Oil pump replacement on my 2018 M8 Harley.Joel & company performed a clean and thorough job that I certainly couldn't have done in my garage. Tools, experience and those motorcycle lifts make the job quick. I might have done the job but I'm pretty sure I'd still be working on it.I'm also glad I changed out the pump before catastrophe occurred as these model pumps (2017-19) are known problems. I went with the aftermarket Feuling oil pump.The finished job is excellent. The cost of the work was at a fair market value. Overall, I am totally satisfied and will return to Absolute for future work.

I am a Newbie. I have only been riding for almost 2 years. Decided to take my slim to stage 2.I can t not say enough about how Joel guided me through this with recommending the right cam and taking time to explain it all to me. He even took pictures of the process to help me understand.He has reasonable prices and goes above and beyond.He will be the only one that works on my bike from now on.Thank you Joel / Absolute Performance Cycles!

The personnel here are very courteous, although they don't work on Can Am spyders they did the State Inspection for me. Thank You guys. I highly recommend this cycle shop.

Don t be put off by the negative reviews, I ve been going there for 8 years and I ve owned some bikes they don t work on and some they do. They are honest about the work they do and the work they won t I like that in a shop. Great locally owned business!

I called them and spoke to Jacob about 30m prior to closing and asked if it would be possible to have a chain installed first thing in the morning.To my surprise he told me they could get me in first thing in the morning if I had a chain to go onto the bike, otherwise they wouldn't have one for a day, possibly two.Conveniently, the wife was able to make it to Cyclegear and acquire a new chain while I took care of the excessive slack on the soon to be replaced chain. I made it to the shop first thing in the morning at opening and they got the bike in and out within an hour while I sat in the climate controlled area.When asked what Jacob was going to charge me I told the gentleman I never asked. It came out to a very fair $44 with an additional master link.10/10, would recommend.

Absolute Driven Performance is one of those hard to find shops that are actually honest and love what they do. Took my 96 Supra there for some diagnostics and within ten minutes my car was done. Awesome shop, clean and very professional

Very friendly staff, gives you their attention and is very interested in your needs and the care of your bike. I really appreciate how I and my wife were treated at Absolute Performance Cycles, we brought both bikes in for inspection and needed them back but some work was required. Everyone is usually stressed when it is inspection time and I am no exception but they took in the bikes with no appointment unlike the two weeks to make an appointment at the HRHD dealership and then the time it take them to get to your bike. I could see they had bikes on the rack but although I didn't need much just a rear tire they treated me as if I were their only customer. I will be going there for all my needs from now on.

Not helpful at all. I needed help with some minor work and they said they wouldnt even look at it because it was an older bike. I wouldnt recommend recomend at all.

Absolute Performance, is absolutely amazing. Dropped my bike off Tuesday for a full bar replacement, she was ready to roll on Friday. The level of care, attention to detail, and customer service Joel and his team bring is unmatched. They have earned a life long client, and I without a doubt, will be there again. You will NOT be dissapointed.

Joel and his staff went above and beyond. I went in and had 3 different bikes worked on. All the work was completed just as they said it would be, and on time as they promised. Very knowledgeable staff. Definitely the finest kind...

I have used these guys multiple times now. They have always done excellent work. Charlie is who I mainly deal with and he has always given excellent customer service to myself and to those that I had recommended. Their labor pricing is competitive. Parts pricing is pretty good. I have found many parts at a lower cost from their shop and I have found others to be a higher cost. This is normal anywhere that you go. Overall, I am very happy with their service and until I have a major issue I plan on taking my bike there every time!

I have a 2010 Honda fury and had some issues with the fuel injectors.Though the schedule was packed, they found a way to squeeze me in and fixed my motorcycle in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the work. In addition, the guys were really professional. Had a very good experience with this shop. Thumbs up

Took my HD to the shop for some minor service work. I found the staff to be very friendly and willing to service the bike. The bike was ready to be picked up on the date they told me, and in my opinion the pricing was more than fair. I have no doubt it would have cost double at a HD dealership. Will plan to use them in the future.

Brought my Goldwing front tire in for a change out a few months back, The Mgr called the tire guy right away and he jumped right on it and it, he asked if I wanted the bead balance which was cool for him to ask, I said yes and in ten minutes he was done, this is how service should and could be for quick and easy bike business. Thanks again for a job well done and the bike conversation while waiting, I now have a ST1100 rear tire which need changing and good service gets return customers which I will do. Again thanks for a Job Well Done.

Found this place after getting a flat on my R6. Not only did they have my tire in stock but way cheaper than the dealer AND they got me in and out quick. Nice, friendly people who love bikes. 10/10 guys. You just made a client for life!

A special thanks to Joe the Mgrs for scheduling my tire change at the last minute and to Jeff who waited on me right away as I entered the door and expressed a excellent attitude which is good to see in a business and Alex the tech who saw my tires and knew what need to be done and went right to it and was done in 10 minutes flat, Great bike conversation with Jeff as I waited. This is the service that brings you back. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Everytime I have had to take my bike to Absolute it's been nothing but great. Turn around time quality parts phone calls when my bike was there for days waiting on parts. I can't say enough about this shop. Best in the area and always willing to help. I will continue to spend my dollars at Absolute.

I have been coming here for over four years. Every time I come in they greet me with a smile and call me by my name. The last time I came in was for my 25K mile maintenance on my 06 Harley Davidson FXDL and not only was the price fare but the service was great. They are also very military friendly. I will always recommend them to anyone.

A team of bias, bigoted "Harley Davidson" riders, that only cater to Harleys or those within there MCs circles or bike rallies.. They tend to give Street Bike riders excuses and ways out of not fixing your bike, (It's too old or i don't do that type of service...real professional) meanwhile servicing their associates and friends older Harleys..Had a fellow rider (Ninja rider) wait almost 2 months for a simple stator change.. Harley guy? You good..anything else? You don't have to believe me but feel free to waste your time...and possibly your money

Amazing service. I've taken my 1000 to the other 2 leading shops in the 757 to have service done and they don't come anywhere close to absolute. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. Stop here first and stay.Thanks again to the absolute team...

They're a excellent choice if it comes to fixing your motorcycle and repairs you can order stuff and it will arrive and then they call you and tell you it's there and then you set up your appointment to have your job done not a bad price either.

I went here for the first time on the recommendation of an automotive mechanic friend (I normally go to Cycle City Corp.) I waited for close to half an hour for the clown behind the counter to figure out how to order a part for the only other customer in the shop. I then went up and started to explain the SLIGHT electrical issue I have with my bike. He asked a few questions with an attitude of total frustration. Enter clown #2. He barged into the conversation and then told me "I'm not looking to get into that, they're a pain." I realize I have an older bike. It is a 1983 Yamaha Venture handed down to me from my dad (who has always taken excellent care of the bike and maintained it meticulously.) That being said, I was totally flabbergasted and just said ok and exited. I cannot even fathom how a shop could refuse to even look at a vehicle because it may be difficult. 'If it was easy, anyone could do it.' I will NEVER return to this joke of a business. I would not let them check the air pressure in my bicycle tires. I looked on Google out of curiosity and was stunned at their rating. OBVIOUSLY, only their buddies posted up until now. I cannot in good conscience let this go without sharing my horrendous experience. I only wish there was a zero rating because I got ZERO service!

Very good place. Gave me options for parts and made sure it was completely 100% before calling me to pick it up. Will definitely have these guys do any future work on my bike. Thanks again to the crew up there.

These guys are the best! Charlie and Joel provided excellent customer service, my repairs were done quickly, and their prices were great! I will definitely go back to them whenever my motorcycle needs anything!
