For the past 6 months I knew I wanted a Chevy Blazer. After searching online I decided to give Casey Chevrolet a chance. This was by far the best decision I could have made. Bobby and Travis (sales manager) provide me with outstanding service. The car I wanted was available, and Bobby and Travis ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. I'm sure they provide great customer service to everyone, but they made me feel as though I was the only one that mattered. I have told everyone I know about their awesome service, and I'm so glad I took a chance to visit Casey Chevrolet! I hope they enjoyed and appreciated the donuts I sent as a token of my appreciation .

I wanted to give a big thank you to Mr. Ron Smith - your General Manager. He made my car buying experience, at your dealership, the best to date. He is a easy going, courteous, and a downright true professional. I will recommend your dealership to anyone and everyone I run into looking for a new vehicle. When it comes time to upgrade my wife's Equinox, I will give you folks the first shot at our business. Thank you again, Ron! You're a good man.

Update: Service manager finally called us back and my husband organized a time to get the light on the vehicle fixed. When he arrived, they had no idea why he was even there. I am so sick of this back and forth, why wasn't this light fixed when you all held my car for days a few weeks ago? What is up with the lack of communication here? I have my doubts I will ever come back here or purchase another vehicle from Casey in the future. We have purchased three from them since 2015, I'd rather pay more and go somewhere where the service is actually good.Dropped my vehicle off a day and a half ago. Still have not gotten an update on diagnostics. Was told today that they would look at my vehicle. Haven t heard anything, my husband has called twice and still haven t heard anything. I m more than happy to pick up my vehicle (that I need to get to and from work) and take it somewhere else. Ever since Jeff left, service has not been the same. Finally got my vehicle back after 3.5 days. Found out that one of my headlights has started melting due to a bulb being installed wrong. Funny thing is, they were the ones to put in a bulb back in a July. Apparently I paid $50 for them to cause $700+ in damages to my light. We are told to call the service manager Monday, why is this something that wasn t handled today? Since this morning is when we called and brought up the fact they replaced a bulb that was most likely the one to have melted the light? The customer service here is horrible. I get being short staffed but they really need to be updating people daily on their vehicles instead of leaving them hanging and left to call six+ times a day to still get no answer. Also, this sign someone has printed is very unprofessional. I get you didn t sell the vehicle, but is this really necessary? I think I ll be switching to Loyalty Chevy from now on.

We went to a local EVgo to find 1 station out of order and the other being used. We saw this charging station on our list of charging stations for our Chevy Bolt. It was perfect! Well marked and operational!! Thank you for the charge!!!!

As much as I would love to leave a great review I just can not! The entire experience from purchasing this vehicle to actually owning it has been a hassle. I have not even made a first payment and has had multiple issues since I got it. At this point I no longer want the vehicle. And the service dept is TRASH! Please avoid at all costs!

Most pleasant car buying experience we ve ever had. Everyone was helpful, and no one was pushy or shady. Tristan was friendly and honest, and so was management. There were no surprise hidden fees. Great car, great price, zero surprises, zero stress. Highly recommend!

The people at Casey, from sales to service, are really nice. I especially appreciate the transparency of their sales process. My biggest issue with the service department is communication. If my vehicle is there for an appointment at 8AM there is no reason I should be hunting someone down for a status at 12PM and finally receiving a call back after 1PM. By 2PM finding out there is nothing to be done. Not the first time. Consistently makes me feel lost in the pile.

Yet another amazing experience at Casey. The salesman Gerald Bradshaw and the Sales Director, Richard Hines treated me extremely fair and were very efficient in getting me into my 24 Silverado with very little back and forth. Whole process took less than 2 hours and I couldn't be happier. Sincerely. Thank you!

As a customer I should not be lied to by the maintenance tech paid for a tire rotation and it did not get done but the tech said he did 1. tires/rims are dirty and break dust on front tires no signs of finger marks that the tires had been rotated, the break dust on the 2 front tires should be on the back not still in the front. 2. As a owner of my vehicle I know my vehicle and it s a certain tire I wanted rotated reason I asked for the rotation but that same tire was in the same place so no they were not rotated. I called them to see can the issue be fixed real quick but they go on to tell me the tech changed them and he said the psi was 39 I mean I can check the psi on my dash that does not mean the tires were rotated! Overall I ve been coming here for 2 plus years this is a first maybe they had a bad day. Note: tires are still not rotated but they have my $39 that it cost. 2/19

Amazing service provided by Sade, she is the best. She made my first experience better even though it was not the ideal experience since the car wasn't on the lot. However, her and Rick reassured me that they would take care of me and they most certainly did. I am thankful for their support with my purchase and would definitely be back again.

AVOID THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I had no issues buying a car, and was very satisfied with them. Came for a first FREE oil change two weeks and till TODAY don t have my car.An appointment was scheduled at 10:30am, say there till 2:00pm, when I started to asking why it takes so long no one could give me an update. Then they stated that they damaged the bolt on oil pan and it will need to be replaced, it won t take no more than 1-2 days.I ve been calling daily, Renee answers the phone, transfers to the advisor, but the lady is ALWAYS ON LUNCH, it s like she gets paid to eat there. Left multiple messages asking manager to call back-NOTHING. Reporting to BBB.

I had a frustrating visit to the service center. I brought my car in for a thermostat repair and left with $550 of tire repairs that I didn t want or need, and no fix to my thermostat.I brought in my 2017 Camaro because it appears that the thermostat is going out. The engine temp will occasionally read zero, and it runs the radiator fan when I turn the car off. The car also had a check-engine light (likely related, due to the timing). However, the problem is intermittent. One day the thermostat will work, the next day it will not. So, one day it wasn t working, and I set up an appointment to bring my car in as soon as possible, which was the next day. When I brought the car in, it had a low tire pressure warning that had popped up when I got in the car that day. This had been a mild annoyance since I bought the car from Casey in 2018. This tire started out needing to be topped off once every month or so, and very gradually got worse, to the point that I was filling it about once a week, six years later when I brought it in. So, I mentioned the tire to see if they had an easy fix. They called me a few hours later, saying that the tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was told that the technician would not test drive the car to fix the thermostat unless I got a new tire for $337. I asked if instead of replacing the tire, could they just put air in it, as the tire would hold pressure for at least a week (not to mention it s a run-flat tire). All the technician said was no . This was pretty typical of the rest of my interactions with her. One-word answers, no explanation of why they couldn t just fill the tire or what the actual problem was. (I got the impression she wasn t even the one who worked on the tire and didn t know anything about what the problem was.)I later asked what was actually wrong with the tire we replaced, and she said something vague about a nail. I don t believe it was a nail. I had scoured this tire for nails, and I had found none. Sure, it is possible that I missed a nail, but if it was a nail, that would mean that Casey had sold me this car with a nail in the tire, and it went for six years without seriously deflating, passing through no less than five annual inspections at Casey (as well as a few other visits) without anyone seeing a nail. I think it was just a leaky valve stem. So, I felt scammed at being forced to buy a new tire, but I reluctantly agreed because I wanted the thermostat fixed.A night goes by, and they call me the next day. I m then told that one of my tire pressure sensors has gone out . I asked, Did you break it? She says, These things can go out anytime. Bullshit. They broke my TPMS sensor, and I was out another $200 to fix that. Then she tells me that the technician could not reproduce the problem with the thermostat, so I couldn t get the repair for which I had brought the car in. What about the check engine light? It s gone, was the two-word too-simple reply. (Doesn t the car save a record of the most recent check engine light diagnostic code?) If the thermostat problem is intermittent, I don t know how to better get the car to the technician so they can see the issue. So that was my experience. I brought the car in for a thermostat replacement, and I left with $550 of tire repairs that the car DID NOT NEED when I brought it in, and no thermostat repair. One star.

It took 4 days of me calling and then finally an email to the manager before I finally was able to speak with someone regarding the status of troubleshooting my transmission. His response was he was sorry no one has reached out to me and they were supposedly working on better communication. Chevy has known issues with the transmission and the problem is intermittent so the service department said there was nothing they could do. I had these problems since I bought this truck from Casey a year ago with no resolution. I will be taking it to another dealership in hopes of better service.

As a military member who has moved 11 times, I ve had my fair share of experiences with car dealerships. Unfortunately, my recent (which will be my last) encounter with Casey Chevrolet s service department was by far the worst in my entire 28-year career. From the moment I stepped foot into the Casey Chevrolet s service department, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff appeared unprofessional and disinterested, providing no warm welcome or assistance. It was as if they couldn t be bothered to help a customer. When a service member (Antwan) did engage it was almost confrontational, which caught me off guard. To make matters worse, after dropping the car off, the service department exhibited a shocking level of unresponsiveness and lack of communication. I struggled to get updates on the status of my vehicle, and when I did manage to reach someone (e.g., the Service Manager, Matt), they were dismissive and provided minimal information. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about the condition of my car.I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this Casey Chevrolet s service department. The lack of a basic level of professionalism is unacceptable. I urge fellow buyers, especially military members, to steer clear of Casey Chevrolet and find one that values their customers. Save yourself the headache and choose another dealership that respects your time and business. There are plenty of other dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and communication, and Casey Chevrolet dealership is not one of them. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealership that values your business and treats you with respect. I m taking my business and my upcoming car purchase (buying 2 cars within the next year) to another dealership for sure!!!!

After months of being frustrated and being let down at other dealerships. When I went into Casey s I had the mindset of I was wasting my time, but my salesperson Bobby made it all better for me. If I can give 10s all across the board I will, customer service was outstanding, was very helpful on explaining and giving information. I was able to test drive and finance my first vehicle within the same day and drive away with my 2022 car! . IF not the best dealer in Newport News, then DEFINITELY one of the best defiantly go to Casey s and make him your salesperson!.

Went in to inquire a vehicle for my teenage son and met with Mr. Ragin. He was very helpful and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with all my concerns. I would definitely utilize him as my sales consultant in the future for all my inquiries.

My service consultant's, Kendrick and Willie Goodman, exceeded my expectations. I made a quick decision to not give my service to Carmax after being met with rude customer service. Kendrick helped me narrow down exactly what car best fit my needs and allowed Mr. Willie to take over for him. From there, I was met with unforgettable care as he made sure both my daughter and I were well taken care of. He even came in on his day off to make sure I received the best deal with purchasing my vehicle. I left the dealership with an amazing vehicle and a forever car sales consultant to refer all of my friends and coworkers to. Everyone in the Casey Chevrolet preowned unit really makes you feel welcomed and I'm very grateful to have stumbled upon them.

Esaa Muhammad is the best salesman. He will make sure you are satisfied with your car. He makes you feel very comfortable with all the transactions. But most of all he is there for you after the sales. We have brought several cars and trucks from him at Casey. They are all very nice people except the finance man. Only problem we ever had at the dealership was when we go into the room to sigh paperwork. He rushes through, doesn t explain what you signed, so be aware with him.

I couldn t have been happier than my experience with James and Adam at your dealership. They both gave 100% to find me what I wanted after several attempts. After they found me the perfect truck, they worked hard to get me in the financial spot I needed to be so I could drive it home that day. This was the quickest car purchase I have ever done and I will be buying not only my next vehicle here but also my sons 1st car later this year. 11/10 would recommend coming to Casey Chevrolet to anyone!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Casey and dreaded the thought of having to deal with a car salesman. From the moment I met my salesman, Gerald Bradshaw, I had nothing short of incredible service. The minor items I encountered were handled in a timely manner and with the least amount of hassle to me.I couldn t be more pleased with my purchase and with the service I received.

A terrible dealership. They will take your car for a joy ride, destroy the transmission, and tell you that you messed it up prior to bringing it in. You all will hear from my lawyers. If someone is reading this, please let me know if you had a similar experience. This is just wrong.

Started out frustrated but ended up good. Mr. Battle made it right. Thank you sir! Just double check the car out before you drive as far as I did. Truck is in great condition but the dealership just raved over their inspection system they do. Truck honestly needed tires and had a cracked windshield, and a ripped leather seat, and a few chips in the paint. I understand its a used vehicle but it was a $65K used truck. I would expect a little better from the 100 point inspection. Overall pretty honest dealership.
