Great customer service and fast delivery on parts not in stock. When you don't want to wait on eBay bap geon probably has it in stock already. Had to get a water pump for my Mercedes and they already had it. Mercedes said I had to wait

Great bunch of guys, knowledgeable and courteous. I mainly work on imports so this is where i tell people to get their parts. You cant beat the pricing on European/Japanese parts.

Bap Geon Import Auto Parts is the only place I purchase parts for my automotive needs. Would love if they had extended hours but if ever in need of auto parts I d say this is the best place to go

This 1 star is being VERY generous, for the treatment that was given to my son today. I will NEVER spend even a penny with this company. Employees ARE very rude and do not show good customer service!!!!!!!

Best place I found to get BMW and Audi parts. Especially all the emission hoses and plastic connectors. 90% of the parts have been available in store and 5% was next day pick up and the other 5 was same day pick up if ordered before 1200. Will definitely continue to shop there.

Love this place Great people And great products & prices. They have never let me down as I've been shopping here since I got my 1989 Honda Accord in 2006. Now I have a 2007 Toyato camery also and they keep me satisfied Awesome service and a great place to shop for parts . Thanks everyone

They are very good for buying parts for foreign car parts..just wish they knew more about parts being purchased esp for customers that are novices in part buying...as we are not mechanics yet are trying to save monies by purchasing parts for ones vehicle...

ZERO STARS. EMPLOYEE LITERALLY CHASED ME OUT OF THE STORE AND THREATENED MY LIFE BECAUSE I SAID THEY WERE ROBBING PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY "CAN'T" RETURN SHIPPING ON A BAD PART THEY ORDERED AND ALSO FAILED TO TELL ME THERE WERE 3 DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE PART THEY ORDERED. ALSO THE MANAGER DEFENDED HIS EMPLOYEE BECAUSE SAYING YALL ARE ROBBING PEOPLE IS A THREAT

If they have it on the shelf, you are lucky. Otherwise, they never really provide an answer to your car questions, and the prices are more than other places, and you must wait for the part. I do not recommend them at all.
