My car was recently repaired at Casey Collision after being significantly damaged. I was extremely pleased with their customer service, especially their representative Dakoda, who kept me informed of updates throughout the entire process. He was honest and professional and let me know of ordering delays in a timely fashion. After getting my car back, I was happy about the work that was done to it, as it looks like it did before the accident. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Great shop to come to when your car needs repairs. Even though my car insurance claim adjuster at (National General Insurance) is trash and had an attitude she never followup with my claim repairs at this place whatsoever. I can say Alexis, Jessica, and Shelly at this place they were extremely helpful during this process and followup with me each day while my car was shop they even went above and beyond have my clean after the damage repair was done. Plus had someone to pick me up as well to get my vehicle. Thank you CASEY! I'm truly grateful for this.

Overall great service. Scheduled drop off was quickest in the area and loved the fact that Casey had its own Collision center. Communication throughout the process could be improved. However, excellent workmanship.

If you want you vehicle repaired and done right. Take your car here. Wonderful customer service and car repaired in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable believe it not. Great place for your vehicle.

I worked with Joe at Casey Collision. He went above and beyond in seeing my repairs were completed as I had hoped. He made this the easiest and stress free part of process leaving the frustration to working with USAA to get my truck repaired after their driver charged in the accident hit me 4 months earlier.Again, I highly recommend Joe and his team at Casey as they delivered a great end product and to my surprise before the estimated date for pickup.Great job Joe and Casey !Service: Body & Trim

Office staff is rude to customers. Manager is awesome to work with and other staff were very helpful. Had hood painted and it was a perfect match. Hood needed re-alignment and swirls needed to be removed. Staff was great about this and kept the car overnight. It came back absolutely beautiful. The paint was matched and blended perfectly. I was told they are severely short staffed which caused a plethora of issues. I didn t have my car for over two months. One problem was my insurance was difficult to get ahold of apparently. Which may be likely but the other problem is I never received a courtesy call to let me know they were having such issues. NEVER. So, my back window replacement and a little body work took well over over two months on my vehicle. And the cloth liner is hanging down with broken glass in backseat. When I picked it up it had a flat tire, took it to get fixed and there was a piece of metal in it. They really need to hire more people and make calls to customers. Like many people, I depend on my vehicle and just a call to let someone know the status, seems like a no brainer. Even being short staffed, takes just a few minutes. I hope they hire more people and try to emphasis the importance of customer service and making calls no matter the level of progress or lack thereof. Best of luck

Good grief, why can t I give zero stars? What a shame. These people left so much overspray on my vehicle that a child could feel it, both on the hood and the roof rack. Initially it was on the entire windshield as well but they fixed the drivers side windshield in the three weeks I left it there. Left it there a second time and they apparently didn t get to it. Two weeks. Unacceptable. I spoke to Kevin Ranger, who stuttered his way through a conversation that was along the lines of well it looked fine last time and well I haven t seen the car yet and then I was told that it had been too long. And they re considering my case. All the while in the background some Whitney lady that works with him was saying wow, wow (I suppose in regards to her perception of my tone) and when confronted he said she was on the phone with another customer. Exclaiming wow at such an opportune time? Unlikely. Guys, I didn t realize that lifetime warranties expired. Don t advertise a lifetime warranty on paint if you re going to turn around and say it looked good last time and it s been too long. And overspray, it doesn t just happen while I m driving. That s an issue with the paint. Don t tell me you re going to rectify the situation, Mr. Wynn, until all of your ducks are in a row. I don t want an apology, I want my gosh darned car fixed!

I am so appreciative for Casey Collision Center. Joe is always smiling and very informative and helpful. He gave clear expectations and time frames for my services. There was a clear line of communication between the body shop and my insurance, so I was worry free. Shelia and her staff are always professional, personable and willing to help in any way possible! Donald and John (I think was his name), the mechanic, has my car driving like it is brand new. They all addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my service. I would highly recommend Casey Collision Center for all of your auto body needs.

I must say, this place is seriously a let down. They are taking on more jobs than they can handle. I Got in an accident in February. The insurance paid over 12k for repairs. I ve been told 3 different times my car would be ready. It s been over a month. I m $1400 deep in a rental car and they can t give me a courtesy car or any kind of update. I usually don t write reviews but this is absolutely wrong. Probably one of the biggest inconveniences I ve ever experienced. Everybody is throwing their hands up saying there s nothing we can do DO NOT recommend.

Joe Butkiewicz communication with me was terrible and his response time is nonexistent when it comes to letting the customer know what s going on. All communication was initiated by me and he left me in the dark with all information until I reached out to him. He is the worst example of what professional looks like and should be. If you go that shop do not go to him. He said he has only been doing that line of work for 2 to 3 years and it definitely shows. I m thankful I took my car somewhere else. If you had a appointment with him he would wait until you get there to go over a potential problem instead of either calling,texting, or emailing so the problem can be addressed in a timely manner and I had to asked specific questions to pull the information out of him.

Great job to Joe and the team. I ve just got my car back after they ve had it for over 4 months due to waiting on parts. Thankful to have the vehicle back. I d trust the team again if I had to. Vehicle comes with a warranty and Joe told me to contact him personally if I have any problems. Keep up the good work.Make sure you wait on the call, it ll come. :)

The worst of the worst! Rude unprofessional employees answering the phone! Extremely condescending to reply to simple question! Worst transaction ever! I wouldn t have business with these people! And this is suppose to be BMW what bad representation

Excellent communication and follow-up , personable and professional. Joe, Kevin and staff were top notch. Body work appears high caliber, vehicle was clean and prepped on pick-up. They obviously take pride in their work. Would recommend this business to anyone.

We bought a car that we knew needed a bit of work done but brought it to Casey because we wanted a trusted dealership to do the work instead of going the cheap route.Unfortunately, this was the most unprofessional, least communicative, and slowest service I have ever received. What we were told would be 3 weeks of work turned into 11 weeks. They forgot I dropped my car off and it sat for 2.5 weeks with no one working on it. Our project overseer and the manager never answered their phones and always took a few days (sometimes a full week) to return my calls. We told them we needed the car done by a certain date or would need a loaner. I had to call the day before but was told it wouldn't be done in time so I reminded them I needed a loaner. They said they set up a rental car for me through enterprise but when I drove all the way across town to get the car, enterprise said no reservation was made. Finally we got a rental car a few days later and I had to drive it for 5 more weeks until the car was finished. Working with Casey was the biggest headache and waste of time. The only positive is that they stuck to their original quote and didn't increase the price as they went.I will avoid taking my car here again.

If I could separate reviews for the technicians and the front desk I would!My experience with Sheila and Ron was great they really helped me out when I needed my car back as soon as possible. The customer service team was great and Ron said he would even stay late if I couldn't make it in time to get my car back by the end of the day. Also they were very apologetic about the long wait I had for my vehicle.Now I don't know who the technician was that worked on my vehicle but a simple job that should have taken only a few hours turned into an 8 day job (replacing new grill and fender on 4runner). Giving them the benefit of the doubt for the hurricane that hit and took out power for a day or 2 is understandable but not a whole week. When the job was finally done it looked great, I will give them that. When I turned on the engine my low tire pressure light came on and low and behold I had a nail or metal piece in my R rear tire!I would come back if the technicians had better time management, but I will be taking my tire to get fixed somewhere else!Service: Body & Trim

The service here was probably the worst I ve ever experienced. I needed to get my bumper replaced because I was in an accident and they originally set up an appointment a month out to get the parts. I dropped my truck off and they lost my keys, then they kept pushing the date out and telling me they didn t have the parts. Once I finally got my truck after getting upset about it, my bumper was all scratched and dented from them doing the repairs. There was also paint all over my steering wheel and the drivers side door. I also filled my tank before I left and I picked it up with a half a tank of gas left in it. There were also parts forgotten but that I was charged for. So I will not be recommending this business whatsoever.Service: Body & Trim
