I always receive excellent service when I visit Casey BMW on Jefferson. Mike is amazing! He is thorough, transparent in what needs to be done from the beginning of the appointment and polite. He is efficient and on top of it ensures that he goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of for as long as possible to avoid having to return for a follow up appointment to soon. I was kept up to date on the status of services as the day went on. Additionally the shuttle service and driver was helpful polite and kind. He provided amazing conversation as well which is nice to put someone at ease when they are assisting in a ride. Everyone that I encountered from dropping off my vehicle to pickup always takes care of me in the best way.

My first experience with Casey BMW was great! Francine my advisor was very helpful and very down to earth. Everyone I spoke to were extremely polite and helpful. They did a great job diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed.

Horrible Service! Took my 535 for a broken driver side door lock and during disassembling they broke the door panel trim and didn't informed me. They didn't upload the video either!. When I went to check on the status of the vehicle I was told they are waiting on the wood trim and it was on back order. I asked for a loaner and there refused. I was persistent and requested to speak to a manager and finally they gave me a loaner. They should have been courteous because they broke the wood trim and as a customer for 14yrs servicing my 3 BMW's there. They emailed me and asked if I wanted to pickup the car until the replacement trim came in and I told them no. Then I got an invoice for the loaner. Finally got my car back after a month and refused to pay for the loaner. One of their employee was absolutely right when I was told that the service stinks! Check your vehicle when you get it back!

AJ provided me with excellent customer service. He kept me abreast of the vehicle repair process in a timely manner. He was very polite and explained the repair work to me in a manner that I understood. I really appreciate all he did to get my car fixed.

Called Mike Bullis at Casey BMW. Ask for an estimate to repair the passenger door because the window in my BMW Z4 would not go up and down. I had purchased the parts needed to complete the repair in advance. He gave me an estimate for work that was more than fair and I accepted having the Casey service department fix my car. I dropped my car off at Casey BMW the night before to make sure it was there at the right time. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and I picked it up the day the repairs were done. Mike was really great to work with and I very much appreciated his assistance.

Service is always great here. If I didn t want extra work done, they wouldn t push anything on me. The staff has also been kind and listen to what I need. AJ in particular has always been the best for us.

Arrived a little before 9am, were greated inside the garage by a very nice gentleman, were told to wait in the waiting room area, minutes later, Michael Bulluss asked us to come into his office, we requested to be done by 12:30pm, Michaell Bulluss called us around/before 11:30am and said that the car was done. When we returned to pickup the car, we met with and spoke to Michael Bulluss, he checked us out, we asked a few questions about the car and he answered them all. Highly recommend!!!Previously, my review was: While driving, my BMW alerted me to the fact that I needed to add 2 quarts of oil, so i decided to stop by and pull my vehicle in the service check-in bay (garage). As I rolled over some hump inside the check-in bay garage, the hump device checked my tires wheels and alignment and the gentleman inside the service bay garage handed me a paper that had a picture of my vehicle and facts stats numbers about my tires. I asked the employee inside to top off my oil with 2 quarts of oil, told him I'll go inside and get a box of oil and use the restroom. Went to the parts department to purchase the oil and when I got back to my vehicle, he was topping off the oil and washer wiper fluid in my engine (compartment). No cost for the oil and washer fluid being topped off since I am a customer of Casey BMW.

I came in for a routine oil change. Staff and techs went above and beyond to help me.Once I got to my contact, Francine, I had some questions for next time . Francine is knowledgable and incredibly helpful. Thank you for the wonderful service!

One of the best places to get my car serviced at. My service advisor Francine is alway helpful and knowledgeable. They will inform me when there is a service coupons and promotions. Plus the staff there is honest.

As usual, a good experience at Casey BMW service department. As an owner of an aging 328xi, I've seen a few significant service procedures on my BMW. These folks are consistently courteous, professional, and competent. The Service Advisor reviewed the requested service, called me with the technician's assessment, provided a cost estimate, and delivered my car ahead of schedule and on budget -- excellent job.

Normally, I have great service at Casey. During my last appt my service representative pressed me (asking at least 3-4 times) for a coupon after I told her I had one in the beginning of our conversation. It seems there was an issue in the past which shouldn t have been evident to me as the customer. Aside from that, my car didn t get washed or vacuumed which has been standard in the last 4 years I ve dealt with Casey.

Very professional and quick service! AJ was detailed and explained everything. My husband wasn t present and he even went as far as to speak with him over the phone to explain what needed to be done and what was being offered . Excellent customer service.

I had an amazing experience at this location I called last minute and was able to be put on the schedule for an oil change. Julia was extremely helpful and made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process of taking care of my car. She was extremely professional and accommodating! I would highly recommend this location specifically because of the experience I had with Julia.

Disappointed that as much money as I ve spent at Casey BMW, they still find a way to gouge me for more. 1st time I ve been charged $30 for a one day loaner car. Seems rediculous when I ve been a loyal customer for over seven years.

Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable technicians. They make the whole process so easy and make sure you are at ease with the work being done. They do everything to make it a great experience. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

The service process took too long. Dropped my car off at 9:30 for inspection, service and brakes. 4 hours later when I thought my car would be ready my tech told me the brake parts had to be ordered and my car would not be ready until Monday. Car wasn t ready until late Tuesday. Then there is the issue of the exorbitant costs and the only discount you authorize is $100 seems rather laughable. I purchased my car and extended warranty from Casey and every service has been performed there. Casey and BMW could do better with giving discounts to loyal customers. My tech A.J. Did a great job and I appreciate his help.

I always receive excellent customer service from this dealership. I ve been working with Mike Bullus for many years and he has always been honest about things concerning my vehicle. He explains what services are needed to my vehicle and what can wait. He is very pleasant to work with. I drove my 2012 535x drive from largo, Md to Hampton to visit relatives that live there. We were born & raised in Newport News. I had issues with rough driving (vibration, front end, and my oil indicator was low. Instead of adding, I just decided to have it changed. I was greeted as I entered and asked if I could be assisted. I was directed to the service advisor, AJ Phillips. He handled everything from that point on. Pleasant, direct, intelligent, honest, thorough. He really made me comfortable about the service of my car. It was completed at the time estimated, he kept me abreast of diagnosis, what was needed to repair & cost. I appreciated him preventing a potential cardiologist appointment (kidding). All jokes aside, He informed me of warranties, etc. I was very satisfied with the results of the repairs, the customer service was excellent, even the shuttle service. (The driver was pleasant ). I really had a wonderful experience.

Yearly oil change and inspection was video taken and sent to me in email. I was impressed since you go get your car inspected every year but you never really know if they look at it or if they just look at the outside stuff and slap a sticker on it but I got to see everything from the brakes to the transmission to the engine it was a complete film of everything Mike inspected

Always easy and quick to make an appointment. Previously when I scheduled accidentally at the wrong casey dealership they took me anyways that day for an oil change. Recently I went in for an oil change and state inspection. The shuttle service was great taking me home and brining me back quickly. The service department also found a broken bracket for my headlight and was able to fix everything that day and get my car running perfectly! Friendly service too.

I wasn't impressed by the level of service at all. I was told one thing was wrong with my car only to discover several other things. My car was at this shop for two weeks only to leave with more problems that it came with my service rep wasn't caring and displayed no interest in customer service concerns. Her name was Julia Greener she claimed to have explained things to me that she didn't. She never returned my calls in a timely fashion. I relocated here from North Carolina and this is an high end dealership with low end service.

AJ, is a great advisor. He goes above and beyond to help us with our vehicle. He always works with us and give us guidance on what needs to happen first. I insisted that AJ be our advisor once we traded in our BMW, because of his work ethics. We could not be happier with his customer service

I was given an amazing loaner car, work was done but for the third time my car is never returned clean. This time there was DEF fluid sprayed all over the side of the car as if they tried to put it in my car from 3 feet away. I had just had my car waxed about a month ago which of course took the wax off the side of my carI had warranty work done, and I am grateful but the car was horrible when returned. I had to clean it before I could drive itI did photograph it
