Initially I had some difficulty syncing up for a full resolution from a minor hit my car took in the barbershop parking lot. Rob really was helpful butI will say the full repairs took a bit longer than I expected. In the current climate - rental cars are in short variety, very expensive. My issue was with the service a particular person provided who I understand may have been let go.Either way, Rob helped me and we finally got my ride back on the road.

They done half a job completely fixing my car. Auto part was missing under my hood , check engine light and others were on after they Allegedly fix and done my state inspection. Exterior body part was the main focus to fix after car accident . They fix the outside of my car superbly but why is my interior damage. Rear of my car has air pockets damaged the back of my seats with scratches like they throw everything that was part of the vehicle in the back seat and was rough trying to push things in and out. Seat belt don t buckle. Missing air nozzle. There s more but If you have a Mercedes or any foreign vehicle I recommend not to bring here cause their staff is incapable of treating your car with care.

They had my car for 4 months. Avoided our calls. Do not take your vehicle here. They do horrible work. They changed my insurance company almost 17k and didn t even fix the car correctly. My hood won t even close after they put on the bumper.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

TLDR: Par-level car service, a bit overpriced via labor costs and fees, customer service needs work. Background: Caught a flat on a set of older tires some years ago and decided to purchase a new set. Was quoted $310 for an unused full set of tires manufactured 2-3 years prior, plus $150 for balancing, alignment and disposal. When the work was done they tacked on another $10 for a new lugnut, and $90 in labor to get the old one off. I stayed by the front desk the entire time and no one informed me of this additional cost before the work was completed (they knew about the lugnut being overtightened and stripped on the spare) - not the end of the world, but also not great. Additional FYI, they don't do free rotations on tires you purchase from them (fairly standard practice at other places).Service: Tires

Went out to get an estimate on a needed front-end repair. Quoted me within the range I anticipated. Very professional and courteous.

I usually I get faster results with a review. My car was repaired about 4 or 5 years ago. I m still having to take it in to get parts/clips for my front chassis/bumper. I ve taken in back in at least 2 or three times, was told it was fixed, then after a few days the problems comes back and I m told I need another part. I don t understand the runaround. The last visit they kept my car for two days with no rental offered.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had work done here. I had a hiccup with my insurance company, which prohibited me from leaving with my car. While I was on the phone with the insurance company, they let me drive my car home for a quick emergency. It is nice that they practice the honor system with their regulars.I'm giving this place 4 stars because...1) They told me they would take my car to get an oil change. Didn't follow through.2) There was a defect on the other side of my bumper and they just painted over it.Other than that. They had a friendly patient staff, that will work with you.

Bowditch Collision center has my vote today tomorrow and years to come. Clinton exceeded my expectations in every way. From the beginning, he was very straightforward with the repair process. Very personable but still professional. I received updates on the status of my car. It was ready on time!! The ladies at the front desk, Karen and Barbie, were very pleasant and efficient. My drop off and Pick up went super smooth, all paperwork was ready upon my arrivals. In and out within minutes. My front bumper looks brand new!! Showroom floor new!! Clinton really went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with the service and quality...AND in my opinion that's what separates them from others.

Car was in the shop for 11 weeks. I was quoted 2 weeks after parts were delivered. My partner and I called/went to the center twice a week and was told every week my repairs would be done the following week. For a week, there phone was inactive/off, as I would call an immediately hear the Verizon message. I even attempted to use their websites messenger ad-on but to no avail. I understand there is a pandemic but I was never privy to any updates and was often given the runaround. Every time we walk in for an update we were told that there are many cars still waiting and that they ve been in the business for 20+ years (who cares??). There seems to be no time management and the bare minimum customer service/communication at this center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was referred to Bowditch Quicklane on J Clyde from Advanced Auto across the street. I was very leery about going there because I have always taken my car to Firestone Auto for years. But I couldn't drive the car any further so I took a leap of faith and allowed Quicklane to figure out why my car was over heating. I was assisted by Jake the service rep at the counter. He was very prompt, kind and helpful. The cost to repair my car was mighty expensive but everything was well explained and he worked with me as much as he could on pricing. I had to leave my car overnight for repairs. Jake told me about their shuttle service and was happy to know the shuttle could take me home. Awesome service! Bob the driver of shuttle promptly took me home. It was a pleasure riding with him...he has a great personality. He offered to pick me up the next day when my car was ready. Next day, driver was there to pick me up and again a pleasure to ride with him. When it was time to pay for repairs, the girl at the counter was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the team at Quicklane for auto repairs. It may be a bit pricey but the service was great and my car was repaired quickly. So it was worth it to me.

Overall: 10 starsCustomer Service: 10 stars (Lee)Auto Result: 10 stars (master mecahnic)No appointment needed!Initially they were redirecting me to the dealership for my non-functioning info display. But when I mentioned that I already went there and was quoted a huge price for repair, Lee asked his team of mechanics and didnt hesitate to help.I asked for a diagnostic as a second opinion to my blank infocenter display because it went out after jumpstarting. (1st opinion was at CaseyChevy dealership auto service in NN recommended $2K worth of replacement part!!!, where I bought this suv!)About an hour later, the problem was fixed with proper time and research to resetting it. I am blown and grateful for the expertise and service of Bowditch Collision Center in NN. I only paid for diagnostic fee!The service is Top Notch!

My visit is normally good there when I first got there i waited a long time the young lady at the desk was wonderful my adjuster was bobby a woman who was very dry normally I would have a man with great energy a young man came in after me and got service before me I wasn't happy about that at all .to top it off I had to call bobby the next day she never sent the quote to my email til about 2:24 that evening which really frustrated me i decided I didn't want to give them my business so I'm taking my car somewhere else to get fixed the service sucked this time I was so unhappy. If I ever had to go back to them I would request a man.. I do my job with great pride to make matters worse I know it's her choice but she didn't have on a mask as if Delta isn't out here. Worse experience ever

I've used this facility before for repairs, no issues. In fact last time they finished early and I was so pleased I came back.THIS time.... Everything was fine at first. Then came my expected date of completion (they've had it 2 weeks at this point, no calls or updates). I get a phone call Friday (day of completion) that it will be done the "first of next week".. meaning Monday I guess? So no updates by end of day Monday so I call. The guy in charge of my repairs says it'll be done Tuesday, no apologizes or anything for the delay and that's that.Come end of day Tuesday, no update or call so I call again. The guy in charge of my repairs says "it's not as far along as I'd thought, It'll be done Friday". Again, no apologies, no explanation, just an additional week added.Come Friday end of day, no calls no updates, so again I call at 4pm when they close at 6pm. He says hes "working on finishing up" without offering a completion time or even letting me know if I can expect to pick it up that day. After complaining that it's now taken 33% longer than expected with no updates, he tells me to head on down to them to pick up.(How nice, guess I should have just asked for my car back in the first place?)I arrive to pick up my car, looks fine on the outside, so I head in. At this point I'm willing to forget it all because, hey whatever I got my car back. While I'm waiting in line, the guy who has been in charge of my repairs sees me and waits in line with me making small talk- still no apology or explanation on the wait. He does also make several comments about the reason I was hit was due to the presidential candidate stickers I had on my car. (Ha?)While I was waiting to check-out, there were also two possibly mentally impaired women in the lobby who had just dropped off their car for repairs and were calling around for a rental. They were being a little loud talking amongst themselves and were understandably upset due to just being in an accident and having a hard time getting a rental. At this point, the repair supervisor standing with me starts to make fun of them. He said a few things to me under his breath while they were speaking then joked he was going to give my car to them.It made me uncomfortable and I felt it was unprofessional and disrespectful not only to make fun of customers but to make fun of customers.. to other customers. Finally I'm checking out, getting my paperwork, and I'm handed a survey. I would have loved to have filled this out honestly however he was not just hovering around me, but literally staring at my responses on the survey, letting my know that "9s are awful and 10s are great".So all in all, non-existent customer service, inaccurate estimates, and inappropriate staff.I suggest some PR training but rest assured I will take my business elsewhere for now on.

Me and my wife took our car here last October on the 21st and I had to go pull the vehicle because we needed a car to move around and all we needed was bumper fix because we got rear ended in this happened before and we had the car back within 2 or 3 weeks. Do not go this place terrible service. Always avoiding my calls all.

Beware of this body shop. By far the worst work that I have ever seen. I will refuse to go to this shop ever again. The car was wreck in a crash. The did not get my car back for about seven weeks. I get my car back with intention of a masterpiece. I inspect the car and see trash in the backseat and in the trunk. About two week later, I warm the car because it is cold that morning. My temperature comes on in the car so I check under the hood and the antifreeze is low. I look under the car and see a visible leak on the ground. I went to the store to get some antifreeze. Three days later, the temperature comes on again. Instantly I call BOWDITCH and speak to JASON. JASON is out of the office. I the shop the next day and JASON is out of the office again. I call to the shop again. I finally get to Jason and he replied to bring the car in on Monday morning at 9. I bring the car in and Jason is busy so I spoke to John. I describe to John the issue with the car. John takes the car and looks at it. About 15 minutes later John pulls the car to side. I walk outside to what's up and John said it was the INTAKE. I looked at him like what! Basically, it wasn't Bowditch responsibility now. I take the car to Big Al's and they said it was a radiator leak from the hose. I called to the shop and never could get JASON. It seems if he was avoiding me; pretty much screening my calls. The repair cost my $238.P.S Beware of this shop.

Poor quality work on a quarter panel on a new camry. Trunk does not align, paint is scratched, interior of our car has grease marks. Took 3 weeks instead of quoted 10 days, cost double what was quoted. Staff was nice, but nothing good to say about this place otherwise.

Took my vehicle for an oil change on 8/1 got it back 10/12. They forgot to put the oil in. They agreed to replace the motor. This took more then 5 weeks. No calls no communication. Finally got it back, scratches, steering not working right and running rough. They said the rough idle would be ok and it just might need fluid. They had it back 2 days latter. This time they replaced the coil for the rough idle. Got it back the next time I had it for a few more days and noticed an oil leak and the engine light was on with a horrible noise. The mechanic did not put the valve cover gasket on right. Back to the shop to replace gasket and say the noise was coverter, not our problem. Went to pick it up and dirty more scratches and coolant leaking. They kept it a few more days fixed leak but not scratches. Called Bowditch to speak to owner, he never called. Yesterday Went to use the a.c. no air coming out, again they said not my problem. Went to Bowditch spoke to service manager he said he wasn't doing anything else for me. He stood up and said take me to court.I had none of these problems,( I have not listed everything wrong) before my oil change.Very bad business.

On October 28th I dropped my 2017 Honda Pilot. We had some issues with communication between the insurance company and Bowditch which extended the time at the shop. On Thursday November 14th my wife picked up the vehicle and did not take a good look at the work. I inspected the vehicle as soon as she got home. We had loose molding, paint did not match and broken wind deflector and loose parts. On Friday I took it back in. The manager and Jamal came out and said they did not do a quality check. Today November 22nd my wife picks up the vehicle and to our surprise more damaged parts where installed. Now they are ordering new parts and said they would come to my home and make the repairs. Please do your homework and use a reliable professional shop. I will never return to this shop.

Joey was great in the whole repair process. He answered all of our questions and handled everything dealing with the insurance. They finished the work ahead of schedule and it looked good as new. I'm glad I chose Bowditch to repair my 2014 Corolla. They did an excellent job.

Took my car to Bowditch Collision Center for repair to my 2007 Ford Focus. Estimate was a breeze. Repair took a little longer, due to the simple fact that there was more damage internally. Great communication by Aaron Frazier, he kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Awesome work done by the technician Duane Merritt. Check out was a breeze with Aaron Frazier and Savannah Ontiveros at the front desk. Again everything was done in a timely manner and handled very professionally.

Got in an accident, was told my vehicle would be ready on 12/5, completion date was changed 7 times!!!!!! wasn't ready until 12/21. arranged for a ride 6 different times to go pick it up. when it was finally ready, Barbie calls me near the end of the day, when I didn't have time to go pick it up. this was on a Fri, and of course their not open on the weekend, Mon was Xmas eve, closed again. So didn't get to pick it up until 12/26. been without my vehicle for almost a month and a half!!!!! this place is a joke and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will DEFINITELY NEVER take another vehicle back there!!!! And found a big scratch on the side of my vehicle that wasn't there before!!!

The service advisor kept us well informed through the process. The repairs were not done correctly. It took four attempts to make the vehicle look brand new. A month for a new bumper but now it looks the way a new car should.

Update: I have been contacted by a top manager who is very concerned about the problems I have listed and has offered to meet in person to correct any outstanding issues.I had to use Bowditch Collision Center because of my insurance. Here are the sequence of events.Tues- I dropped the car off.Frid- I call to see if the car is ready because the quote said it would take 4 days. I am told that the used replacement hoods were in worse shape than the hood I already had on the car. Therefore, they had to order a brand new hood and wait for it to arrive. "Ron" said it would be ready Mon or Tues.Sun- I get an auto text alert saying the car would be ready by Mon at 8pm.Mon- I called in the afternoon because the shop closes 2 hours before what the text message said. The car is not ready, but will be on Tues.Tues- I called in the afternoon but was told it was not ready, but would be ready the next morning.Wed- I get a call in the afternoon saying the car is ready. When I get home with the car, I find a 5 ft piece of black molding in the back seat. This was a piece from the roof of the car on the side where repairs were made. No explanation was given as to why it was no longer attached to the car.I get to the shop. They wanted me to sign the bill but only gave me Page 2 of 2 without showing me page 1. They also wanted me to sign another paper saying I had received both pages of the bill and that I had inspected the car. I had to ask for Page 1 of 2 and for a minute to actually go see my car first. My opinion:Bowditch missed, by my count, 4 deadlines. Count them, FOUR self-imposed deadlines. They must have assumed I'm driving around with a free rental car so they can take their time with the repair. I was not, and it was a huge hassle to share one car during showy weather. If the parts they ordered were wrong and ordering different ones would delay the repair, I should have been told immediately about the delay. NOT at the time I am expecting to pick up the car.I can't imagine too many fields were professionals could be so apathetic about their own deadlines and still be in business. The repair work seems okay. The color matching was not great, but to be expected on a 10 year old red car. I find it unreasonable for them not to tell about the molding from the roof. I realize it may not have been the result of a fault on their part, it simply could have been old and dry rotted. I should have been told about it and not be left to discover it myself after I've taken delivery of the car.I am giving them 1 star for deplorable service, and one star because the work appears satisfactory.

Bowditch in general is grade A garbage. Communication is beyond poor. They will run you in circles giving you false information the whole time. I ve only delt with them twice and I WILL NEVER give them my business again and they never answer the phone. I dropped my vehicle off yesterday may 1st around 11am yo get the parking break fixed , oil changed, and a state inspection . I called them later that afternoon around 4pm and was told by Earl that a part had to be order and would be there first thing in the morning , shaking my head that i already had to call for my own update. The following morning I give them a call around 9am and still no part , no part until about 10-10 this morning Wednesday may 2. Okay, fine , so I get a call, it's now 3:20 in the afternoon stating oil change was done, parking break fixed and that I failed inspection which i knew may happen .I told him to fix the wiper blades and that i would pick it up and get a used more affordable tire and bring it back for reinspection before they close as me and my wife work tomorrow and it will be inconvenient to try and fit it in tomorrow, which i why I dropped it off yesterday and they had my car all day on my day off. I get to the location about 4pm and no car . 430 no caf. It is now 521 and I have been waiting for them to finish wipes blade and write a rejection sticker so i can get my tire fixed and my inspection. But nope thanks to them I have to now carry that over into a 3rd day which i refuse to bring back to them . I will never use them again.

I first was so excited to finally get my vehicle back and even though the estimated date that I would get my car back was 5:30 the day before, I was not worried because my insurance had given me a rental. I walk in and the people are so pleasant ask me to do a quick survey and I proceed to give them kudos on being so nice. I go to put my belongings in my car and see that my car is dirty (my pearl white BMW) I then open the car and it has not been vacuumed either. I turn my car on and see no gas is in the car which didn't alarm me because I had the car there for a punctured gas tank! I was explained that $10 was put in the tank so I would have to put some gas in the car because it was on e. I drive to the nearest gas station fill my car up and turn my car on AND MY GAS NEEDLE DOES NOT MOVE. Now I am angry because I now have to get another rental car take my car back again when all of this should have been fixed in the beginning instead of just resetting my check engine light. On a plus side Sandra was nice.

Very good service. Were able to get tires in very quickly, just wish they could have done an alignment on the vehicle while it was in.
