Shannon was so friendly and helpful. I m from out of town and locked my keys out of the car. She allowed me to wait inside until AAA came and assured me I was not inconveniencing her at all.

I went today to exchange my dead battery (Warwick Blvd - Newport News, VA store). This is about the third time I have had to exchange it. This last one lasted over a year. So when I bring it, they test it and the lady testing it didn't seem to know anything because she kept asking another lady there.Supposedly it would take charge (which I tried before bringing it to the store and didn't work). They said that they still had to try themselves, which, whatever, you do what you need to do but I need a working battery soon.So without telling us anything about the process she starts dealing with paperwork. Give us a ticket and say "for when you come to pick it up". ask, how much this is going to take? and she responded 24 hours... 24 HOURS!! Are you kidding me? 24 hours to see if it was going to take the charge or not. That's ridiculous. So I had to wait all the way until tomorrow so they ended up exchanging it because I tried to charge it and didn't work!I already lost a day of work and had to move all my customers to tomorrow and you are telling me that I have to lose another day because the battery you sell is awful and defective?On top of that, the lady that doesn't know how to read the battery tester, tells me that it is the alternator! I have had a lot of issues with alternators in the past (other cars I had) and I can assure you, my alternator is working. Last time my battery was exchanged I did some digging and found bad reviews about it, but since I had the warranty I had to stick with it.I ended up leaving and going to another place. I rather have a new battery from a place that has better customer service. There's no way in this world that I will spend a cent more on this company (and even more in this store). Customer service sucks.

This place is amazing. It was 103 degrees outside and they determined that I needed a new battery. The manager Ryan gave me a bottle of water due to how hot it was and then told me about the 15 percent online discount that he allowed me to use. This is what truly awesome customer service looks like and I will be a customer there for life! Again, amazing store, 10/10 I will be back!

Disappointment. They charged $20 more for the same battery I picked from stock online, 0.2 miles from my house, they would not honor the price, instead they charged me more and still wouldn't use the Good Sam discount. They don't care! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON BAD BUSINESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You deserve better.

I needed 4 button batteries for my car's key fobs. They only had 1. The clerk ordered 3 more and I picked them up by 5pm.

I don't get what this guy is saying, I just got a battery and I got my military discount. I didn't even say anything about it. The guy assisting me saw my ID when I opened my wallet when I went to grab out my card to pay. I couldn't find my battery at any other store and I was sent to this store. come to find out that this store is a hub store. That might of been the reason you didn't get service from the 2 talking. I used to work at a hub store when I was younger and they got people there to only pull for deliveries.

I can't remember the lady nor gentleman name's but I came in here about 3wks ago. Two older caucasian associate's were working at the time. They were SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I was having an horrible morning due to my transportation issues and those two made sure I had what I needed and were beyond HELPFUL. Thank you so much for your kindness. They're five star associates! Truly made my morning!

The store is under new management (store manger). Seems to a whole lot better, I will be back again after only going there before if absolutely necessary. I asked about military discount (10%) and they had no problem, it's on everything but sale items which is supposed to be standard in all their stores but previous mgmt here didn't honor. It's worth a look again especially now with them and carquest being one company they have a ton more availability and higher quality parts.

Every other AAP is shown as closed on Thanksgiving, this one is listed as open so I chose this one for my online battery purchase(a pretty critical need when it arises), arrived to a printed sign saying they are closed. Obviously no idea how to let the public know, neat. So now I've paid for a product I can't get, and the customer service number just hangs up and tells me to try back in six hours. Lost me for life.

Very Helpful. Look up what I asked for, showed me what was on sale, and put my windshield wipers on all with a great attitude! I would recommended this Advanced Auto Parts to everyone!

I was calling around for an ASB speed censor for my Mercury Grand Marquis, and each Advance Auto location I called I had their undivided attention. They informed me to the exact location for what needed. Thank you gentlemen!

Terrible service. Worker went against store managers word and did not do as the manager said. Work did not listen to the customer as well and gave me problems

Great job fellas I took my dead battery there I had a 3-year warranty that I bought from New Jersey the guys charge my battery I said that my warranty was still active everything for no charge
