I am so very grateful for their service! My mom's tire went flat while traveling. We were so very grateful they were open on Sunday evening while also replacing her with a great used tire. Thank you so very much for your service!!!

Second time I found a nail in my tire requiring attention and took it to these guys. Friendly and attentive. This time it didn't penetrate the tire, just the tread and they didn't charge me. I wouldn't normally review a used tire place but I like this one.

Wonderful experience caught a nail in my tire and goggled the nearest tire shop and Bappi s Auto pulled up they literally had my tire done in 4 minutes it was the fastest service I ve ever experienced and I was really satisfied would definitely recommend to anyone!

Really nice place to get a spate time. The owner is really nice and professional. If buying a use tire, male sure they give you a nice tread one. The owner will try and talk u into a cheap hardly no thread one, but say no and ask for another.

Headed home from a CNU football game late on a Saturday evening and ran over some debris from an accident. Pulled into Bappi's and they fixed us right up and got us back on the road! They were closing up but made sure we were taken care of first. Thank you so much!!!!

I 100% recommend people to come here if they are looking for used or new tires. As soon as I pulled up I told the mechanic the issue and he automatically knew which tire needed to be replaced and work on my vehicle right then and there. My used tire only cost $55. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

As soon as I arrived at this place, Mr. Dame was enthusiastic and quickly served my family righteously. He was very honest and worked well with the owner, which I see he greatly honoured. excellent service. always greeted with a smile. they had 4 tires in my size that looked near brand new. I also asked if he could put 4 on my truck and I decided to leave it there overnight. when I came at 9 the following morning my key and receipt was ready for me. He also had to bead seal my rim and lessened my price for that separate pricing. In my honest opinion I believe they are the best shop in Newport News. They actually have warranty on tires. the young guy is a one man army if you watch work.

Had a blowout at 70mph on I-64 near HU. Fortunately, I just needed a tire change, no underwear change. The anti-theft access on my truck was corroded so I couldn't get the spare off. Daughter picked me up, took the tire to Bappi's as I'd been before. Same GREAT service and price went back and bought the other 3 like new tires.

So I was driving down the street and I thought to myself...You know what?! I need me some air in my tires! So I stopped at a Wawa of course because they have a machine for free air.. but naturally the machine was broken...I felt like I had tried to order ice cream at McDonald's...deep and bitter disappointment. So I drove down the street until I saw a tire shop. I pulled in and asked if they would throw some air in one of my tires and Bappi himself was happy to oblige. I asked him about his prices on tires and they have the lowest prices in the 7 cities! Super nice people with good customer service and they didn't even ask about charging me for the air. Go here FOR SURE if you need a used tire or two! Thanks! Edit: spelling and grammar.

Im new to the area and just purchased a used tire from this place yesterday. The gentleman serviced my SUV was very professional. He provided exceptional service while simultaneously being harassed and bullied by his employer DURING for not willing to accept min. wage pay in 100 degree weather! At no time did he stop his flow. He continued to attend to us and 2 other ppl without being rude while his boss followed him around the shop badgering him. He even took the time to explain what to look with a bad tire. When I went inside the office to pay at the counter, the lady took a break from badgering him so I could pay. I noticed four cameras instead of accounting apps. The only other person doing manual labor...so what looked like her father.No respect for employees or customers. Never again.

I recommend doing business with Bappi. He was really nice, gave me a great deal on my tires, you tell him what you want and he either has them in stock or will have them by the next day. Thanks for the good service!

The guy who helped me today. had amazing customer service. Very fast. Professional. Informative. I went somewhere looking to get my spare replaced but they weren t even open on time, i called this place and he helped me know exactly where it was, thank you!

I dont normally leave reviews on any type of website, BUT THIS MAN DAMIAN BLESSED AND HELPED THE HELL OUT OF ME. they normally open up at around 8, but he opened early to cut grass and i so happened to notice. i originally bought a tire from somewhere else but they gave me a faulty one. i tried to ask them to repair it buy they refused to do so because it was a sidewall problem. it was their tire though. i couldn't get my refund or anything. When i explained my problem to him he repaired my tire and replaced my valve stem for free because i only had $25 until next pay day. theres more though. Damian wrote up my receipt and told me i could enjoy the rest of my day. as im pulling off i witness him remove wallet from pocket and put the cash in there himself for me. blessed indivisual and a GREAT shop

Two like-new tires installed for less than the cost of one at any other tire shop. This included valves, disposal and taxes AND he did it in less tgan 30 min with no appointment. From now on I'm not buying tires from anyone but Bappi.

The young man that changed my tires was very nice. I like that he showed me why I needed tires- they were bald as a baby's azz. But he was nice and helpful. And it was raining. I will be back soon for 2 back tires

It is really a nice place . They work so quickly and very fast . Their behavior is so nice and friendly. Only 10 min my tire was changed. I appreciate their work and I suggest my all friend and family to go their if they need tire or fix the tire. I hope everyone is satisfied if they go their.....

The service, and technician was nice and very busy, there was lots of hustle in his work. I was in a tight spot and he hooked me right up. Even took the spare off putting the new/used tire on for me. I was pleased with the work he did all around.

I had a plug that I put in start leaking so I took it to them on a sunday, most everyone else was closed, and he pulled the tire and patched it, spent about 30 min total even though there was 2 cars ahead of me. Great friendly service!

I bought 4 tires online from somebody else and took my tires here to put on my carThe owner was quick and swift in greeting me and immediately went to work on changing my tiresI probably spent 10-15 min waiting and the price was very competitive but would be willing to spend how much if neededA very honest owner as wellHighly recommended if you need a Mount and balance and not willing to go to a corporate house chain

If you want to save your time and spend less money then you should go for Henry's Used And New Tire shop...good service with less money..highly recommended for everybody...
