Showed up last minute around 7:30pm and needed a new battery ASAP. Long story short, the battery has been causing sputtering during the cold mornings. Finally right as a family emergency was happening tonight, the battery gave out but eventually after many tens of minutes the car barely started. Had enough to drop them off and show up at AutoZone. Jay was more than happy to help even though he didn t know my situation at the time. Turns out Chevrolet batteries are not the easiest to swap with the newer models, so he decided to stay late and did 100% of the battery swap. Jay showed nothing but compassion, professionalism, and kindness. Traits rarely found now days, this behavior needs to be rewarded due work ethic and dedication. Thank you Jay.

The battery in my friends car died last night and your associate Robert went above and beyond to help. We have never met someone more caring and / or willing to help. He came to where we were to try and jump the car; got tools to try to remove the battery and stayed with us while we were figuring out what to do. Thank you for employing someone who shows compassion to others and actually wants to work / help - it is hard to find in these days. We appreciated everything he did for us and will continue to come to this Auto Zone just for the customer service he provided.

Mr. James Wright. Not many people have been so kind, efficient, and helpful as you and your red haired co-worker. It was the day after Thanksgiving. I was internally panicking, and I have a sizeable amount of ignorance in regards to vehicles. I brought two friends to help me decipher what to do, and even though they were more experienced they also struggled. However, Mr. Wright helped piece together not only what the root issue was, but how to safely and effectively solve that issue. After Issue #1 was fixed, I had an issue #2. Even then, after giving me a lesson on why I should also fix Issue number 2 he was patient and an avid listener. I couldn't have asked for more. I'm honored to have been a recipient of this mans customer service. Would've posted earlier but....I forgot to press the post button!!!

Stayed open past closing time for me and provided excellent customer service and more importantly, accurately selected the parts I needed. The manager even carried the larger items out to my car for me.

The 5* is ONLY for the young man who's all alone working in this store.Why is he alone?I've been here before same thing, this young man was alone.Not fair to the customers, or him.He's doing 2or 3 jobs, I guess he's going to get paid according.Not right

Terrible came here 3/3/24 ,10:15 am the man in the front with the hat was rude & condescending he gave me a wrong print up because I wanted all my paper work even put his hand on his head when I asked him a question he was definitely irritated by me being a woman and needing him to actually do his job he barley wanted to check my engine light I will never go here again this was enough bad treatment for all future visit as woman were usually disregarded by men and this is a place we re you can be sure that will happen laddies Service does depend on location so don t look for adequate respectable service if you come here.

David and his team are phenomenal! I purchased headlights from one location but the employee was unable to assist with changing my headlights. I was disappointed and needed help asap. I called this location and David assured me he could get the job done. Thank you David for helping me in a time crunch.

I went in to ask to get my check engine light read. They asked if I knew how to do it. I told them no but I know they can read the code for me. They tried to hand me the computer code reader and told me how to plug it into the engine, that it should beep a few times and to bring it back in to them. I said that I don t know how to do that and you won t do it for me? So I need to take it somewhere else. I was told they were too busy and that I could read the code myself. I took the car to Advance Auto to get the check engine code read.

Pleasant and convenient to get a oil change next door and then browse while you're waiting. As someone with very little experience in this hobby, I was fascinated to have a set amount of time to more fully explore all the types of products available.All things considered, there were way more tools/supplies/mods (and often with a lower learning curve) than I was expecting, plus competitive prices compared to various online marketplaces.Best of all, the staff were very helpful answering questions, clarifying information, and pointing me toward the best products and deals. Thanks Corey and David!

Unfortunately they couldn t help me with testing or replacing my battery because it is a Prius, but the manager on duty insisted on me waiting inside the store until AAA arrived. He stayed with me 40 minutes after the store closed to make sure I was safe, and also gave me a bottled water even though I didn t buy a thing. Excellent service and kindness.

2023-11-27 Just went there to get WD40. Can't say much other than the public portion of the store is a lot smaller than it was when it was Pep Boys.
