A employee named Musa, provided THE BEST customer service ystrdy! I came in frantic not knowing if the issue was only my battery or something else. He was knowledgeable and put me to ease as he wrkd on my car!

I would like to take a moment to recognize the team at this store! Crystal, the store manager is always professional, polite and very well informed. I called this store today and Dani assisted me with purchasing new windshield wipers. She was great! I feel like the team at this store cares about helping people make the right decision when purchasing products for their vehicles. Much appreciated! Keep up the great work and excellent service!

Hi, I love purchasing my car parts from here!!!! The staff is so sweet and will do almost anything to make sure you are satisfied. You may not have the knowledge as a woman what you are purchasing but they don t belittle you or make you feel bad. I m young and I have health issues and I m not always patient! They will take their time with you, if I remember correctly. Eric and Marc goes all out their way! Thanks guys

Had ordered a part online for pick up but once I got there I was informed that the part was not the right part. Ugh..after driving almost 2 hrs of course I was not happy. I would like to say though that the staff was very professional and did their best to alleviate the situation. Chrisean(hope I spelled that right lol) was very helpful and did everything in his power to make the situation better and I'm absolutely grateful for customer service like this. Great job today!!!

Excellent service! I was treated with so much professional attention concerning my needing a new battery. The price, service and knowledge of the quality battery I needed was available....even on a busy rainy day. Excellent store and staff ...they have so much patience with every customer!

Will never shop at any auto zone again Have been a loyal customer for years (20) . Purchased a clearly defective part whereas they claim is not theirs, no refund. Bad part cost me an extra 350-400$ in diagnostic/further repairs. Duralast part matched on website so never again and recommend to never deal with auto zone.

came to purchase a battery and they gave us the last one which was manufactured 9/21. came home and the battery was completely dead. couldn t even go back to this autozone because we got the last battery.

Very attentive and friendly staff with a very impressively clean store filled with a wide variety of brand-name merchandise. The original building had been a depressing low-end general store dying a too-long lingering death, but Auto Zone has REALLY done a great job of major urban renewal in this modest shopping center. Happy to have them this close to home! They should do well here, as there are plenty of cars and plenty of young drivers!

Don t do buss.with this company. They said I had a refun coming sent me wrong part I sent back. Now 12 days still no refun. This company no good. Stay way!!!!!!
