BUYERS BEWARE: I purchased 3 tires from this business yesterday. While leaving the lot I heard a banging and clicking sound. I assumed the tires were new and going through the normal break in period. BOY WAS I WRONG! something told me that the sounds coming from the tire were not normal so today I woke up and headed to the tire shop. While I was driving the tire completely blew off and I had to hurry up and veer off to the side of the road on Jefferson during morning rush hour. SUPER DANGEROUS. Luckily a passerby was kind enough to put the tire back on and we uncovered that the lug nuts were not placed on properly. Apparently when the tire were installed it was not tightened. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. The passerby was able to put two lug nuts on from the other tires so I could get out the road as I was only 1 min from the tire shop.This place needs a serious overhaul. When companies and small businesses put profits over people, people can get seriously hurt. people lose or die. You should ensure before anybody leaves off the lot that their tires are secure. Luckily the brother working there was super kind. The business owner however didn t even speak to me or apologize for the SERIOUS mishap. See old me would've grown angry but the new people understands that when you treat people poorly you will surely not be blessed. You cannot thrive when you do wrong.

Got 2 front tires from them. Both bad. Passenger side has a leak I need to refill every 4 days and the driver side went flat on me today. 2 weeks after getting them. Thought they would hold me over till next month but I thought wrong.Been trying to call for a week and no answer. Everytime I went by they had cars in the lot blocking the entrance tI know you get what you pay for Do not go here. The guy over inflates the tires and the parking lot is just terrible.

We needed a tire on a Sunday and this place was open! They put our used tire on and everything for $60. Work included! Awesome service and warranty for the tire!

My tire literally came off of my car as I was driving down Jefferson Ave to take it back for them to "redo" seeing that they completely fail at doing their job the first time around. These people are swindlers as well as racist to people of color and no they are NOT people of color themselves. Do not do business with these people if you value your life as well as your families. Shalawam.

UPDATE: my tire is flat after having it less than a week. However I m not taking away stars only because the gentleman that helped me was so kind. Hopefully when I go back I won t have any issues. It is however an inconvenience. I guess that s the risk you take when purchasing something used.Great service. The gentleman that helped us was busy! I just kept watching cars pull up, but he still helped us in a timely manner, and with a smile! It was super hot outside, and I know from experience it s hard to give service with a smile in those conditions. Also the price was more than fair. I d definitely recommend this place. Also I d like to add that they give you a receipt for a 30 day warranty, but only if you keep your receipt. I was there on June 26, 2022.

Very bad experience. Sold me a dry rotted tire. Tire shredded 6 days after they put it on. Lucky it didn t cause me to wreck my car, since it was a front tire. Went by 3 times trying to catch the manager. She refused a refund, accused me of lying, gave me a tire that wouldn t even pass inspection. Will not get another penny from me. I found another used tire place to do business with that actually has nice used tires. Would give less stars if I could!

You can't beat the prices, or service. Sunday evening I was stuck with a flat, unlike the other shops in the area, C. A Premium used tires is there to help! Tire tech was professional and knowledgeable. He even pointed out my rear brakes are in need of attention soon. While the tire was off, it was clear to see. Great job guys!!! and thank you for getting me back on the road safely!!!!!

I have given Premium used tires one star because I am unable to give them a minus zero star. My experience with them was not a good one. I purchased a tire on Friday morning and by Saturday evening it was totally flat. I was told it was a great tire of good quality. I found out the tire had been patched and a second hole was found. The owner refused to refund the money stated there was o lying a 24 hour warranty on the tire that the damage was not normal wear. If you have any problems with their service then they are not nice people and refuse to refund at any cost. I do not reccomend this place

The pricing is very fair and knowing I can actually see my tire being balanced digitally is great. They have employees who actually listen and explain. Most importantly the tires I have purchased over the years have never been warped or mishaped

Horrible experience I received a tire and ever since my tire has been going flat and my tire pressure censor has been going off. They refuse to fix the problem

Great staff, took them no time to put my tire on. Plus it was $40 flat no taxes and in great condition. Highly recommend giving them a call first when looking for a used tire. They also do car repairs as well.

Not a good tire place. Went there a couple days ago for a rear tire. Was not mounted correctly. The guy who put on the tire had no clue what he was doing. The tire was very much under inflated. Almost wrecked on the interstate. Had to replace the tire 2 days after purchasing from these people. Buyer beware!

I will like to give this zero stars only if I could. I showed up at 3:50 PM on July 17, 2020. At this very moment as I am writing the review it is 4:32 PM. It is hot as balls inside of the waiting area, along with it being humid outside. There is only one person changing tires in the poor fellow seems exhausted and overworked. No one is helping him and the owner is dictating him around like a master for a slave. As I wait outside the owner and the guy that is changing the tires is having an argument and I have yet to receive my car and I only came for two tires. Most definitely will never return.

I never write reviews but this place sold me a bad tire. I purchased my tire January 7th it busted on me (on the freeway) January 19th. Professionals informed me it was a bad tire job. The company did nothing saying it s a 7 day Warranty (What Credible place does that). So I m out of my money and a tire. thank God I didn t crash. But DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Today i went to this place to get two tires and when i left about a mile from the place one of the tires went flat. I took it back and the guy stripped the lock key and then told that they didn't do when i was there watching the guy. The lady was very argumentative with me. I then told her if she would just give me half the price of the damage lock key she called the police. Be aware of these people at this business. Read the sign whick states the there are not responsible for any lug nut or any part of the tire even if they break it. Which makes no sense because your working on that part. I will be taking these people to court.

This place has great customer service. They work well on Hondas and Toyotas for my used car business. I bring some cars from the auction to them, they give a proper diagnostic, fix it for the price they quote, and I keep coming back.

Terrible, got a tire just a few days ago and it blew out on the interstate. I took the tire back up to the shop and they did everything possible to not give my money back. I will never come back again!

Gave us a bad tire drive back didn't have our tire gave us a tire smaller than the original. Did try to fix the issue give me the correct size tommorrow gave us our money back.

I will never go back there got a tire on Tuesday and by Wednesday it was flat . Showed the recipe from my phone and he wouldn't refund $37 dollars. NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE.P
