I would highly recommend this place, I ve brought my 2004 Honda S2000 here twice for different exhaust and both times Matt and Richard were on top of everything on how I wanted it. 100% satisfied with them they super nice people and they take pride In their work and it shows. Excellent Service. I decided to give this location a call and knew it would be a long shot since they were going to close in another 20 minutes. Matt answered and was willing to meet with me very briefly in regards to my ARK GRIP exhaust even though he was about to close shop for the day. Matt going out of his way like this for me is the type of customer service that will make you loyal to a company. The next day I dropped my 370z off and spoke with Kevin early in the morning as soon as they opened. Kevin is an perfect representation of world class customer service and was an awesome guy to talk to. He went out of his way to send me pictures of my exhaust before and after the install and even looked out for me with my passenger side fender well hanging off slightly. They were even nice enough to hold onto my old magnaflow exhaust in order for me to find someone to buy it! Kevin and Matt have earned my respect and will continue to get my business.

Matt and the guys are Big Al s have achieved something that a lot of mechanics, car dealerships service departments or muffler repair places could not. They are TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE!! They are not there to beat you out of your money or break your car for more money or repairs. They are professional and they have welders, technicians and installers ON SITE that will be happy to assist you and solve all of your issues. I will definitely come back to this specific Big Al s and will tell my friends to come also.

I came here for a muffler delete and an aftermarket exhaust tip for my 07 Chevy Silverado and boi I ll tell you one thing I never expected to walk in and out in a matter of 30min from start to finish. Retch is the pure definition of getter-done . No hassle, cheap prices, and hardly even a wait. I m more than impressed with the service I ve gotten.

I had my exhaust for my ram installed here. I had a major exhaust leak and one of my hangers broke off. Went back an they wanted me to pay for the hanger again and I still have an exhaust leak. Don't waste your time and find a place that cares about there customers.

I was working on the peninsula side, and a hole had developed in one of my exhaust pipes. Matt and the crew at the Warwick blvd Big Al's had it repaired in no time. Thanks to Matt and the crew!

Great job Matt and team. I dropped by without a call. My duals we're rusted out. They pulled my truck in immediately for a quote and finished faster than expected. I didn't need to be pampered, just a great job on my truck and that's what I got! Thanks guys. I'd recommend you to anyone.

Great shop that did quality work on my vehicle for a reasonable price. They take you first come first serve, I dropped my vehicle off to fix my Kia flex pipe, he said come back in an hour, dropped the keys off and as soon as I was walking to my pickup ride the tech was taking my car in to be worked on. Came back an hour later car done and in the pickup area., that's good service. I will come again and highly recommend this shop.

Amazing, Quick, Fair, and Honest Service!!!! I know the fear we all have when we take our cars to the shop... "They are gonna make me spend on BS!"; however, Big Al's Muffler and Brakes, I can say, has been the complete opposite of what I've heard and expected. I had my vehicle State expected, and the only thing out of compliance were my muffler hangers. I then took the vehicle here for a small job, thinking they were going to charge me in excess of a hundred dollar; however when I came back to get the vehicle, to my surprise, they told me the work was completely free due to the fact that it only took them minutes to solve the issue... I have never heard this before!!! Every place I've gone has charged me, just for looking at the car, but here, they gave me the service, free of charge, due to the little amount of work done to get it fixed! I can't recommend this place enough, I can say it's one of the few places who does it fair!!!

I had a bad experience at a competitor just down the street so I stopped at Big Al's to compare prices. The first thing I noticed was that I was greeted like a valued customer as soon as I walked in the door. Without knowing the competitors estimate they cut it in half. Good customer service, good value and fast service makes it hard to complain. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I've taken a few of my vehicles here and the work is done right and Matt is upfront and honest. Wish there was a night drop box instead of having to slide your key/envelope into the small hole in the bottom of the garage door. With that being said, I'll keep using the drop hole as long as the work keeps turning out great.

Called at about 8 in the morning and spoke with Matt and said he could get my truck in for exhaust repairs. Had my truck there by 8:30 and it was done by 11. Get work and a fantastic price. Real pros to deal with here.

Recently, as my daughter was driving her 1996 Honda Accord she noticed a loud guttural sound emitting from the bottom of her car. I took a look and discovered a rust hole in the pipe that connects to the muffler. At the recommendation of a local mechanic I took the car to Big Al s, located at 14100 Warwick Boulevard. This particular person works for another business, but made no hesitation recommending I see Matt, the owner of Big Al s.Matt, the owner of the business, greeted me in a friendly and professional fashion. Matt gave me a quote to repair the pipe, shortly after Kevin and Richard, the two technicians, assessed the damage. Matt recommended I change out the pipe and I wholeheartedly agreed. He even allowed me access to the garage to look at the damaged pipe prior to the start of any repairs. Matt was never pushy, nor did I feel pressured into having the repairs done immediately. I was so impressed with him that I decided to have the oil changed too while I was at the shop. Kevin test drove the car twice before he was satisfied that the muffler sounded spot-on. He made the necessary adjustments and ensured me that I could return at any time, should there be any issues pertaining to the repair.I wanted to make sure I shared this information with all who may be considering going to the Big Al s located at 14100 Warwick Boulevard. I am very selective about where I spend my money and don t just give away compliments haphazardly. These guys are the real-deal. They are courteous, professional, and take pride in their work. Matt, Kevin and Richard provide quality service at a very fair price. The customer service is very good and the work is completed quickly. And, they don t push the sale like some retail, mechanical, etc. businesses do. In a tough economic time such as todays, we must all spend our money wisely. So, I thought I would share the information others.Matt, Kevin and Richard, thanks! You ve got a customer for life.

I'll give them benefit of a doubt they may do good work. But I wouldn't pay what they told me to cut a muffler out and weld or clamp a pipe in when I could do it for half or less. Think my husky had more of a personality then the gentleman behind the counter.

I had a great experience which started out with the store manager, Jhon Hoss, who was a giant help from beginning to end. Also I have to give thanks to Eric Robertson, the lead technician, who did an amazing job on putting a muffler on my vehicle. I highly recommend this place!

On Saturday morning I went to Big Al's to get some new brakes on the front of my car. I thought I needed brakes because every time I stopped I heard a noise in my brakes. I was the first one in line and waited until they open. My car was brought in and inspected first. Later the man camed out to tell mr my brakes were fine. He said I had a little more time on them. I was so surprise as well as amazed because he was so honest with me. He could have told me a lie and took my money but he didn't. When my brakes do need service, believe me I will go back to honest Al's.

A car tuner beware....I am being generous with giving two stars. I actually am amazing by all those loose five stars, with short comments. When I arrive they had two car in the shop and two outside. So I asked a heavy set guy were they able to do a Cat Back system install on a Mini Cooper, The guy "looked" at my car from behind the counter and stated oh that is a tough car to do, it will take at least two hours or more...you would have to drop it off and leave it, we had a really hard time doing one last week. Oh Really? So how much would this cost? "About $150".....Ok, team crazy....1. This guy must have been uninformed about Google and Youtube.2. How can you quote a price without asking about the year and model. (He just assumed a R50: R52: R53: R55: R56 R57: R58: R59: R60: R61: F54: F56: F55: F60 had the same exhuast system set up. They do not)3. Two hours this guy is a joke.... I have seen people do in their drive way in less than 30mins4. He tried to take advantage of a customer with a straight face.I cannot discredit their work because I refuse to do business there.He was not rude, just lazy and did not even try to earn any business.He must be super rich not to care to grow business.I just imagine how many people over paid for service because he had a tough time with a car last week.Guy do us a favor and learn your craft!

I've gone here multiple times.... Matt will tell you exactly what you need, and he will give you the best prices... I had my exhaust done new cat, and reinstalled the muffler and patched it for $120. I called multiple other big als and even went there for them to look at it and they tried quoting me at $300+ they wanted to install their own cat, and the charge to weld it on and the whole story.... Matt said if I bring one in he'll weld everything in for 120... best price around. Don't go to any other big als.. I came all the way from Norfolk just to have him do it.

Brought my car in thinking I needed brake pads becausr of squeaking noise but they were very honest and told me that the pads were fine! They could have told me they needed to be replaced but Thank God they are honest! I would recommend coming here for your car needs.
