Battery brought no good had to get one from Totoya was out of work for days when the manager realize I wasn t exchanging for a new one her whole attitude became unacceptable and unprofessional.. never buy anything from another Auto Zone basic offer that experience.

I went into this AutoZone today asking what motor oil I needed for my car, and told them what had been going on with it. They of course helped with that. April then came out to check my battery instead of just blindly selling me a new one, which I'm super grateful for! She also checked my oil to make sure everything was good. She then gave me some advice, I followed, and I'll check back in with them in a few days. Everyone working there was funny and kind, and this will definitely be my go-to store from now on!

The parts guy that helped me and ring me up was as helpful as a brick personality was that of a wall did not answer any questions did not know any answers no help whatsoever ask somebody else and he got mad rang me up and would not say another word not even thank you have a nice day very unprofessional price was extremely high on item so I chose another one and that made him even madder not a very good experience not like the other AutoZone I go to other associates were busy and seemed to be polite

SUPER HELPFUL! Our battery light came on during the middle of our road trip. Corey was super helpful in diagnosing the problem and gave us recommendations on how to quickly get it fixed. These guys are top quality folks.

My battery was having trouble starting, and the guy there saw it was an AutoZone battery, so he tightened the connection on it, and tested it. The battery itself was fine, it was just the loose connection. I didn't have to pay out a dime!

I had to get a new car battery for my Nissan and they were kind, helpful and fast. Thanks! Just move to Richneck and I'm grateful this location is so close.

Very knowledgeable staff and willing to help you with whatever you need. Joseph and Stephen are awesome! The store is stocked and very clean. Highly recommend.

1,000 miles from home, having issues with my truck, John and Ria beyond tried to help narrow down the problem. We were able to come up with a solution. Will certainly go back.

Very helpful. My alternator went out and I got one and it went bad and had to call and get me one from a different store. Very great customer service.

One thing i like the most is that items that they do not stock are brought to the store within hours or a day at most. It makes car work flow better and they have 10% discount for military which is always a plus.

The store in my area is well stocked and carry hard to find items like a 84 Goldwing oil filter, and they give a military discount.

Okay selection not bad service some visits have had pushy staff and others (mostly at night) have been great and just check me out like I want.

They were out of what I was looking for, wheel studs, anti-seize, the store layout didn't make sense, and the guy at the desk, I don't know if it was just his mannerism but let's just say he did not come off as overly friendly.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable many in store parts will check battery for free install wiper blades for free if you buy it there

Three or four employees worked in the store and none of them made much of an effort to help. I was going to spend about $100 on equipment but mainly left with nothing

Very professional j had an issue at the other autozone on denbigh the store manager was very rude they helped me a lot at this specific location
