I just picked up my vehicle from Bay Custom Auto and it looks brand new! The price I received at Bay Custom Auto was not any different than what I received at other body shops - what I got here was respect and a written estimate. Courtesy goes a long way even in today's world.

Had them paint and install my aftermarket spoiler I had purchased. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I had been indecisive about what silver to do the end pieces with, Alan, Taylor, and Brandon worked with me on making that decision, showing me examples of the different shades of silver. Everyone here is professional and courteous from the front desk to the estimators They had my car done within the time frame I was given. I have future plans for more paint and body work to be done, and they will be my go to shop.Keep up the good work!

Great experience. Starting with custom service from the professional office staff, you get helped right away, they had the answers to all my auto body questions about my car. With No pressure, no hassle, no sales pitch or anything. I got the best quality body work, paint work and detail job done to my car, in the most reasonable amount of time and at the best price. I'm here to tell you. Bay Custom Automotive is the only place I will ever take my car to get fixed.

Where do I start? My beautiful wife has had a propensity to "bump" in to things lately. No worries, it happens, after all her car is pretty big. While she may come home in tears telling me "she did it again" I know we have nothing to worry about! The team at Bay Custom is there for us! Most recently, aka last week, I needed this awesome team again. After a quick call to Bobby and a few photos later, these guys were in Smithfield picking up our wrecked jalopy! Bonus, they made sure we got a sweet temporary ride with their friends over at Enterprise! Brittany kept me up to date through out the whole process. I was worried our beloved governor was going to shut them down (quarantine), but Brittany would have none of it! So just a quick week or so later and our jalopy is looking as fly as ever. Bobby asked me how it looked and I told him like new. And I meant it! They even detailed the car before returning. So when life throws you a little curve, let Bay Custom take care of you! You are sure to be happy. Side note, if there service doesn't make you droll, Bobby certainly will! Meow!

For the past month I have been trying to get some resolution from a recent experience with Bay Custom Auto in Newport News. I drove my 1979 Trans Am to turn it in on June 24th for what was supposed to be a weeklong project for paint. Bay Custom Auto contacted me the next week saying that my battery was dead and the car would not start. I purchased a new battery ($260) and took it to the shop for replacement. Later they contacted me stating that the battery was fine, but the car had no power. I asked what had happened, and they said they weren't sure but they would have their "tech" look at it. After several weeks now, I have learned they blew the fusible link and had it replaced by Hall Hyundai. However the car has been converted to fuel injection and the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) has been shorted out. Bay Custom Auto is denying responsibility and refusing to work with me on this issue. Basically saying, it's my car, it's my problem.
