COMPANY IF I CAN HELP IT. CONTINUITY OF CARE EVEN IN A VEHICLE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. BLESSINGS ALL

Nate my service assistant was great!! Had my car serviced and completed at the time quoted. When done notified me by text, email and phone. Even came in under the quoted repair cost. Couldn't ask for better service and support.

I took my 2024 crv for it 30 checkup while i was speaking to the advisor i happened to look back to my vehicle and to my surprise another counter person was filling out paperwork for the car behind me , he had form on my car and proceeded to fill out the paperwork, now I think this is very poor customer service I don t care if the car is brand new or used you of all people should be treating the vehicles in your shop with respect. I paid a lot of money for this car and I wouldn t even do that to my own car never mind a service tech doing it in front of customers. Hey Casey buy your people some clip boards and tell them to stay off the paint.

Left dealership and the SRS and Check Engine Light were on - that after paying a $1690.00 invoice for assorted repairs to the engine and airbags. Plus get this --they wanted another $169 to do diagnostics - same diagnostic they did earlier during the $1690.00 of repairs.
