Scott and the Team were excellent. They kept me up to date about all the procedures about my car and kept me in the loop by calling and texting about any updates. They explained everything they were doing with my car which was a relief. Caliber is an excellent company with great customer service and mechanics and more businesses should be like them.

Great experience, awesome customer service! I have used Caliber Collision to repair my vehicle twice and both times they did an amazing job. Donna assisted me on both occasions and provided great service, followed up with me regularly to keep me updated on progress and was a joy to work with. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the work they completed, I wanted to pass on my experience with them. If you need quality work don't take your car anywhere else! Hopefully I won't need any repairs anytime soon, if people can stop running into my car, but if I do, I will be going back to Caliber Collision!

Scott did an excellent job. The paint match perfectly. The work was done on time even though he had to replace the back door. Completely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff at this shop. Very sincere thanks to Scott. A customer oriented and dedicated professional. He took time to take me through the entire process, informing me of all the details and what to expect. He updated me every week on the progress, and completed the repairs a whole week ahead of schedule. Scott goes above and way beyond to ensure his customers are happy. Kudos to him, the front desk staff, and of course the folks behind the scenes. Great team!

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle after it was rear ended while we were out of town on vacation. Everyone provided great care, and was attentive to my situation. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and I received daily updates on the status of my vehicle. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Great service, great people, and your car will most definitely be taken care of. Leave it to Caliber, they will take care of you. Scott and Team were an amazing bunch of individuals. I was constantly updated about the status of my Nissan Versa (which was ALLEGEDLY backed into and bludgeoned by a FedEx vehicle) and let me tell you that damage was insane. They re miracle workers and if, God forbid, another delivery vehicle wants to try their hand and destroy my car again (ALLEGEDLY) I would definitely take it back to caliper once more. Thanks again guys.

Scott and Caliber Collision Team at scheduling estimate, repairs, and quality service. I was provided weekly updates about the status of my Traverse which had suffered side damage from being ran off the road into line of trees leaving scratches, broken windshield and tire damage.Working with this team of professionals put me at ease and I was even more impressed with how they never wavered in the projected time line and completed the job ahead of schedule during the Christmas season. They were very professional as far as paperwork and everything went, receptionists were kind. The actual repair and paint of my car looks great, my biggest gripe that has turned into a headache is when they took my duckbill spoiler off to do the repair, they didn t take the time to replace the 3m tape holding it in place (it never reseals the same as the first time you place it) and reused the same tape so when I went pick up my car I noticed immediately that it was popping up and leaving holes in my trunk exposed. They also had scuffed the clear coat on the spoiler and I had to ask them to remove it, which they did. Since then, my spoiler has popped up every day without fail, if I try to push it down it pops up while driving. To make matters worse, leaf matter has now gotten stuck to the underside of the tape so I have to remove the spoiler and re-tape and reinstall it. Not the biggest deal in the world but It could snowball into bigger issues, I just expected a bit more attention to detail and now I have to spend more time and money to goo gone the old tape and get new tape to reset it and hope that the water leaking into my trunk doesn t damage anything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Too bad the slogan, "Like it never even happened!" has already been taken because that's what your damaged vehicle will look like when Caliber Collision has completed their work. Amazing results! Fast, responsive, and they keep you up-to-date during the whole process.

Every step of the way this was the easiest place to ever trust with my sons car. Everyone was friendly and courteous! On time with repairs. I HIGHLY recommend this particular Caliber Collision! They are simply; super friendly, professional, talk/walk you through the process, VERY communicative, and the price was very reasonable. Furthermore, and they definitely didn't have to, they washing my vehicle and vacuumed the interior. Caliber did a fantastic job with my minivan repair after I was caught up in a 4 car pileup on I-64. Angel constantly kept me in the loop and was great about walking me through the process. The repair was paid for by another driver's insurance and Caliber handled all of the details for me making it really easy on my side. They even replaced the 3rd party towing hitch I'd installed that was severely damaged in the accident. (If you look closely at the photos you can see the old, damaged one and the replacement they found.) I was told Juan, Rob, Joey, and Kevin all worked on the vehicle so a shout out to those guys for doing a really good job! Very professional, very courteous. I'd highly recommend them.

I worked with USAA to find a great place to repair my vehicle after an accident. Caliber Collision Newport News did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I experienced great customer service from Amanda M. and Scott. Caliber Collision are a great team to work with. My car looked brand new after the work was finished and I was very happy. I feel fortunate my car took less than two weeks to get it in and out of the shop. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. Donna was beyond exceptional with her service. She caught repairs another owner missed at another respected body shop in Williamsburg. This was my insurance s body shop, and I was hesitant because my Telluride is brand new. A tree branch fell on the front hood and did $8, 500 worth of damage.(other quoted $2,500)Donna stayed in touch and communicated through the entire process. The repair work was also excellent. The only negative was a delay in getting my car back due to poor service from their subcontractor that calibrates windshields. They kept breaking appointments. I was suppose to get my car on a Friday morning. I was not able to get it until the following Tuesday due to 4 or 5 missed appointments.Fortunately, Donna offered such great service, she saved our customer experience.I was planning to write a review on her service even before we finished because she impressed me so much. I was impressed from the customer service and knowledge of services offered in comparison to all experiences, not just carrepair. Caliber Collision did a very good job on the repairs of my vehicle. My Repair Lead, Mike, was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all of the repairs and made sure to return my vehicle to factory quality.
